The attorney manipulated his client by not disclosing cost on his end and cost for supervised visits at $400 an hour. Kids are back in an unsafe environment since attorney refused to go to court. Paid $13,000.00 and came away with nothing. My children are in danger and this attorney only cares about money and how many cases he can close in a 3 month period.

I was charged with a class d felony. Tammy didn’t look at me as just another client or another paycheck. She treated me and my family like her own. From the beginning I was looking at 2 years in jail and it was more or less certain that I was going to spend a good amount of time in jail. I settled on the first plea deal we got and it involved no jail time at all. She went above and beyond in every aspect of this case. Where most attorneys will stop at a certified letter or a notarized note she went a step further and had them come in to testify. She really put her time and effort into getting the best possible outcome for my family. I didn’t get to see my wife or children for three months and she made it her mission to reunite us all. This morning they moved back in. I cannot speak higher of Tammy. There are no amount of words I have to give her the credit she deserves. She is and will always be a part of our Little family.

I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. And he was very patient with us and especially me. My courtroom knowledge consists of Perry Mason and Matlock reruns. He answered all my questions and never complained. My mother's estate had been open for approximately 6 years. I had been to two other attorneys and I could not get my mother's estate closed. Mr. Crossing was able to file all the necessary documents and guide me through the estate administration process in order to close my mother's estate in less than two months. My name is Cody. I was facing 3 charges in Sumner County. After first consulting with Chad Ross, He told me exactly what I needed to do. On my first court date, He got me a continuous and as my final court date approached, He reached out to me to let me know a little more about my case. On my second and final court date, he quickly resolved my case and got me out of court quickly. He fought for me undeniably and even though my record is HORRIBLE, he was able to get 2 of the charges dropped and 1 reduced, no jail time. I received a short few months probation, reduced court cost, no probation fees, and I only have to call in to my probation officer once a month, I don't even have to report to the office. The kicker, this was pro bono, so imagine what Chad Ross will do for you if you hire Him. I'm grateful for Chad taking my case and fighting for me in open court like he did.

My 85 year old Father and I live in Pennsylvania. We had a family member who lived in Tennessee with which we needed to bring legal action against. I made numerous phone calls to several Attorneys in different locations. Ms. Lane was recommended by 3 different individual Attorneys as the person who would be best for handling our situation. We ended up retaining Ms. Lane after consulting with her about our problem. Ms. Lane and her staff dealt with all the difficulties that come with having out of state clients with the utmost patience and professionalism. She arranged for my elderly Father to testify by phone so he would not have to travel. I traveled down from Pennsylvania to testify at the hearing. When it came time for Court, I found Melanie to be prepared, professional,and quite frankly, absolutely tenacious! We were awarded 100% of everything we asked for and I didn't even have to testify! I have used Mrs. Baxter on three or four different occasions for family law issues. What you get is REAL answers. Some lawyers tell you what you want to hear, just to get you into court and run your costs up. What I received from Mrs. Baxter was real expiations of what my chances were of gaining what I was looking for. She has worked in the court system for so many years she can tell you what the judge typically does, or she sometimes will tell you that you would just be wasting your money if you perused something. WHAT a lawyer that tells you that you don't need to spend money! Real life means that all issues are not clear cut, that's why you need someone like Mrs. Baxter that you can trust. I also appreciated that Mrs. Baxter is a mother and has handled split family issues within her own family. Give me someone who has dealt with the same issues that I'm going through and that opens up a whole new avenue of trust. I also have to say that her prices were very fair for her work. I'm no longer dealing with any issues and have moved past that stage of life, but if anyone came to me for advice, I would have no problems sending them to Mrs. Baxter.

This has been my first experience meeting with a lawyer. Surprisingly, my meeting with Jason went so well. It was very informative and educational. After listening to my situation patiently, he advised me on what steps I need to take to protect my children and myself in my pending divorce case.

I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids.
