I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

I was very pleased working with Oresta on our IR1 immigration visa for my husband. The consultation we first had answered our many questions, and her explanations showed her extensive knowledge in the field. Every step we took was very well explained and we took things one step at a time, making the process less stressful and not as intimidating. She was always available to make a call last minute and messaged back in a timely manner, despite our time zone difference with us being overseas. I couldn't have done it without her! Her advice and realistic answers were refreshing and helped us set a realistic expectation for the time line and approval. I got in contact with Michele in June to help my surpirse my Step Father and ask him to adopt me for Father's day. I expressed that I was stationed in Italy, but that was not an issue and she was super flexible with our contact issues and the time difference. She was super efficient, and so kind! She made the process easy and painless. We just got our notification today! I cannot express how grateful I was for her guidance! She was great at communicating, and did often enough check-ins that showed she clearly cares about her clients.

My husband has been wanting to adopt my daughter. He has raised her since she was 2, she is now 14. We contacted an office near our home that directed us to the Adoption Coordinator in Tacoma. She gave us a list of attorneys that would be able to work with us. I reviewed each of the attorneys and knew Michele would be the one we needed. After our initial conversation, I knew it my heart we made the right choice. She was very thorough in every aspect of what we could expect and what we might need to do if the non-custodial parent was not cooperating. We had no idea of how to contact the non-custodial parent as he was absent from her life since age 2. In less than 24 hours, Michele found him and called me. She spoke with him and advised that my husband wanted to adopt my daughter. Long story short, he signed his rights over! We had our Adoption interview with the Adoption Coordinator and within a few weeks we had our hearing date! Michele was there to answer all my questions via phone, email and text. My family and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for adoption assistance. She is truly amazing and we are very grateful to her!

I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent!
On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days!
If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

Hillary did an amazing job for me. My ex and his lawyer were throwing every curveball imaginable to disrupt, disarm and cause harm to my fragile state of emotional and financial ruin of a left over marriage. Hillary took over after I had to fire my previous lawyer who ran up the bill by responding to every outrageous thing my ex and his lawyer could dream up. I was living in a nightmare and Hillary came to the rescue. She picked up the pieces quickly and supported me as best as she could. She did not overcharge and indeed helped me to save money by letting me know that we didn't have to respond to every little crisis the other team was dreaming up. In the end I was lucky to have walked away with some of things from my nineteen year marriage. I should have hired Hillary from the beginning. She is incredibly smart, thinks on her feet and is supportive of her clients. We had a hard time at court and Hillary admitted it but it was through no fault of her own. She worked wonders at having my best friend and mother dismissed as his witnesses on the stand and I am forever grateful to her that she fought for my right to return to school to continue an education so that I could support myself after 19 years as a stay at home parent. From what I know now my case was very hard and messy but Hillary championed me through it with ongoing optimism. Thank you Hillary. There is not enough I can say for all Melissa has done for me and my children. I hired Melissa after having 2 other local attorneys. I won’t mention their names, however I don’t feel with them they always had the best intentions of my children involved. Honest, Reliable, and Efficient
I hired Kris to help me get full custody of my children. I was just about 1-year into a divorce which included a parenting plan requiring 50/50 custody with my ex and a child support order that had me paying each month. My ex had essentially abandoned the children and her obligation but I was stuck with the court orders, thus stuck with paying child support and not having any closure for the children. It was an incredibly stressful situation and Kris was on top of things from day 1. I could write a 10-page review about all that went on but I’ll summarize by saying he achieved the outcome I was looking for. Furthermore, he secured temporary orders, almost immediately after taking my case, which provided my family with a tremendous amount of relief during the rest of the court proceedings.
Prior to meeting with Kris I had talked with several other attorneys. I had a lot of legal experience having handled my own divorce pro se. I felt like most were just telling me what I wanted to hear and didn’t seem to care much about me. In a few cases I thought I would be better off representing myself. Kris was different. I hired him on the spot.
He listened, he understood, and he explained things very clearly. He does not provide false hope. He explains strategies clearly and allows you to control the level of risk/reward you are comfortable taking. In my case he delivered exactly what we had talked about in our very first meeting. I felt confident in Kris’s representation. That’s huge when you’re going through any type of stressful case. I never worried that “the other team” would somehow get one over on him. They never did.
There’s an office behind Kris and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention some of the other things that made my experience less stressful. Kris utilizes a paralegal to handle legal filings, documentation updates, and other activities around a legal case. Melody was assigned to my case and she was outstanding. Our filings were always on time or early, our responses were timely, and I never worried about missing a deadline or having anything fall through the cracks. Shay in the billing department was also very pleasant. Bills were clear and easy to understand. Bills arrive via email and so do receipts for payment. This made it simple to review, pay, and track my activity from my phone. The office itself is pleasant and peaceful and it feels very successful. I wouldn’t know if they have a voice mail system as my calls were always answered by a human and returned same day if Kris wasn’t available. Emails were also returned same day or early the next day if I sent one off in the late evening.
Kris will definitely be my attorney should I ever require legal assistance in the future. I’m certain he could “duke it out in court” but his demeanor and professionalism secured my outcome without having to go there. He’s always focused on securing the outcome and he works very well with opposing council to achieve it.

Kristofer Leavitt is the absolute best attorney. I'm so incredibly thankful and grateful that I found Kris and that he's my attorney. I'm a small business owner and was served with a civil litigation lawsuit from an ex client. The lawsuit was not justified whatsoever. I had never been sued before and didn't know where to begin. Needless to say, I was petrified. I was completely inexperienced in legal protocol. I knew I had to get an attorney ASAP. I had consultations with several Las Vegas attorneys. Kris was the first one that I spoke with and the best one. In my initial consultation, Kris already had the complaint against me in front of him and began advising me. We hired Alli Keller after going to a famous downtown firm that advertised themselves as the best. They were the best in billing us timely for barely any results. They nickeled and dimed us, and did not even call us to explain to us what our adoption process would be like. When we raised the issue that we needed more information, they showed us the door, and thank god we found Alli Keller's firm. I am happy to tell of my professional relationship with Alexandra Keller.
Since moving to the Seattle area from California, I wanted to assure that my estate documents were up to date and legally binding in the state of Washington.
I found a number of lawyers who could help me. When I asked for a price estimate, I found that some required money upfront or a retainer fee. Others stated that their fee would be as much as $350 an hour but would not give a time estimate. I could not promise an unspecified amount without a price range estimate. When I contacted Alexandra, telling her exactly what I wanted, she told me that iwould be $400 - $800.
She rewrote my Revocable Living Trust, my Will, a Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, and a Health Care Directive. Due to a family death, I needed my trust agreement to reflect a change. I have been extremely pleased with the five newly written documents. Alexandra did charge the $800, but justifiably so. She made several helpful suggestions for my consideration while writing these documents. and it all takes time and effort.
When we met for the final signing and notarization, she went over everything allowing me to ask questions. She followed up by sending me an itemized statement of her charges and wrote off all of the extra time to stay within her stated estimate. She also sent forms upon which to list personal tangible property, naming a recipient for those items that do not need to be included in any other document.
You will find Alexandra to be very kind and patient, very intelligent, and focused upon service that meets your needs.
If in the future I have any legal needs, I will seek counsel with Alexandra. If a concern is outside her area of expertise, I know she will make a wise referral. In addition, I want to add that her office is easy to get to, on 35 th Avenue, close to the University with ample free parking.

I heard of Sabrina through a divorced moms group on Facebook. I sent her an initial email to request a meeting, but had already met with and retained a lawyer before I heard back from Sabrina. I decided to meet with her since she had been recommended.
What I really liked about Sabrina (even though I had already signed on with my lawyer) was that she was so straightforward and she heard my whole story through. I like that she asked for a background from beginning to end and she actually listened and provided honest feedback throughout.
She has a wonderful and friendly personality. I really enjoyed talking to her, and didn't feel judged, mocked or looked down on.
Divorce is a difficult process and she explained everything. I left feeling that she really takes care of those she represents and has their back.
Before I left she printed out a form for me to sign for the response to the petition and urged me to file it ASAP so I didn't lose any of my rights.
I ended up going back to her for a final review of my final divorce papers after my lawyer made updates. I just wanted to make sure everything looked reasonable and nothing was missed since I have a daughter and didn't want to miss or make any mistakes.
Sabrina met with me, even though I was running late. She never made me feel rushed and went through the paperwork with such detail. She ended up making lots of great changes that made me feel so relieved and grateful that I had come to see her.
Even though I had already retained another lawyer, my two appointments with Sabrina were enough that I felt she deserved an excellent review.

Let me just start off with saying that I went and seen quite a few lawyers before retaining Ms. Wright, and she was the only on who seemed to care about what my family was going through.
