I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. They will always be my go to Law Firm.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Long overdue review! Mehdi is truly an amazing lawyer who cares. I had a complicated family court case while simultaneously an ongoing criminal case with my abusive ex. I was in postpartum and it was the beginning of separation. I was very hyper vigilant and probably not the easiest to deal with, but Mehdi fully supported me through both cases. He took my life chaos with stride. He always fought hard for me in the court room. He even advocated for me to the ADA in the separate criminal case pushing the case further than it would have without him. I sometimes had to remember he was my lawyer and not my therapist! He gave me so much advice and honestly strength. Sharing a child with an abuser is no fun. We did get everything we asked for in Family Court which was such a relief. It wouldn’t have happened with any other lawyer, only Mehdi. I truly believe that. After Family Court ended he contacted me to check in and show support. He has worked with many women who have experienced DV so he gets it. Hopefully we don’t end up back in Family Court, but if we do He’s our GoTO… If he will have us again. Ha. Ha. We love you Mehdi!

I had as wonderful of an experience as one can have going through the divorce process with Nick as my attorney. I had switched a year into my case with no movement. Nick was able to come in and quickly catch up. He skillfully navigated a high conflict divorce and helped in protecting both myself and the children. He acted quickly, was very communicative, caring and was always was thinking out of the box. He is honest and made me feel safe and always had my best interest in mind. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

After I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, my neighbor, a longstanding friend, introduced me to attorney Jonathan Ratchik who took my case on as he and the doctors deemed my left foot was severely injured.
The landlord had failed to properly maintain the sidewalk in front of the brownstone he owned, posing a clear and present danger to pedestrians.
Mr. Ratchik knows his law. He is patient and thorough. It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
Robert and Iris, thank you for everything. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again.

Ms Dow is extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Family Court is never a fun experience for anyone and having a advocate who will stand up and fight for me is essential . Antony is an amazing person who will collaborate with you to plan your will and estate. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns and answered our questions in a thoughtful considered manner. After the will and estate plan was created, he went through the document with us, answered our questions and made some edits to the final documents. Afterwards he met with our children individually and went through the documents with them and answered their questions.
