I received a speeding ticket and a ticket for not using my blinker on the Taconic Parkway a couple of months ago. It turns out the blinker ticket is 2 points and the speeding ticket would’ve been 6 points. I didn’t know any lawyers so I went on Google and found the Shelton Law Firm. I called Mr. Shelton that day and sent him the documents he needed. He was extremely professional and got straight to the point. He told me he would handle it and that he would appear in court for me and not to worry he will contact me when all was said and done. He did exactly that, he got my tickets reduced to 1parking ticket -no points —no raised Insurance premiums and no nonsense Now I have his number stored in my phone and I would Highly recommend him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to receive a moving violation I have to say when he called me after leaving the courthouse and told me what he was able to achieve I was more than just a little relieved. Was on the other side of a transaction and couldn’t have been more disappointed. Matt thought it was OK/moral to send contracts out to multiple offers while knowing the real estate agent accepted one offer and not letting the counter parties know that was happening. A very poor communicator and would not respond to inquiry’s after our lawyer was made aware that multiple contracts were sent out. Inappropriate and not someone I would trust doing business with.

We provided a service for her and through no fault of our own it was rejected by the party she was attempting to serve. She attempted to shift blame on us even though she was provided a written response from the party involved on why service was rejected which had nothing to do with how we effected service. She has not payed for services rendered, will not respond to emails or pick up the phone when we call. Very unprofessional.

My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. I explained my side of the story as he reviewed my case and he understood exactly what was going on and agreed to take my case. He also explained to me he didn’t offer any promises or guarantee on the outcome but he said he would do his very best.
When this firm offers to do their best “look out” because that is exactly what you will get. It is impossible to put into words the impact that Barrett and his team have had on my life. My brother contacted Barrett when I was in need of legal assistance. The fracture in my 28 year marriage was overwhelming and became quite tumultuous. My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barrett Mack, of Mack and associates for an initial consultation . As it turns out this was the best decision I could have made in this situation.
Barret, and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sarah Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case.
They worked tirelessly on the case, keeping in constant communication with my wife’s attorney. They also kept me constantly updated on the status of negotiating.
Everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly supportive. Together they made a very difficult experience bearable.
They worked together seamlessly to get the best outcome for me and my children.
On march 14, 2024 a final marital separation and settlement agreement was signed. I have 50/50 joint legal custody of my children and all other differences have been settled in a more than satisfactory way.

After hiring a different lawyer in February 2018 that was diligently working on my case, we ended up pairing with John about 9months into the case. John was diligent, informative and took a real interest in my case. We spoke about my options and listened to my requests. John worked throughout the weekend before my probable cause hearing to find holes in the officers story. I was facing prison time as it would have been my 3rd DWI. After the hearing John was able to get my felonies reduced to one misdemeanor DWAI and a conditional discharge. I would highly recommend John to anyone as he takes a true interest and doesn’t just go through the motions.

John saved my life and my job! I have a habit of getting huge speeding tickets. I got yet another one and this was MAJOR! I was going to lose my license, my job, and I was going to have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars in driver responsibility fees along with the fires and surcharge on the ticket as well as all of the points on my license.
John and his staff were super polite and professional throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were immediately answered.
When we went to court, I was thinking my best case scenario was going to be 2 or 4 points and a huge fine. Somehow John got me a PARKING TICKET! 0 POINTS!!! I was close to receiving a probationary dismissal from a supervisor with negative re-hire codes as a reprisal for an EEO complaint. Although his behavior was unlawful, I had next to no options and was repeatedly harassed by the legal office to sign a vague resignation contract with an NDA clause that I was not comfortable with. I was referred to Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod by a friend (who is also an attorney but unable to take the case). Allen immediately took action by contacting the legal office and rewriting the resignation contract to be completely in my favor. Lave literally saved my life, I had a criminal misdemeanor charge, I pleaded guilty, too, even though I was not involved or had anything to do with what happened that day, but the police officer falsified some of the evidence that he presented in court, and I ended up pleading guilty to a misdemeanor, because I simply had no choice. Some few months after INS used this charge to get me deported. Labe was hired and did a wonderful job studying my case and managed to appeal my conviction, which lead to my release with no bail, from prison. Labe did a wonderful job fighting this case for me until we won , reversing it to a violation. And believe me this was not an easy task, took a lot of time and work, I’m sure 100% if I have used any other attorney I would not make it. Labes knowledge of the criminal system and criminal law is above and beyond. This guy doesn’t take shortcuts to make it easier for him self at costumers expense, he fully dedicates himself and his time to make sure you receive best service and results there is possible. He don’t promise anything ahead of the end, but believe me you will receive the best you can get. And that is my honest opinion, and believe me I have been around the block more then a few times and have used many different attorneys in NYC for different incidents that I have got my self in to. This guy is the best and hones I have seen, if not the best to have fighting for you in NYC period. God bless his heart and soul he really came through for me. Mr. Richman is an extremely skillful and dedicated attorney in one of the hardest areas of legal practice which is post-conviction relief. As an immigration attorney representing a client in his removal proceeding, I had to seek the best criminal defense attorney I could find to file a motion with criminal court to vacate and change the client’s criminal sentence so that he could qualify for cancellation of removal. He was a long-term lawful permanent resident facing deportation with no chance to be even considered for cancellation because of his single aggravated felony conviction. A reduction of the client’s sentence by only one day, would change the classification of his conviction for immigration purposes, making him eligible to apply for cancellation. (I wish my client’s former criminal attorney knew what difference just one day in the sentence could have made for his non-citizen client.) However, it was very hard to change the sentence through a post-conviction motion. Another criminal defense attorney retained by the client’s family had already filed such a motion without success. At this time, I decided to find the best attorney in town to try it again, and I found one, Mr. Richman. He re-filed the motion and fiercely fought for our client at the state court level. He was then ready to continue the battle in federal court when, finally, the criminal court agreed to vacate and reduce the sentence. This victory allowed me to reopen the client’s deportation case and seek cancellation of removal, which was granted. Our client is a US citizen today and the life of his family of immigrants was not torn apart by deportation due to effective assistance provided by Mr. Richman. I remain grateful to Mr. Richman for accepting such a challenging case and for the remarkable winning that opened an avenue for me to fight for the client in immigration court. I also greatly appreciate all the guidance on immigration-related criminal issues I have received from Mr. Richman throughout the years.

Andrew Luftig was recommended to me by my broker for my home purchase in Manhattan. I worked with him, Tara, and a few others on the team. Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

Divorce, even under amicable -ish terms is painful. Fluctuating emotions and unsolicited advice from family and friends can make even the most rational and clear headed think they are losing their mind. I was extremely concerned because my wife hired a pit-bull attorney. I was recommended the law office of Donald Mastrodomenico by a very high Manhattan firm. Richard knows the Queens court. He knows Queens culture. My ex-wife complained about how her lawyer was looking to create strife in order get more money. I never felt that way. In fact, he spent more time with me teaching me about how the divorce court works in Queens, which was not the case for my ex-wife's with her more expensive lawyer. I always felt he looked out for my best interests. He truly protected my best interests. Once we worked out what was feasible and what I wanted, he was able to work my ex-wife's attorney to get a shared custody settlement that worked for me and was best for my two daughters. I feel very lucky to have found him.
