I came home after serving 10 ten years for Robbery 1, Burglary, gun possession and a list of other charges. I went and sat down with this exceptional lawyer and I explained my dilemma and all the things that I was going through pre and post incarceration. Danielle listen to my situation and gave me back word for word my concerns she told me that I have grounds for appeal and she will look over my minutes of my case to develop a strategy.
My appeal was granted and case was dismissed due to her persistence and knowledge. Her experience, attention to detail and focus are incredibly impressive. I never thought that I would need a defense attorney. Unfortunately, my family and I were involved in a situation and needed one. My family and I were attacked by a group of individuals. In the course of defending ourselves we were arrested. This law firm worked diligently to get the charges dismissed. They did not stop there. Danielle Muscatello worked on my appeals on a harassment violation that has led to my termination as a teacher for NYC public schools. Although the duration of the case was a bit lengthy , which was not due to her lack of concern, she made sure to stay in contact with me to keep me updated on the case's progression. Last year hired Mr. Giordano to represent me when Ossining Village (NY) said I owed them around $4,000 for parking tickets. Ended up paying only $400, plus Mr. Giordano's very reasonable fee to represent me in court. Last month AGAIN hired him to represent me for 4 more overnight parking tickets that I did not deserve. Got in trouble with local government; got convicted of aggravated harassment 2nd. Hired Mr. Anthony Giordano, Ossining, N.Y. to appeal the conviction. He wrote legal papers and got the case heard in New York's highest court, the NY Court of Appeals. We WON! My conviction was over-turned. NOT GUILTY! Mr. Giordano's papers submitted to the Court were brilliantly written, and it was absolutely amazing to watch this man in action, in front of 7 Justices. I've since watched Mr. Giordano a few times in local courts and remain amazed at his vast knowledge of criminal and zoning laws.
Mr. Giordano is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have recommended him to around 25 people and all have praised Mr. Giordano's legal expertise and abilities. Matt was assigned to my dad by the judge hearing a motion that he filed with the court in 2015. Due to the pandemic I advised my dad to file for a compassionate release but I knew he would need help in preparing a strong supporting argument. So I reached out to Matt. I knew it was a lot to ask for but he didn’t even hesitate to say yes! I could tell from the sound of his voice that he genuinely cared and had concern for my dad’s well being. He worked hard and fast gathering all the supporting documents. Matt was detailed and thorough in his approach. He’s not only knowledgeable and skilled, he’s empathetic. Matt was available whenever I had questions and concerns. He understood my urgency and was patient when I needed assurances that he was doing all that he could. Matthew contributed to my fathers release. My father was sentenced to life and once Matthew got his hands on the case, it contributed a great deal to the "time served" sentence my father received....after 22 years incarceration. Matthew kept myself and family informed, asked for our assistance when needed, When I would email him with questions...even after my father received his sentence he answered. I was referred to Scott Riemer by a friend of mine who is an attorney. She was also using this firm for her ERISA disability claim. I had no legal background and I did not know anything about the disability process. I have an unfortunate medical issue which has cut short my career. Anthony Capasso represented the firm I work for in a construction related incident. there were a few parties that were named in the case as defendants.
