Brett handled both the sale of our condo and purchase of a new home. He was very knowledgeable and approachable. I thought when 4 firms completely shut me down that i was out of options and would lose my job 3 weeks from then. I was told this isn’t a good enough reason, you’d be wasting money, there’s no point, and that the time frame was too short for anything to be done. That is until i was recommended to Sara who when i called the day after, had already looked over my case and told me we had something. I learned of Mr. Kusnetz services after my divorces was finalized but I wish I had Mr. Kusnetz from day one. His firm has been tremendous in helping me with some of the things I didn’t original consider when my uncontested divorce was done by another firm. He has helped me with all of my post-divorce issues such as visitation with my son and my child support obligations. Phil Kusnetz is an attorney like no other. From the moment I calls his office, I knew this was the attorney for me. My case was dismissed years ago on the issue of grounds. I felt like there was no hope.

John Mitchell is a great listener and can diagnose the legal issue,and make understandable to the lay person. . He is very experienced, and highly knowledgeable. Glad I hired Mr. Holmgren to handle the issue I was dealing with. I'm extremely happy with the agreement that resulted from his services. He did an excellent job navigating the complex avenues of the law and did a better job of handling me when I became "emotional" about the wheels of justice.
I was recommended by someone that knew someone else and I have no idea how long he's been practicing law. He's the youngest lawyer that has provided me counsel; however, his knowledge, creativity, and skill will have me return if I'm ever in need of legal services in the future.

It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
Robert and Iris, thank you for everything. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again.

When an attorney states not interested because a significant monetary gain is not involved, one is then forced to ask - why is that more of a priority than supporting and protecting the Rights of those who come to you for help - - like the oath doctors take, Do no harm. Ms. Lewis (henceforth described as L) was introduced to me when i approached the law firm of Joshua Dratel LLC for a felony charge. There was no dispute that a crime had been committed. My first 2-3 meetings with L were also attended by Mr. Dratel (henceworth described as D) as we went over the details of the crime as well as an interview of my background as a non-criminal. The firm charged less for L's time than D's time. Despite that, L's approach was super professional and thorough. I am sure she discussed my case with D virtually every step of the way as she gathered the pertinent information and communicated with the prosecutor's office. The process required investigating the crime itself, my booking at the jail, information re: my medical history, and multiple conversations with the prosecutor's office. This latter phase was the most difficult since the prosecutor's office was so busy and often did not return phone calls and emails; none of which could be ascribed to lack of effort on L's side. We had multiple conversations about strategies and she clearly made every effort to figure out the most expeditious as well as the most effective to get my charge reduced. Of course, i would have loved a full dismissal but that was not realistic. For a first timer like me, the court appearances were especially intimidating. The idea was that we would eventually agree on an offer from the prosecutor's office once the charges were reduced. The first court appearance was effectively a bust since the prosecutor was not ready to make a solid offer; the excuse being they hadn't had the time to really think through the case. Hence my second court appearance was scheduled for 6 weeks later. At both appearances, L met with me a good 15 min before our scheduled time to go over her communications with the prosecutor's office and explained in detail the ramifications of what the ultimate agreement would mean. There are so many places one can land. Dismissal, dismissal with conditions, disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct with certain conditions, and other misdemeanors. Ultimately, i accepted a plea of disorderly conduct with conditions which in this case was better than dismissal with conditions. This would be the reverse of what one would think is better in the long run. But L explained to me in careful and patient detail why this choice was much better than the other choices. This whole judicial process can be very anxiety producing however having L represent me and be by my side all the way reduced the angst and turmoil. Having her explain the different nuances made it easy for me to accept the final judgement. Without doubt, I would turn to her again (God forbid) if I have another occasion to be in trouble.

I engaged Lindsay for my father- to help get his grand larceny sentenced reduced after meeting certain restitution conditions in his plea agreement. What should have been a simple exercise was anything but; complicated by a difficult cast of characters including a tough judge and various opposing forces.
Prior counsel had spent months on this issue with no success. Lindsay wrangled these forces like a pro. Within days she was walking into a hearing with consent of the parties and, when it looked like the judge might balk, was prepared with the case law to substantiate her position. Lindsay got my father re-sentenced in a matter of days.
