I cannot say enough positive things about Andrew Zapcic and his team!
We had two different cases that Mr. Zapcic handled for us and the outcomes were exactly what we wanted. He and his team are professional, thorough, and excellent at what they do.
There was constant communication keeping us informed every step of the way.

Attorney Brumel was my first call when I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney to help me out of this miserable situation. However I did make a couple other calls, and found that he was the most experienced, he made me feel the most comfortable and of course most importantly given my current state offinancial affairs, the cheapest! In fact I got off the phone with one of them and immediately called his office to start the process.
When we had our initial consultation it was set for 30 mins, we spoke for nearly an hour. Once I hired him we scheduled a two hour appointment to sort everything out, it went three hrs. He responded to every email, and both him and Jaci answered every question, offering assurance along the way.
I hope nobody I care about has to go through bankruptcy, but if they do I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Attorney Brumel. Now if somebody I don't like is going through it, I'd recommend one of the other guys.

Mr. Brumel is not your average lawyer. He is backed with decades of knowledge and experience.
He also knows that bankruptcy is “scary” and complex, so he spends his time explaining and analyzing your options.
His fees are beyond reasonable, his work ethic is impeccable, his office, mainly Jaci is amazing and super responsive.
The free consultation isn’t a quick 5 minute “hire me” pitch, but was rather an in depth dive into my situation and analysis of what could be done.
The efficiency of the service is second to none.

This thank you note is long overdue. This past Christmas holidays while spending one night at home with 2 of my children, I began to recount to them details about my financial journey in the last 5 years.
I recalled probably the darkest moment since the passing of my wife when my house was listed under a foreclosure sheriff sale; and then what appeared to have been like a divine intervention, you approached me offering your legal services to save my house. I remembered during one meeting in your office another customer of yours telling me “Do everything he tells you to do and you’ll be fine” which I found comforting, and as a little light at the end of the tunnel. Today I feel what a piece of sound advice that was, and one that I’d be ready to pay it forward if given the chance. You developed a chapter 13 plan, got it approved by the bankruptcy court, and put it in front of me to execute for 48 consecutive months after filing on 12/30/2019. Your final advise was – keep yourself employed and make your payments every month to the mortgage companies and the trustee. I managed to do that despite some bumps along the way.
Losing my wife to cancer, and with it, losing half of my household income, and then not having a steady job made it hard to keep up with the bills and my house mortgage. I shared this life episode with my children, as I was lucky now to see them making successful strides and forging ahead in their professional careers after completing their university degrees.
I will forever be grateful to the two of you, for giving me the assistance to restructure my finances, and now be able to continue with better footing.

My husband and I were in the process of buying a house for the first time. Lucky, I was referred to Bill by my mortgage company! It was the best thing that could have happened to us. I don't think many people actually WANT to go through bankruptcy. It's embarrassing and makes you feel like a failure. Mr. Braverman was very pleasant to work with, he made Chapter 7 Bankruptcy simple and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He responds to emails quickly and simply, so I am not left to interpret legal mumbo jumbo. A previous lawyer I talked to provided me with pages and pages of documents to read through and more documents to fill out. Legal documents are not my thing and the process was so overwhelming I decided not to go through with it. I later found and talked to Mr. Braverman. He collected all of my information and handled all of the paperwork. I just had to show up for 2 short meetings with him and again for the meeting of creditors and we were done.

My wife and I used Brian and team for our real estate transaction for our first home. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about this process as we had never bought a home and have had some friends who had awful experiences. Brian was so on top of the situation, and never went a day without checking in with us. He was free for late night phone calls as well since my wife and I work during the day.
In the end, I have two main takeaways aside from what I listed above:
1. Trustworthiness: Brian doesn't sugar coat the good, bad, and ugly. The home buying process is full of ups and downs and Brian will be sure to be honest and make sure you are informed.
2. Negotiation skills: Brian got us way more than we expected after inspection and advocated on our behalf to the seller. He has done this a million times so understands when you are in the driver's seat and when you shouldn't be so aggressive.
I will remain as a reference for Brian as I was so impressed by his services.

Mr. Kernan is an amazing lawyer and if you are reading this you do note have to look any further for representation. I had a consultation and hired Mr. Kernan the same day because he was like an angel sent to answer my prayers. Wonderful experience. My biggest compliment is Daniel's quick and matter-of-fact communication. I have autism and struggle to communicate with most people, but talking and messaging Daniel was incredibly easy. That means a lot to me. He's also an expert in the field. There were a few times that I rang him just to ask rapid-fire questions about how real estate works in NYC, niche and specific questions; but no matter how specialised my question was, Daniel was able to answer it by heart. You can tell he's been doing this a while. I asked for this deal to move fast, as I was excited to move in, and Daniel was able to. I am a business & financial planning consultant. I work pretty much nationwide. I was sued for "fraudulent transfer" in a New Jersey bankruptcy court by one of my best former clients---one for whom I had worked five years and actually done pretty well. But this guy (my former client) was a big talker and a dreamer, and he landed himself in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, represented by a lawyer who was positively legendary (I found out) in New Jersey).
It all started last summer at a moment when I was particularly short on cash. I must have spoken to three dozen lawyers all over New Jersey. On hearing the name of the lawyer who was representing my former client, every one of these lawyers said, "OH NO."
Now, I knew that my former client's case was not only frivolous on the merits but time-barred. So I had to start off by representing myself pro se. I got ONE count knocked out on the first motion to dismiss, so I did "OK" on my own, but couldn't get the case to go away completely, and I knew I couldn't possibly represent myself in Court, go to trial on my own, or anything like that---"anyone who represents himself in Court has a fool for a lawyer," right?
So I continued talked to even more lawyers in New Jersey.
Somehow, someway, I found (this is going to sound so corny, but I believe it): somehow God sent me to Graig Corveleyn.
Graig Corveleyn not only accepted my case on what I can only call very reasonable terms, he showed no "fear, shock or awe" at the idea of defending me against this very senior, very prestigious, New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyer who was, like I say, to every other lawyer in the state, some kind of "Legend of Superman."
Even in our initial interviews, I could tell that Mr. Corveleyn knew the Bankruptcy Courts and the applicable law backwards and forwards. He took my case, even though he knew he was fighting this "Superhero Super-lawyer" on the other side....
As I say, I work nationwide, so I have literally dealt with lawyers everywhere from Boston, Mass, and Bangor, Maine, to Wasilla, Alaska, and Waikiki, Hawaii.
I normally have a rather dim view of lawyers---they are conformists who cannot think outside the box or imagine anything that is new, different, or outside whatever there cookie-cutter specialty is.
In Graig Corveleyn, I found someone who actually COULD see the forest and the trees, and notice that there was smut on the bark and rot inside of even on some of the oldest and biggest growths in the whole forest.
And he could see the justice on my side---even though I'm a very unusual case.
Did you read that, folks, "he could see justice....even in a very unusual case."
THAT is really unusual in a lawyer, and it makes Graig Corveleyn a real hero---not a legend because he's been around forever and had really big clients in the past (that was my opponent's lawyer), but because Graig Corveleyn has eyes to see and ears to hear, a discerning mind and a heart to sympathize.
As of this moment, my case isn't over yet. Graig has not waivered, not dropped the ball, not showed any sign of quitting....even though the flow of money has been more regularly in the negative than in the positive towards him. That's because he has a brain and a heart to see a winnable case even in an unusual and difficult situation.
I expect Graig Corveleyn will one day be a legend himself. Not because of my case (although who knows? The other side is strangely persistent in the face of one defeat and setback after another), but because of who he is and how he does what he does.
Graig Corveleyn has worked inside the system with the U.S. Trustee's office---I don't quite understand how all that works in Bankruptcy Court, but that's why we need lawyers, right? He knows all the Judges and what's normal, abnormal, and downright crazy/fruity.
Bankruptcy Courts are Courts of equity and I would have to say, Graig Coveleyn's sense of equity and fairness is almost unparalleled in any lawyer I have ever met.
