I'm a person who puts things off... especially when it's dealing with troubling issues. I tend to ignore them until I simply can't anymore. On the Friday before a court filing due the next Monday, I contacted James Cerbone's law office after finally opening a piece of mail I had received from them the week before - remember the part about putting things off? Cindy returned my messaged call within the hour, and arranged to stay late so that I could come in and sign the paperwork. The price was fair and everything settled to my satisfaction. (It was a case involving old debt). Cindy was not only understanding, but friendly and personable - my only regret is that I didn't contact her sooner!

Please don’t waste your money on this extremely unprofessional so called attorney. He had my case for almost 2 years when it shouldn’t of taken no more then 6 months. Not once did he called me or emailed me. I had to call and only got to speak with his secretary. They dismissed my case and he had no clue. 6 months later it was refilled only because I sent numerous emails. A day before going to court he tells me he wants an additional $1,250 when then whole case was suppose to cost $1,000. If I can give him zero stars I would. So now I’m out $800 and my case is not even done. Now I have to find another attorney because I refuse to pay this scammer.

Mark Gabriel took over my case several months into the case. He took the time to ask questions and provide information so that I could make important decisions about my future and the future of my child. I was lucky enough to see him in landlord/tenant court after a consult with him. I witnessed a very cold, belittling man. His lack of empathy and his snarky remarks toward a single mother who was trying to ask a question was awful. He would not let her speak and when she asked for clarification of monies due he laughed at her and stated "If you can even get that paid in time we can discuss the adjustment." CHARACTER IS EVERYTHING! To laugh in court at someones struggle is as low as it gets. You literally had to see it to believe it! Sinful!

When we were battling with our lender, Bank of America, over a final judgement in foreclosure that was entered against us, two law firms we met with said once final judgement is entered there is little that can be done. For a large retainer, they would look into the matter, but held out very little hope. Then, after one visit to the Law Offices of Eugene Roth, we knew we met the right firm. For a reasonable fee, the “little-can-be-done-about-it” final judgement was vacated and we lived to fight another day.
