I went broke from them always charging My card. They never responded to My concerns only worried about their next payment. Nothing ever changed… I started at a 645, didn’t need much but they didn’t do nothing to better My credit. After a year or so of no improvement, I changed My bank info so they’d stop charging My account for literally not doing nothing!

Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job representing me and my small business when we needed a civil litigation attorney.
