I would highly recommend Ken for any bankruptcy proceedings. Let's be honest, bankruptcy is not fun and it is not a procedure you want to be involved in. But if after your free consultation with Ken, he feels it is your best solution, you can't find a better lawyer to handle the case for you. He treated me with respect; he laid out exactly what was required from me; he maintained constant communication with me; and his experience of being a Trustee ensured that my I was completely prepared for our meeting with the appointed Trustee. I never felt like he just rubber stamped my case - in fact he made several significant recommendations and changes to my case as the formal information gathering process progressed which resulted in significant savings for me. He never stopped working towards my best interests - you can't ask for anything more!

At a low point in my life, when the local cops of a large city in Westchester decided to violate my constitutional rights during a false arrest, Alex help me get financial compensation. I went through a foreclosure this year and the holder of the 2nd mortgage is trying to collect. Andrew Grossman was extremely knowledgeable about my case he gave me free advice. He printed out forms for both my taxes and for my legal case. He recommended against bankruptcy and spelled out clearly why the mortgager had no real case against me. Free advice and no pressure for him to take my case. He was honest, knowledgeable and helpful. He deserves a perfect score and i would recommend him to anyone.

My daughter hired Mr Ingersoll for a child custody issue. During that, she was arrested for a felon. Mr Ingersoll gave her his cell phone number and she had little to no problem reaching him. He has successfully managed her child custody and child support cases and was able to get her felony reduced to a single misdemeanor and she only got probation. His advice was solid and his relationship with the courts and prosecutors make him a strong litigator

I have worked with Mr. Ingersoll several times over the last 15 years. Tim has handled my business in a knowledgeable, timely manner. Tim always looked out for my best interest and I trust him to do his job. When Tim handled my divorce I was very ill. I contacted Ms. Montare on a very short notice for a time sensitive matter related to financial aspects of a divorce settlement. She responded to my message within hours on a weekend and was very prompt and professional with her communication. Going through a bankruptcy can definitely be one of the toughest time one may ever experience, especially when you have to let go of just about every asset you ever owned or had. Yet, getting someone who is willing to go beyond expectations and dig deep to see what the very best strategy for your own case may be can make all the difference at the end of the day.
Mr. Kasen was willing to do just that for me and pulled it through. He searched deep to find a prior judgement in a similar case as mine (which was quite unique as well as involved) to start, support and push through the best possible resolve.
I interviewed a few attorneys prior to make a selection and they all had different strategies and cost structures, making it very hard to make a choice (I mean, who has prior experience in bankruptcy, right?). This alone can be one of the hardest part of the process, as you have to let go of the control, feeling that your life is in someone else’s hands. I am glad I went with my gut feeling.
