This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.

I was in the midst of acquiring a single-family home in Syracuse, NY under the condition that it was being sold "as is" with a 10-day inspection contingency. I submitted my contract to my attorney, Mary, for review, and she recommended a thorough property inspection with a contractor. The seller's attorney later contacted Mary, asserting that the inspection was solely for informational purposes, and I remained obligated to proceed with the sale, regardless of the inspection's findings.
Subsequently, Mary reached out to me, expressing concerns about potential significant issues with the property. She strongly advised against moving forward with the sale and suggested canceling the contract. I was truly appreciative of her guidance and chose to follow her advice, thereby avoiding a potentially troublesome situation. Mary's expertise and counsel spared me from a considerable headache.

I hired Mr. Henry in August 2023 for a medical discriminatory employment matter. I have reached out to him several times, but he only returns my calls after I beg and plead for an update. He reassures me that the matter is being taken care of, but he has not taken any action. He provided a link to my proof of documents he supposedly sent to the employer, but the link was broken. Despite promising on many occasions to provide a working link, he has not done so.
Additionally, Mr. Henry has been unavailable frequently due to sick days, family emergencies, and now he is on vacation for a month. This matter is time-sensitive, and his prolonged absences are causing significant delays. He even promised to refund the money through Affirm, but Affirm cannot help me without his response, and it has been almost a year.
Mr. Henry has not handled this matter professionally. When I mentioned consulting with his board, he accused me of threatening him. I am extremely dissatisfied with his services and the lack of communication and progress in resolving my case.
