He had my speeding ticket dismissed and I basically didn’t have to do anything besides pay him the amount I was already about to pay toward the ticket. He accepts Venmo which made the payment process even more convenient! He also communicated really well through both phone and email.

It’s been many years since I called Teri in sobbing because I was 3 days from losing my house to auction and didn’t know what else to do. She took me on, cared for me and saved me. She held my hand through the whole process with patience and kindness, never judgement. She filled me in on everything that was going to happen and how we should approach it. We were in contact just about daily through the process. She’s so caring and compassionate, you feel like she’s truly your advocate. She REALLY knows her way around bankruptcy laws and what the process is going to be like for your situation. She was right about everything including what the judge would ask me about at the end. I could not have asked for a better angel in my time of need. I really don’t know what I would have done without her or how bad life would have been. I had received a speeding citation from a cop in Pierce county. I went online to try and find an attorney to represent me. I stumbled upon Michael Sheehans reviews and saw he had helped a lot of people. I decided to have him represent me and he did not disappoint. He got my speeding citation dismissed in court and I had to pay nothing to the courts at all! He was a lifesaver for my future career and I appreciate it! I originally went through UpRightLaw and do payments for my bankruptcy. I kept in touch with the attorney after my money was transferred to him. Due to unforeseen circumstances, that caused me to put this on the back burner, I didn’t file or complete the bankruptcy process (health issues and unexpected family death). I contacted him today and he said I would have to start everything all over again, including the payment since it’s been archived cause it’s been over a year. I wouldn’t be filing for bankruptcy if I could afford the payment twice.

The title almost says it all. Dave guided my spouse and I through our bankruptcy case. It is by no means a stress free process, but along the way I had Dave's guidance and reassurance.
