DUI Heroes really lives up to their name! Every member of the team lead with compassion but were highly professional. They were detail oriented, commutative and organized.
Rachel Reich was my true hero! She was top notch!!! She is firm with defense. I could tell that she truly was looking out for my best interest. I LOVED how detailed she was as I never had to question what I needed to do and what was happening. She took the scariest part out of my situation which was the unknown.
The success of the team is definitely inspired by Jonathan Dichter, the founder. He is very compassionate and his calmness and kindness helped tremendously in the beginning. My family and I were highly anxious and scared and his demeanor helped calm that down so we could make a quality decision.
I also want to thank Lexi Bryon and Christopher Wong. They were on the team that helped me and I always appreciated their updates and friendliness.
I almost forgot. They give a deal to get your breathalyzer at Lifesafer so you can save some money. This is not a cheap experience so every savings is valuable.
What mattered to me most is that they NEVER made me feel ashamed. They actually said they were proud of my accomplishments in recovery (which I entered after my DUI). I was not in a good place and this was very much needed to help me recover.

So I did some research to find the best possible attorney. I went to his consultation and was very pleased and comfortable discussing my case. I hired him that very day. For over 3 years I was embroiled in a complicated litigation as the Defendant. I met with Robert Hahn for a consultation. He was patient and quick to respond even at 4am when I was uncertain about what papers I needed and how to make them into a PDF file. I can say I did drag my feet getting everything together (3 years almost) but he never pushed me to get it done faster instead he would check in from time to time and give me the encouragement I needed to keep going with what seemed like a overwhelming and daunting task. I called to request a consultation late on a Friday, the attorney was not available at that time. He called me back first thing on the following Saturday. I was really surprised as I had not expected to hear back until Monday.
Tim provided me with suggestions as to what I should do and also provided me with the needed steps to take to move through the dispute on my own. He said that hiring an attorney would be more than the amount I was dealing with in regards to the dispute.
His explanation was great and made me realize that this wasn't something that I had to freak out about and that it could be dealt with regardless of the outcome. He also didn't make me feel bad about the situation, which I appreciated.
If for some reason I need to file bankruptcy in the future (I hope not) or if I know someone who is in need of a bankruptcy attorney, Tim will be who I go to or suggest to others.
