He sent a few email and couldn’t get anything done if he knew this was not going any where on the few emails refund my money. Haven’t heard from him and dealing with the collection myself now. What a waste of 2000. Beware. I asked for a refund because nothing was getting done. He said he no refund I told him to also go ahead and take out whatever fees for the few emails he sent, but still didn’t wanna give me back any money. So he takes money from desperate people and desperate times and acts like he’s doing them a favor

I like to file a complaint. While speaking with a receptionist. She claimed you'd only been Open for 15 mins at 8:55pm then told me I can't speak to people like that and she hung up the phone. I'm trying to convey my problems and concerns and only get brushed off and told I'll get a call back.
I got a call back and saying I'll like to file a complaint and was told I'm not going to get into this again and was hung up on once again.
I was not using foul language and I was trying to be respectful. my worries are being passed over and my request are not being respected prior to the first hearing with Brittany.

Ms. Warren is very professional and respectful. She made going through a hard time so much easier. She explained things in a very straight forward way that was easy to understand. She is also very honest and I trusted her completely. She answered all questions and many times they were on the phone, not making us run in to her office every time we had a question. Credit to the LvBC team - Seth and Karl are outstanding!
I hired them to assist with a residential real estate case. I performed an initial consultation with several other firms, but Seth and LvBC clearly stood out even at early stages. Throughout the entire process they were consistently responsive, informative, and realistic/honest with me. I truly felt like I had expert guidance at every step, and that they took their duty of looking out for my best interest seriously.
LvBC got a tough case - it was a complex situation, the case lasted longer than expected, and there were multiple teams of opposing counsel to contend with. Seth and Karl are the real deal though - and they helped secure a favorable outcome for me. I have seen them work, and they are the folks that you want on your team.

Mr Iwama helped us with a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. When we first met him we were impressed by him. He said he could help us renegotiate our debt ( we had a second mortgage, car loan, and a few credit cards).
He said that the entire bankruptcy would be 3 years and the payment would be less than $200 a month. He said that we'd have a credit rating over 700 by the time we'd be done. After review we ended up with a 5 year plan and now I'm finding out that even after the 5 years are up I still will owe money! Every time we call him he "suggests" a re-negotiation of our plan (at the cost of $300 bucks and hour).
I now wish that I had done my research better and found someone that has an interest in helping people, I am not opposed to lawyers getting $300 dollars an hour but I don't not think he's actively trying to help his clients. Whenever I call his office the conversation is usually filtered through his very nasty secretary. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an attorney to look elsewhere.

Marc Stern handled our bankruptcy Chapter 13 very efficiently. We had a problem because of a prior lien on our home and our home was in foreclosure and our home was being sold, all at the same time. Marc provided a solution to allow us to complete the sale, be relieved of an unfair old debt and retrieve our equity. Marc really knows his stuff and we are very happy with his professional services. this attorney was part of a bankruptcy firm I went to after I was divorced in 2012. One of my main concerns was what I was court ordered to pay my ex. I asked this attorney if I declared chapter 7 if it would discharge all debt and she assured me it would. However I found out now that it never discharged debts owed during dissolution, so ironically it discharged a debt I had been paying on but not the ex and so now I am facing even more financial and dissolution hurdles.

SHE MADE PROMISES OF DEBTS THAT WOULD BE INCLUDED THAT WERE NOT AND ULTIMATELY COST ME MORE TIME AND MONEY TO ATTORNEYS TO ASSURE MY FINANCIAL FUTURE WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH THE SET PURPOSE OF FILING BANKRUPTCY. I SENT DOCUMENTS MULTIPLE TIMES THAT WERE LOST, HAD TO RESEND THOUGH I HAD CONFIRMATION. WE WERE IN COURT AND SHE WAS TOLD OF SEVERAL MISTAKES IN HER PETITION THAT NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED BEFORE MY CASE COULD MOVE FORWARD.
MOST DISTURBING IS SHE DID NOT ADVOCATE FOR WHAT SHE PROMISED. AND THEN UP AND LEFT THE LAW FIRM SHE WAS WORKING AT WITHOUT NOTICE.

I hired Brent to represent me in what I would consider to be a complicated bankruptcy. He was not the cheapest attorney, but I am not convinced that another attorney could have handled my case and had things go well. As I sat in the federal courthouse, watching others have their meeting with the creditors, and waiting for my own, I saw that not all of the meetings went smoothly. It appeared to me that there was a correlation between how well the meeting went and how much groundwork the attorney had done prior to the meeting. Due to my complicated case, I was expecting to really get grilled, but I didn't and I attribute that the the detailed work that Brent and his staff did in advance. His staff is also very quickly responsive to questions and phone calls. I would recommend Brent to anyone, especially if you need extra peace of mind. His price was significantly higher that what I had seen advertised elsewhere, but I truly think it was worth it. He also seemed to be very well-regarded by the trustee.

I went to Mr. Moran, even though his price was higher then most around our area. Pros: he was quick to get us in, and he was straight to the point. Cons: He got frustrated when we had additional questions about our case, and he did not explain certain things clearly like, our house and auto loans. I had a quick question about our bankruptcy a year and half after it was discharged, and he did not return our calls, I even offered to pay for the answer, and I actually had to consult another attorney for free because he never responded. My co-worker was doing bankruptcy same time we were, and found a cheaper lawyer in Silverdale, who accepted payments, and also made sure all questions were answered.

This attorney was too afraid to go to trial, after being hired and paid decided it was too much for her and said she didn’t want to go to trial! Like ok?? Who does? As an attorney you have an obligation to serve your clients not screw them over because your too old and can’t handle a touch case! She shouldn’t have took me on as a client if she knew she couldn’t handle it! After taking my money and putting me in a worse situation not thinking once how parents go through so much during this whole situation just to be taken advantage of! I would not recommend her ever, she might as well retire at this point!

I was faced with a parenting plan case and Kolleen was the first attorney I consulted. She told me if I was to get an attorney, that I would have to pay for an attorney for my ex and that I didn't need legal representation for my case. Both of those claims were undoubtedly false. I felt like she just pocketed my consultation fee and rushed me out her door. I would not advise anyone to consult with this attorney. I hired a much better attorney and my case went well.
