Parsa managed to not only solve my problem but help me through many tearful and angry times with calmness and understanding. He was able to solve a very difficult and prolonged dispute between me and my condo association. This would have been impossible without him. I originally consulted with Mr. Landery for advice on how I should proceed with my music. I had already written/recorded a lot and wasn't sure about the next step. I had an opportunity to seek legal help from Jeff for a Guardianship case and I think there cannot be any other lawyer who could have handled it any better than he did. Jeff, took on my case at the shortest notice ever. He had to file a motion and did it a few days before the cut off. He was so dedicated, even when I did not have enough money to pay him. With 20 years in business and some legal experience to go along with it it is safe to say I am not a big fan of attorneys in general. I have worked with Robert on a number of matters over the years I managed litigation for a Fortune500 medical device company. He is by far one of the most trustworthy and personable lawyers I have ever met; and he is pleasure to work with. June '13 - I recently received a large settlement in a security fraud case that lasted over four years. The case had two appeals to GA Superior Court but, in the end, the defendants offered me a settlement I couldn't refuse. I have been told by other legal minds, that I respect, that my case established a new precedent for securities law in GA. Richard Farnsworth is the sole reason I have my kids back in my life.
There are certain keywords a mother can utter in regards to a father in a separation that will make the legal system act in a manner that is "protective" to the child but only if the father is totally dismissed as the stereotypical caricature.
Richard was able to first expose the false accusations for what they were and get them dismissed. he worked in the best interest of my children and was able to get a fair custody split that ensures the children know the love of both parents and allows them to prosper as individuals instead of trophies in a financial dispute.
