On January 27, 2023, I was involved in a car accident with a semi-trailer truck on IH-35 Northbound between Austin and Pflugerville. I sustained multiple injuries, including neck, lower back, knee, and head injuries.
After consulting many law firms in the Austin area, I hired FVF Law to represent me throughout the process. Hope Guardia was assigned to my case, and from day one, she was excellent. I explained my side of the story to her, and she told me that she believed I had a case. She immediately started gathering all the evidence about the accident and started handling the negotiations and claim process with the insurance company.
I was informed every step of the way. Hope would email or call me every time she communicated with the opposing council, and she would also follow up with me after every doctor’s appointment to check on me. She was caring and valued my case.
Hope Guardia and Mark Farris were knowledgeable and had much experience in accident law and settlement procedures.
The case took over 21 months before the settlement was reached because the insurance company was dragging the case. The opposing council kept rejecting every demand that was made by my lawyer until Mark Farris came on board to assist Hope with the case. Mark pushed the insurance company to settle the case or go to court. The first time I spoke to Mark, he assured me that he was going to be very aggressive with the opposing council, and he kept his word. Because of my injuries and all my medical bills, he insisted that the insurance company pay the full policy. Moreover, we ended up going to mediation, and the final settlement amount was very close to our demand. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances.
All my medical bills have been paid, and I have put some money aside for future medical bills as well.
I hope what happened to me that day will never happen again to me or any of my family members. However, if I ever need an injury lawyer, I will definitely hire FVF Law Firm, especially Hope Guardia and Mark Farris. These two lawyers made me feel like a family member. For that, I am grateful for what an excellent job they did. Thank you, Hope, Mark, and FVF Law, for everything you did to help me get the best settlement in my case. Y’all are forever my lawyers!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Nossa Law. I paid the full $3,000 upfront for my NIW case, which was a significant financial burden as an international student. I even had to borrow money to ensure the payment was made, trusting that my case would be handled professionally.
Throughout the process, I consistently asked if anything else was required from me. I was never told that I needed to file the application myself. Pablo sent me a draft to review, asking me to confirm my information so he could proceed. However, after that, he completely disappeared.
I received no updates for over a year and four months despite numerous emails and phone calls. When I finally reached him, he claimed I had received the package and failed to file it myself—something I was never informed I had to do. According to the engagement letter, it is the lawyer’s responsibility to file the form, making his response even more unacceptable. Instead of offering support, he said he didn't have time to work on my case and "encouraged" me to file the package on my own without any clarification.
When I asked for further assistance, he told me he was on vacation for about 2-3 weeks. This lack of professionalism wasted not only my money but also my time, effort, and hope. Because my VISA will expire in 5 months, I now have no chance to do anything.
As someone unfamiliar with the process, I hired this firm to guide me. If I had known the lack of support I would receive, I could have saved myself the stress and done it independently.
I would NOT recommend Nossa Law to anyone. The way he handled my case was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Respecting clients and their cases should be the foundation of any legal practice, and that respect was entirely missing here.

Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.

We did get in touch with few attorneys via phone call, but Mr. Robson stood out and was our favorite. We directly talked with him on the phone for more than 30mins and were ready to sign with him. The next day we met with him. Even though we didn’t mutually agree and sign, Mr.Robson spent almost 2 hours with us and provided valuable advice to help us with the case. This tells me a lot about him as a person and how helpful he would be if we were to sign with him. I 100% recommend him to everybody.

I was misidentified as a physician who lost a state license from another state. Since I was reported as the revoked licensed physician, I was questioned by my state board and had trouble finding employment due to the National Practitioner Databank report. I tried to correct this problem myself and got nowhere. A friend suggested Antonio Cobos, JD and things started moving real fast. Within a month of his letter to the reporting agencies, I received a corrected NPDB report with sincere apologies for their mistake. Dr. Cobos and Samantha are fantastic and I owe them for getting my future back.

About 2 years ago I called Lorenz and Lorenz for my accident injury case, they said they couldn't help me just very not very helpful they didn't take it but that's okay cuz I got another attorney and I got me a good amount of money for my accident. The reason why I'm making this comment is because I don't want anybody to try to call Lorenz and Lorenz if they've had an accident it's better to call anybody somebody else cuz they will not help you. It worked out for the best because I got a way better settlement than Lorenzo wrens cuz they're not trying to help anybody. Actually no I am not disappointed that Lorenz and Lorenz said no I'm glad I got a way better attorney to help me.

Terrible Divorce Lawyer - Do Not Hire
I would not recommend this lawyer for your divorce. Not only is he incredibly unprofessional, but he also fails to deliver on basic legal responsibilities. He never filed any of the necessary documents for my divorce, and I was left completely in the dark throughout the process. He doesn't answer calls, doesn't follow up, and completely ignores your concerns. I regret choosing him and would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

I searched around and spoke to a few lawyers that didn’t want to take my simple divorce case. I continued searching, and then found the Shannon Family Law Firm. The reviews are not perfect, but overall there seemed to be more pleased clients who used them. So I decided to call and I won’t go into a lot of detail, but I have spoken with the paralegal Jodie Ward-House and attorney Richard Shannon whom I have decided to hire for my case. Jodie and Richard have been very kind and thorough in explaining the details of how my particular case should work if all goes well. My case is new and just starting. I may post another review in the future about this firm after my case is finished.
