I've hired ben four times and have never been disappointed. He handled the creation of my living estate. He handled the creation of a contract for one-off workers. He handled a dicey HR work situation. He explained the methods and processes in making a tricky software business with a partner. In all cases he was prompt clear, polite, and effective with my time. For the living estate he gave me a book he wrote so i could ingest a lot of information before we spoke. Now that is being economical for everyone.

I recently purchased a company and Keil worked as my Lawyer through the process. He was exactly what I needed and his advice was timely and served me well. During the negotiations of the purchase agreement he was patient and answered all my questions and helped me avoid pitfalls that I would have fallen right into without his help. Everything was in place to close on a real estate deal after a group of neighbors had banded together to purchase a collection of vacant lots. But the deal went sideways when the sellers refused to sign/close, and stopped communicating with their agent. We hired Britney to sort out the mess, which she did splendidly and quickly. She expertly and very promptly closed all the exits to protect the parcels from alternate deals and/or disruption (multiple Lis Pendens filings completed within a week of first contacting Britney). Britney's communication was rapid and thorough, and she represented multiple parties in the same action very effectively. Faced with the overwhelmingly strong hand Britney laid on the table, the sellers backed down and agreed to settle/close and pay legal fees. Overall, the closing was delayed 6 weeks, but that's much faster than we feared a legal action might take. The team at Hanson Baker was also a real asset, utilizing Keaton Hille for litigation matters and Cathy Anderson for keeping the wheels rolling. Billing breakdown was very detailed and transparent. I would not hesitate to utilize Britney and the Hanson Baker team again, if unlucky enough to face legal challenges again in the future.
