Roxanne is the person you want fighting for you! She went above and beyond for my family with very little help as clients. My family struggled to get everything in order and without Roxanne, we’d be left with nothing. That’s putting it lightly. Each step she walked us through with expert knowledge and grace. He helped us with my mothers estate. There were no hidden costs and fees, he was very up front regarding what it would take and how we needed to go about it from the get go. I new NOTHING about estate planning before I met him and he took the time to make sure I understood what I want, and also what I didn't. He didn't speek to me in lawyer language, he spoke to me simply and directly so that I could understand everything that was being done. All though it was not cheap, but what lawyer ever is, he made it as painless as possible for our family.

have used.
He Is an excellent listner and repeats backs how he understand what you tell him or ask him, to ensure he fully understands your questions or comments. He then gives his advise or comments on the Issue you have retained him for In easy understandable layman terms.
He is not bashful to tell you that you may not understand a law or not like that you may be wrong or want to expect what you think is what you would like.
He Is very detailed and Is very well versed in the law or problem that you need his advise on and does not give you a quick answer you might not like to hear with out a complete review of the law or the problem you bring him.
His fees are fair and he does not waste time or try to drag an Issue out to build his retirement income like many lawyers I have used.
He quickly starts working on your Issues and keeps you updated as needed.

I had a very good experience working with David Richardson and his legal assistant Philip Sherman for my motor vehicle accident. They were efficient and kind and helpful in every way possible. I had been handling my own case with the insurance of the party who ran into me and it was extremely stressful. They were very difficult to work with. With 6 weeks left before my case expired I tried to wrap it all up. I had all my bills that had not been paid yet well organized and ready to send to the insurance company but they said that they were too busy to look at them or pay me anything so don't bother sending them in. I would get nothing. A friend referred David to me. What a relief. I was impressed and very pleased with the professional handling of my case and they did all the work so I could relax and not stress anymore. They really did a grand job and we settled the claim with the bills paid and a settlement too. I am so thankful for all they did for me and I have since referred other people to them who had the same satisfactory service.

Ann represented my wife and I in the purchase of a small business. She came highly recommend by another small business owner in the same industry. TRASH COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!! After initial consultation everything looked great and I was ready to move forward. They said they would reach out with engagement letter. Took them three weeks to get back to me so I decided to read the reviews and man I was wrong. Apparently they work like a turtle very slow with nothing to show for. Just a BIG SCAM. After hearing from them 3 weeks later I told them I am not moving forward. Now 6 months after that email they send me an invoice for the consultation for $330 and expect me to pay even through they did not disclose the cost of the consultation or make it clear that there was a fee even. Won’t be paying it of course. If it takes them weeks to send a engagement letter for a customer moving forward imagine what it would look like them doing any work for you.
