I was referred to Jason through another attorney and let me tell you, I could not be more pleased. He did an amazing job helping me get guardianship for my 55yr old brother. I had been trying for a few yrs to get this task accomplished.
Jason is very professional and compassionate, he truly understands how family's feel going through this rather tedious ordeal. Jason knows exactly what the courts need for all date sensitive documentation. He was always willing to help with calling the Dr. or going to pick up documents for me if need be.
My brother and I are very pleased that its completed and safely filed away. I would highly recommend Jason to friends and family!

I don’t know what we would have done without Jason. My husband and I hired Jason to help us obtain guardianship for our disabled daughter who turned 18 years old this past December. From our initial meeting to help us understand what the guardianship process entailed, to our last meeting in court, Jason was an amazing resource and always so patient and understanding…no matter how many questions I had. My husband and I thought the final court appearance would be a simple formality, but unfortunately, we had a rather cold judge who made it a very unpleasant experience. Thanks to Jason’s calm, knowledgeable and professional demeanor with this judge, we were granted guardianship. I am the representative payee for my adult disabled son. After five years of my son being disabled and collecting disability, his Doctor and I received a form to fill out for a medical review to see if he was "still disabled." I filled this out perfectly describing my son's day to day life and impairments. Although I am a medical professional, obviously I did not do this as well as I perceived as just before Christmas 2014, we received a notice stating my son was no longer disabled and his disability payments would stop in two months. Social Security was not at all helpful and gave me the run around re: the appeal process. Sometimes Social Security employees were not nice or helpful. I knew we needed help. I researched disability attorneys and found Jason. All I can say is "Thank God." He met with both of us and asked questions about my son's disability and symptoms. My son and I provided all the answers to the review to him however Jason worded it in the manner that SSDI requires, unlike what I had done in the previous summer. He was kind, patient, and understanding. There were a few times when my emotions got the better of me, "How can they do this to us?" These were the times when Jason stood behind us and helped us stand on our own two feet. He directed us in following the instructions on the appeal as they are not easy to understand, Jason understood exactly what they were and explained them in a manner that was both understandable and helpful, never degrading. On May 6th of this year, I received the notice from disability stating that after reviewing all the information, they found my son to continue to be disabled, therefore there was no need for a hearing. Of course I would prefer my son to not be disabled. However it is what it is and I do not even want to think of how awful this denial could have been without Jason. I wish I had known him and used him to initially get disability for my son back in 2009 as that process was not pleasant and took three denials/appeals. I definitely could not have done this without his help! My husband and I are now going to be using Jason for estate planning and our wills.

I changed lawyers when I decided to go with Stephanie Perini-Hegarty. After seeing how well she explained things when I attended a conference that she spoke at, I felt I needed to have the CEO of my company meet her. I thought that it would be a hardsell to get him to change from having his attorney who was already in place and use Stephanie . However, I thought that it would be worth the try given that she has a natural act for making things that are complicated, simple for clients to understand, as opposed to how confused I felt when the previous attorney explained things and that is if the previous attorney was available. My CEO and my entire U.S. team met with Stephainie and I have to say that it was her competence along with her patience and fairness in compensation that grounded our decision to hire her for our international company. Now , we have used her for quite some time, and she has never changed in her availability and professionalism. I wish her the best of health and hope that she stays with us for the long term.

Nancy Parchesky of Personal College Advising would like to thank Jen Taddeo of Doherty, Ciechanowski, Dugan & Cannon, P.S., for helping her boys with their health proxys. Parents need to be aware of the law concerning their children eighteen and over (especially those who have a child going away to college): once a child is 18 hospitals do not need to include the Parent's wishes in the decision
making process. Jen is running a special program just for this situation, and I, for one, sleep better knowing my boys decisions will not be left to the insurance company. My children, also feel better knowing they have a lawyer they know and can contact if need be.

My wife and I had put off doing any estate planning for a long time. In fact it was the only open item in our financial plan. Part of the issue was that my wife and I were being a bit irrational and just wanted to avoid the topic. Jen made the process easy and painless, and a little fun. My wife, Jen and I laughed our way through the process. Jen's pre-first meeting checklist and final meeting "flowchart" made us feel extremely comfortable that everything that was supposed to be covered was and that we understood all the contingencies. As we left the final (signing) meeting, my wife said to me, "she's really good and make this stuff easy and comfortable, you should refer her to everyone you know". So, I will do that as well as endorse Jen wholeheartedly here in a public forum.

I did a lot of research in selecting an attorney to build my estate plan. Having already lost a spouse to death, I have a great appreciate for how important solid estate planning is to family members left behind. Scott and his staff are the best one could hope for. I hired Ryan Rucki to represent me in my recent purchase of my condo. As it was my first purchase, I was very nervous. Ryan always took the time to answer any question that I had - and there were many! He always returned calls and e-mails promptly. He also explained every aspect of the transaction in a way that I completely understood and was very knowledgeable. When it came time to review and sign the purchase and sale agreement, Ryan drove out to meet me at a coffee shop so that I could review it during my lunch break. She called me back the next day and we talked over the phone for longer than I can expected (especially from an attorney). She analysed my case vs the potential cost to me. She is very caring and thoughtful attorney, different from the general impression I got for "attorney's reputation".

Elizabeth worked with us as the lead tax lawyer on one of our most complicated acquisitions. On the tax front, she was a powerhouse, and juggled three different time zones to set up an efficient cross-border acquisition and holding structure. From our first meeting she managed to explain the complexity of tax considerations in the US, Europe and Asia and how the rules and treaties interact in a way that made perfect sense to me, which has never happened with a tax lawyer before (no offense). She really listened to every question we asked, and her answers reflected her focus on our needs/confusions/concerns. Even better, she made sure the technical stuff was right (and it took some negotiation with seller), but never bogged us down with it. She always focused on what was most relevant to us and the financial impact of the tax rules (now and down the road). Turns out, good tax lawyers aren't "tax" specific - they know the economics of the deal better than anyone, or at least Elizabeth does.
Bonus: she walked into the deal knowing all the market trends and terms. No reinventing any wheels here - five minutes into the first meeting and it was obvious she's on the cutting edge of what's happening in the market. She's the real deal: the smartest person in the room - and on top of that, she's so smart that she can explain it all in a way that makes sense to the rest of us.

I can't put into words how grateful I am for Len's services! Len has helped me with a criminal case that lasted over 3 years. He worked extremely hard for me, and his lack of self interest was astounding! The entire time I knew without doubt that every advice he gave and every action he took was in my best interest. It was crystal clear that his only motivation was getting me the best possible outcome. If I had gone with any other lawyer, I doubt that I would have ended up as well off as I am today.
He is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met and very well respected as a lawyer, yet he is humble and patient. He had no problem answering the same questions repeatedly because he was able to empathise with me. He understood that I was nervous and needed constant clarification. He also worked with me for every little decision. For every step along the way, he would thoroughly analyze the situation, give his detailed opinion on what was going on (which I almost always felt was spot on), provide the different options available, and discuss the pros and cons of each. I truly felt like I had an expert alongside of me, but I was in the driver's seat.
Perhaps most importantly, he is GOOD! He knows the law inside and out (even more than most judges)! He also is very good at courtroom etiquette. He knows the subtleties of the best way to interact with judges and prosecutors (again always keeping my best interest in mind).
I would strongly recommend him, he will work hard for you and absolutely get you the best possible outcome.

Leonard defended me in a criminal trial. He was shockingly good, I don't think I've ever seen someone argue a case better in person or on tv. I had the detectives come to my house months later to ask me who my lawyer was because they were so impressed. These cops see lawyers almost every week and for them to come to my house and ask me who he was because they wanted him to represent them, the detectives said without a doubt he is going to do big things in the future because of how young he still is. In short, I was found not guilty in a case where things were stacked against me. I'll for ever be greatful and feel blessed I found him to repress me. I would recommend him highly, trust me it doesn't get any better

I was first referred to Donna Turley and Glickman-Turley by my now deceased partner during the sale of my condo in Boston, in January, 2012. The Commonwealth mistakenly charged me with a labor violation and issued a fairly large fine against me. While this was truly a case of mistaken identity / paperwork not being filed, I didn't want to take any chances.
Sidenote: When in doubt, consult an attorney.
I did some research regarding the top labor attorneys in the Boston area and Greg's name (along with his partner Neil Cohen) kept coming up. I contacted him, immediately got through, and we were off and running. After a 45-minute Zoom consultation, I officially retained his legal services.
Could I have resolved this on my own with the Commonwealth? Maybe, but it would have taken far longer and been a huge headache.
Greg was extremely detailed in his correspondence on my behalf with the Commonwealth and all of our documentation was promptly (not to mention appropriately) filed. The Commonwealth moved slowly, but Greg was relentless in his pursuit to resolve my case. To that end, he was also gracious and reassuring when communicating with me while remaining transparent about the process.
Once the matter was finally resolved (in my favor) and the violation was dismissed, we had a final meeting to wrap-up and review his billing. Needless to say, Greg is an amazing lawyer, a good guy, and an honest man in terms of doing right by his clients.
I hope to never need the advice of an Employment/Labor attorney again, but if I do ... I'm calling Greg Lucyniak.

My son and I needed an attorney to file a Motion to Extend our co-guardianship of my brother. Our previous attorney was no longer available to do it and gave us short notice.
