I contacted Cassidy Toles to first consult and take my case in a legal matter that honestly had me up at night for weeks. He broke it down for me, giving me the reasons why it was happening the way it was, potential outcomes, the course of action to take, and that while he was willing to take the case, he strongly recommended another lawyer that he "would call upon himself" if he got into trouble.
The other lawyer was great, the matter resolved itself exactly as Cassidy felt it would (while still hedging as nothing is guaranteed) and any future legal issue, he's my first contact and the first I'd recommend others to talk to if it's in his sphere.

I found my self in a very difficult position financially due to a bank that made mistakes funding the SBC loan I was approved for. Mr. Zarcone stepped in and did so much more that what was expected to help my family and I. Of course, outcomes are important. But what is equally, if not more important, is knowing that everything was done that could have been done in your case. Mr. Zarcone. cared so much about the our situation, that after our dealings where done, he helped draft a letter to our representatives bringing attention to the issue in the hopes that other families with small businesses don't get treated they way we did. If you think about it, this is not only a good deed of a kind person...but selfless in that it could negatively affect the number of potential clients available to him. What mattered to Mr. Zarcone is that we had qualified and diligent representation. I thank him for that.

The character, and integrity in which Michael Doland conducted himself during a very difficult case should be in every law journal on "how to act”. I wish I could have given him unlimited funds to go after these guys. His style was really responsible to truly not go insane, and keep our family intact. I have no words on how much this means to me. I don’t know our future, but he gave us a future we can move forward with. I think he should be proud. They had all the cards with them, but we had the focus.

Mr. Doland was an amazing resource and advocate for me during a dispute with my business partner and the buyout that followed. He is level headed and realistic about your options, but also personable and friendly. I especially appreciated his patience and timeliness in the face of my anxiousness and many questions.
During my search for an attorney, I was viewed by many other lawyers as too young and too naive to know what I needed to do for my business. In the last 30 years, I have litigated with and against Larry several times, and I have also watched as he built an impressive law firm.
Larry is very smart and very capable, but I know many lawyers who are smart and capable, and that it not what makes Larry stand apart.
Many lawyers tend to forget the fact that the law is only a tool and that litigation is not an end in itself.
As a result, all too often, the tail often wags the dog.
Because of Larry’s substantial experience in the business world, he approaches legal problems from a business perspective.
Few lawyers do that, and even fewer do that well.
If I had to retain counsel to represent me in a business dispute, Larry would be my first choice.

I wasn't expecting to need a lawyer, but I called Mr. Payne about a family law matter a few months ago. He met with me and took the time to really listen to what was going on. I hired Charles Payne for estate planning. The first thing that impressed me is that I was dealing with Charles, not his secretary or paralegal. He met with me to discuss the information needed for my estate plan. I immediately was impressed at the knowledge and skill that Charles has. He made me comfortable when discussing issues such as my advanced directive, being younger the conversation is a little weird so I was thankful to have a caring, easy to talk to attorney. Charles Payne offers significantly lower prices for estate planning documents and offers a very personalized service. It's tough to find a lawyer who will return your calls, much less take on your medical malpractice case. Steve Davis actually answered his phone and listened as I outlined my case. He was skeptical it had merit but offered me an hour-long $750- consult (he ended up giving me two hours) so I could educate myself about my options and likelihood of success. Steve is straight-talking and highly experienced; I felt I could trust his take. With no further expenditure by me, he sent my doctor a Notice of Intent to Sue and additional necessary notices. When my doc's lawyer finally responded, Steve knew the guy and could cut to the chase. I was able to get a full settlement (the max allowed by California law) without setting foot in a courtroom. Ask for a consult with Steve to educate yourself about your options. And believe what he says. Steve is conscientious, smart, tough and fearless. And he didn't need my money, so I knew I wasn't getting a sales pitch. Great experience!

Due to the embarrassing circumstances, I was reluctant to publish anything having to do with this incident. Most of my friends and family aren't aware that this happened to me (until now, ;-/ ) because I've always been the "example" pillar of the community, professional, law abiding citizen, etc. On the other hand, I'm human, and prone to making decisions that aren't always the best.
I'm sharing this review for two reasons. 1. Josh and Amanda are worth their weight in gold. They were both attentive to my questions and understanding of my circumstances. 2. I hope to relay to whoever is reading this, that "yes, it can happen to anyone." I'd imagine, if you're reading this, then you're already in a position where you need Josh's help. Hopefully, you and everyone that was with you is okay. In regards to getting through the rest from here, Josh and Amanda are the right decision at this point.
I've gone my whole life without issue or incident. I'm not a hard partier, I'm a family man, and always discourage others from "drinking and driving." I thought I knew where my "threshold" was. I'm a pretty good size guy at 6' and 220lbs. I can have a couple glasses of wine at dinner and not be "inebriated." WRONG. That's what happened. I was at a friend's house for a holiday and had champagne with dinner. No tequila shots. No pre-gaming. I drank water and had a hearty dinner. Don't count on any of that. I wasn't even swerving "all over the road" or obviously erratic. Ironically, I was most definitely driving while distracted with my phone and playing music, finding songs, etc. THAT was enough to move me enough within the lane to cause the CHP behind me to stop and ask questions. That's it. That's all it took for me to have a need to call Josh.
Josh was recommended by a friend of a friend who knew him personally. Could I have gone through the process on my own? Probably. Would I have gotten the same results? Absolutely not. I had too many concerns that I wasn't going to risk any more on my own. I have a couple commercial licenses that were at risk. I couldn't afford to put my livelihood on the line because I felt "the system" was unfair and I could beat it with my super intelligence and ego.
I had to make some tough decisions. Attorneys are not inexpensive. I had to ask if I could afford it. Ultimately, the answer was always, "I can't afford to NOT hire Josh." You're in a bind. It's going to be expensive. Expect it. But, DON'T fool yourself into thinking you're going to save money by going it alone.
I bit the bullet and sent Amanda and Josh everything they asked for. Then sat down with him so he could explain what the most reasonable outcome I could hope for. He talked about best case scenario, worst case scenario, probable scenario, and made no promises to any of them. That needs to be key to your understanding when you hire ANYONE though. Every circumstance is different. Yours is different than mine. Given my circumstances, I can attest that Josh was able to achieve the best possible outcome to save all of my licenses. Could we have contested the case and gone to trial? Sure. We might have even gotten a better outcome. Josh would have gone to bat and I have every confidence he would have prevailed. But, ultimately, Josh secured a great outcome without the additional delay and expense, and risk. I'm confident in that. I'm also confident that I'm making the right decision to recommend him to you, despite my public embarrassment. Best of luck to you! Stay safe.

The most stress relieving thing I ever did was hire Joshua Price after I got pulled over for a DUI. Not knowing much about the process of what happens after getting a DUI, he was able to guide me through everything and make it seem like a breeze. Josh was super accessible, from taking phone calls out of office hours to emails throughout the day, I knew that he truly cared about my case. I was charged for a first offense DUI and pulled over for drifting out of my lane, at the scene I blew a .09% and at the station I blew a .11%. Josh told me he had high hopes in winning the DMV hearing and he did! He also worked out a Wet and Reckless deal with the court for me which meant I had no license suspension. Besides his amazing help getting me through this unfortunate time in my life, Josh showed me respect, honesty, and he was very transparent about costs. He was able to set me up on a payment plan that was affordable for me and my family. He explained every step along the way and gave me several options to go about my case. You need an attorney to listen if your story has any complexity, and Becky and Stacy will listen!
We had many attorneys not listen to our issue in its entirety, so they told us we were incorrect and had nothing even when we did.
Many attorneys just want easy cases they can win off the top of their head; they do not want a challenge. Real legal work requires actual effort reviewing laws and case law, and listening to the clients whole story - that is what you will get here.

I would rate Razavi Law Group 10 stars if they were available. I was a pedestrian hit by a car in a parking lot, landing on the hood of the car.
