Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.

Monast Law office is a law firm that truly cares about the people that they serve. They work really hard for their clients to make sure that their clients can focus on healing from their injuries rather than stressing about whether their treatments will be approved. The most lazy, incompetent, saddest excuse for so called lawyers. If I could give them negative stars I would. They sat on my husband's disability case for over a year doing nothing in hopes to collect more money. Every time we called, left a message, emailed, we were completely ignored. They did nothing but be the most pathetic money grubbing excuse for lawyers we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Only when we fired them, did they actually attempt to "try" but we were tired of their childish bs so they threw their little temper tantrums. I met toddlers with better behavior than these "so-called" joke of "professionals". They still have not returned our files. Do not hire these good for nothing charlatan's. They should be disbarred!

A friend recommended Todd because he can practice in both Michigan and Ohio, which met my needs. Throughout the years of working with Todd, I have found him to be good listener, very personable, effective communicator, and very thorough with details. When possible, Todd comes up with multiple ideas or options to take in dealing with my various legal concerns. In fact, he even stepped up to help in an area, so I did not have to hire another special lawyer. I have recommended Todd to both family and friends. For example, I had a friend looking for an attorney outside of Todd’s area of expertise. Using his connections, Todd was able to find her the lawyer that suited her needs. Ben and Jameson advised and represented us during a real estate issue / new home construction against our builder. Mr. Pettys played a vital role in making me and my fiances dreams a reality. The thought of finding the woman I'd spend my life with on the other side of the world sounded far fetched but when it became something we knew was right and we both wanted, Mr. Pettys was the first and only lawyer I had to reach out to.
He made sure to keep an open line of communication with me, even responding on the weekends. He made the process effortless for us, telling us exactly what we needed and explaining the process. I was surprised to find, the day after receiving the confirmation that our packet was sent to the US Embassy in Manilla, he reached out to me to make sure we would be ready for the next steps.
I know it's not this fast for all, but just 7 months after sending our initial papers to the USCIS she was able to fly to America and now we're getting ready to be married, where he instructed me to notify him so he can assist us further in the final steps.

This guy is HORRIBLE. I had him as a public defender and let me tell you, this "guy" is HORRIBLE. He didn't even go over my discovery. Told me I had NO chance at self defense. What made me fire him is is rude, arrogant attitude. He told me to tell him my side of the story and as I was telling him he interrupted me and told me " one more time you interrupt me we will have to reschedule this phone call ". I went and hired a REAL lawyer. Kick ricks Johnson.
