I have used Tim Butler's legal services for over 10 years. He brings a broad range of legal expertise that includes litigation/arbitration, business contract design and interpretation, and employee relations. Over the years he has provided ongoing guidance and legal advice that have resulted in the successful resolution of many business related issues. He takes the time to investigate issues upfront and does not always use litgation as the means to resolve business issues. He remains mindful of the cost implications of taking legal action but never at the expense of service and qulaity of legal advice. His negotation skills are exceptional. We hired Tim and his firm to help on a managed care dispute where we felt we were owed a significant amount of money and were having difficulties resolving it independently. They handled the case impeccably. Their inside knowledge of the company and the people involved was instrumental and helped expedite things. They researched our claims thoroughly and put together a case that was almost impossible to dispute. Most importantly, they were appropriately aggressive and achieved an extremely favorable outcome for us but did it in a way that allowed us to maintain a cordial continuing relationship with the company. We have dealt with many lawyers and many firms and this was one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had.
On a personal level, Tim was a pleasure to work with. He is calm, reassuring, does not patronize, lays out both the good and the bad, is timely and stands by his work. Everyone at the firm was professional and always helpful.

Ann is the best Social Security Disability lawyer. Her demeanor while handling is clients is very kind-hearted and understanding which is the type of lawyer you want handling such a delicate matter. My husband and I recently had some hardships and had to file for bankruptcy and foreclose on our home. Attorney Antonacci and his colleagues were there for us every step of the way. I tend to ask a lot of questions and second guess things, but everyone from the office was very informative, and they always answered any questions we had. They even took care of a real estate matter for us after our hearing. I have referred a friend to them, and she is very happy also. I had a wonderful experience with Atty Jurkiewicz and his para-legal Aralinde. I came in emotionally stressed due to finances and they were able to clarify my situation and my options and let me choose a course of action. Going through the bankruptcy process with them was broken down to be straightforward and clear, and they were extremely timely in responding to any questions and concerns I had. I had guidance at all times. I would retain them again in a heartbeat for any future concerns, although that hopefully won’t be necessary! I reached out to this law firm from my Google search. A soft and friendly voice answered, it was attorney Edward Jurkiewicz. I nervously explained my financial situation to him and he patiently listened. Afterwards he gave me a general rundown of the process and requirements If I do decided to go with him. I wasn’t sure what to do or If I should continue to shop around for other assistance. During that conversation I felt comfortable with him so we agreed to meet in person to go over the details formally. Once we were done I agreed to take on his service. He introduced me to his paralegal Aralinde. She assisted with more of the paperwork and other documents I needed for the process. The worksheet they provided me was very thorough and had very comprehensive questions. I needed to list detailed information to complete my process. They were very thorough with the paperwork or the documents they needed do you start this process. Anytime I had a question I I ended up reaching out to them for answers. I get a really quick response, which is a great thing when when you need it immediately.
When time came to do the actual filing it was done as stated. I was scheduled a date for the trustees hearing. Unfortunately because of a current Coronavirus situation the hearing was rescheduled twice. I wanted it to be over with as soon as possible but I had no control over the current situation so I have to be patient and waited. Finally there was a set date for the hearing it was to be done via phone conferencing. I didn’t know what to expect from this set up but Edward was kind enough to inform me of how to proceed. Both Edward and Aralinde were there with me during the hearing. They both were there early and explained the rundown of the hearing. After the hearing Edward asked me if I had any questions and explained to me what to be expected.
Overall I had a really good experience with this law firm, Edward and Aralinde. They made this process for me very easy and painless. I truly recommend a service for anyone that is in the same type of situation I was in. Their service was very valuable to me. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. Highly recommended.

Attorney Minicozzi assisted me after my divorce when my ex-husband refused to comply with the divorce decree.
David was supportive and knowledgeable about how to proceed through this difficult experience. During the course of the case he had to file multiple contempt charges. He was always prepared to stand in front of the Judge and advocate for me. Being in front of a Judge is nerve-racking but David always reviewed with me prior to the appearance what would happen, questions that may be asked, making me feel confident when I had to get on the stand.

Joe was a tremendous resource during my divorce. He listened intently during our initial consultation, and ultimately understood how to work WITH me. Throughout the process he was interested in how I wanted to handle and approach each step. He didn't hesitate to recommend alternate approaches to reach my end goals, but never overstepped. He understood that I was the one who had to live with the result.
Joe's legal knowledge and guidance was always spot on. He helped me fully understand the difference between my "wants" and what the law would allow. No Surprises. That was critical to managing my expectations, and helped me to better prepare for the next stage of my life.
Joe was GREAT at helping me manage the financial side of the process. He explained his costs and the billing process. No unnecessary phone calls, no unnecessary meetings. We spoke when we needed to, period. In the end, costs for the process were about 1/3 of my ex-wife's. Not because his rates were cheaper, but because he and I managed the process better.

I was referred to Attorney Weatherby by a friend. I have no family but I wanted to leave a separate parcel of land with a garage to a neighbor and my home across the street to a friend.
I was procrastinating and dreading the process. Attorney Weatherby was able to provide a draft of the plan as we spoke and shortly after receiving a few missing pieces of information.
He also made sure that I had a living will, POA, advanced designation of conservator, etc. He was very thorough and very nowledgeable.

I live in north central North Dakota. I love the state, and area, and it has been home my entire life. The problem with the area is that, through past trials and tribulations, I know, as does anyone else living locally, that finding a lawyer that is willing to work with you is near impossible, especially in civil cases. In talking to a friend, I was given the name of Jonathan Friedler, and his current firm, Solem Law Office, based out of Beulah, North Dakota. I had been served a temporary, yet false domestic violence protection order. The order certainly infringed on my constitutial rights, and after a lot of back and forth within myself I decided I should find legal consultation. I left the time frame fairly narrow at this point. I contacted Jonathan four days before my court appearance date, and without even asking for a penny, he went to work for me in an extrodinary amount of time. He helped me file the proper paperwork, and left me with an amazing sense of ease. He assured me that we would get through this, and I did not doubt the urgency and honest infliction he put upon his words. To cut a long story short, I won on my day in court, with the help of an honest man trying to help a fellow human. That is almost unheard of these days, and he completely shattered my expectations. He went as far as to have given me every piece of advice possible to a common man, to have told me that he lives a fair amount of miles away, and that I could retain the documents he had drafted and brought it to a lawyer who was closer to save me money. I was not having any part of that. When a person puts in the type of work Jonathan did in the time frame he was given, they should be awarded with your business. In short, the decision to hire Jonathan was a calculated one, in that I knew I was working with someone who actually took the time to care, and understood every part of the law. I recommend him, in the fullest reguard to anyone else who needs representation.

I have been going through some extremely trying family issues as of lately. My son was taken across state lines without my consent, and the only way to get him back was to file through the courts and start the custody proceedings. Although I was quite shocked, unprepared and uninformed about the divorce process Howard made sure I knew everything pertinent and nothing more. We hired Kathy to assist in getting a medical settlement that began when my cancer was misdiagnosed in 2012. She was very attentive to the detail and the miscommunications within the medical group, and advised us (correctly) that we would be unlikely to win a malpractice suit. However, she agreed that the case had been mishandled, and doggedly pursued the medical group until reaching a very fair settlement.
