We retained Attorney Barber when a different lawyer had misguided us and given us misinformation almost causing us to miss proper documentation for court hearings. I originally was referred to Shipman and Goodwin by another attorney. After interviewing with Jim and Bill, I was convinced this was the legal team I wanted to take over my automobile accident lawsuit. Jay Weintraub represented me in a law suit in which I was the plaintiff suing my former business partner. Besides the fact that we won on all accounts, I was very impressed with the way he listened, counseled, analyzed and informed me all along the way.
