Mr. Elam's expertise was integral to the closing of a complex asset purchase requiring the resolution of contested personal property liens and working with the title company and underwriter to cure real estate title issues. The matter moved to closing quickly and Mr. Elam's responsiveness was a big part of why we were able to meet our preferred time table. I would recommend Mr. Elam for any business matter.

I purchased my first house a year ago and found out shortly after that the seller did not disclose water leaks or mold and in fact tried to cover this up. Collen came to the rescue and helped me through every step in the process. Collen and his team were there whenever I had questions regarding the case and issues from the remediation company all the way to the contractor that finished the build out. Every step of the way Collen was there. Being that it was my first house I really did not want to take this case to trial and it be dragged out for years. Collen was able to settle the case after a couple of months and the settlement was very satisfactory to me. I felt that in any situation Collen would always make time for his clients. I would highly recommend Collen to anyone that has dealt with construction problems. He really knows his stuff and the process.

I have had the opportunity to work with Patricia on two separate occasions: a contentious and complicated partnership dissolution, and a subsequent real estate transaction. In both matters she exhibited a very high level of organization and attention to detail. She acted proactively to initiate communications with myself and outside 3rd parties to secure decisions and arrange documents necessary to keep the ball moving. She kept me informed with concise and frequent communications which was incredibly valuable since I was 1,200 miles away during the entire process. Her legal knowledge and counsel provided me clarity and options which made my decision making much easier. Chad and I actually knew each other briefly, as we worked at the same office (not a lawyer) When I was going through a horrible divorce and a very difficult opposing counsel he stepped in and offered me a huge shoulder. I'd been running circles with the texas legal system since all of this started and my ex's lawyer is beyond crazy. Chad has done his best to be both a friend and a good lawyer, and has worked at moving the process forward finally.
I have a firm belief (having worked for a lawfirm) that most lawyers are somewhat evil and like to play the system to make more money, Chad is one of the few persons, and lawyers I trust and feel confident that he's doing everything possible to make things right and get the best possible result.
I would highly reccomend him as a lawyer.

I have used Mr. Sandberg for 17 years, he always puts his client's interests over everything else. He is extremely responsible, punctual, honest, and fair. We have used him for more than 10 cases /contracts and litigations as we do commercial deals/laser contracts/staff contracts due to the nature of our medical business.. In one case he tracked down a crooked insurance company and finally got them to the table after 3 years of hiding paperwork and playing games. In another case, we finally were able to see who was leaving us fake reviews. Once we found him (William Standly) he said my competition ( Dr. Booth-LASIK doctor) had paid him big dollars to write bad reviews for us as we had great reviews.

I have been really blessed to have had Matthew Toback, this Attorney is really "Great"&"Honest" which is "EXTREMELY DIFFICULT" to find in an Attorney; I was in my darkest time in my life being on the Biggest Federal Indictment of 57 people in Texas for Conspiracy, "Again","I WAS TRUELY BLESSED THIS ATTORNEY GOT ME PROBATION! I was having an issue with a home builder claiming I was in breach of the purchase agreement. I found Hunter McClean on Avvo and he referred me to his associate Patrick. I contacted them Thursday around midnight and they responded early Friday morning. We discussed the issue, formed a plan of actions, and acted on it that same day which was just fantastic. My home builder dispute ended the following day!
They were fast, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my needs. This was my first experience with lawyers but if I ever have a problem again I'm definitely going to them!

Maricela represented me a couple years ago in a wage recovery lawsuit against a former employer. They owed me $45,000.00 in unpaid wages. First employed Jay Vogelson in 1978 vs. two major broadcast corp.s as co-defendants. We obtained a very reasonable settlement. Continued to employ Vogelson when company legal dispuites arose thru the years, and used Vogelson as my personal attorney as well, as recently as 2008/9. For the past 30 years, If i have to be in the courtroom, i insist on having Vogelson represent my interest, both business and personal.

Mr. Bishop has stuck by me as a client and guided me through situations when I saw no hope in sight. His level of knowledge in his field seems unparalleled, and I have worked with many real estate attorneys in Texas, but, I will always want Mr. Bishop in my corner.
I have seen Mr Bishop respond to in-prompt-to (surprises..) which he handled immediately and with a calm, effective result.

Wade Casey is fantastic! Got to know Wade several years ago after working with his partner on my divorce. Wade is an honest Christian man who treated me more like a friend than a client. He took time to answer my questions and explain the law in layman’s terms so that I understood each step of the way.
The first time I worked with Wade was when I was in the middle of a very unpleasant and stressful situation with a contractor. Wade resolved the matter very quickly with a letter and a phone call. Since it was non-litigious, he charged me a very reasonable set legal fee.
Over the years I have sought his counsel/services on a variety of issues. Each and every time he has been extremely helpful and has offered wise counsel. He is sensitive to the cost/benefit of his work. He would tell me up front if a subject did not fall under his expertise and would recommend an attorney he felt could better handle it. He would also tell me if legal action was not worth my time and expense.
Something else that I really appreciate about him is that he makes having an advocate affordable. No job is too small. He is diligent and detailed, a belt and suspenders lawyer who will make sure that all the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed. Personally, I can’t imagine using anyone other than Wade.
