I found myself in a position that could potentially take me RN license from me. Quick research revealed Ms. Blancho. I contacted her office and she called me back very quickly and formulated a game plan. She sent all my forms that needed to be done to the Board of Nursing for self reporting. Fast forward 8 months and she sends me the best email I could have ever received. My case had been dismissed and my license to practice nursing is safe. It was one of the worst days of my professional life. I received a hand delivered notice from the Board of Health saying that they were investigating my APRN license for possible violations. My father and I hired Blaine to represent our company during a labor dispute. Blaine was able to stay the litigation and he worked hours and days brining both sides to meetings that ultimately solved most of the significant issues.
We were able to avoid a costly long drawn out trial as a result of Blaine's continuing efforts.
We will never ever hire a large corporate law firm to represent us or our company. Blaine will always represent us as our lead attorney.

I hired Blaine Hebert, Hebert Law Firm to represent my ten year old daughter who was injured in an building elevator accident.
Mr. Hebert handled made us feel like we were is only clients. It was not about the money, it was about making the insurance company pay for the senseless accident. Mr. Hebert was very successful in our case. He did not focus on the money, he focused on our child and that is why we hired him.

I was struck by a Dohn Bohn Ford dealership truck and I injured my back and arm. I retained Blaine Hebert and he moved my case to trial. At trial Blaine was very prepared and it was obvious that the jury liked Blaine very much. Blaine won my case and the jury gave me more money than I thought was possible.
It may take him a day or two to call you back, but he will call.

We experienced lots of challenges when navigating a new construction purchase agreement in FL, in the face of supply chain delays & clearly understanding our options if we needed to cancel or negotiate with the builder. We were able to give Athena all the questions, scenarios & concerns we had about the purchase agreements & our legal options. She explained all the terms of our agreement clearly & answered each scenario & question we had thoroughly so that we could assess the best steps forward.
She provided great counsel & advice in regards to best ways to handle issues with the builder & helped us to have a full understanding (more importantly peace of mind) regarding the legal jargon & ramifications of our purchase that we weren't familiar with. She helped clarify FL estate law, so that the purchase agreement was executed correctly.
When we sought out her counsel on concerns we had on the closing notary regarding spousal roles on the deed, she did her research on other cases & gave us awesome counsel the same day since our closing date was pending.
I would highly recommend her for anyone needing help navigating home purchase agreements, new construction purchases, home closing notaries and real estate contracts and cases. She is highly responsive to timelines, cares about her clients, knowledgable about real estate law, and works hard to find everything that will help make sure her clients have the best legal resources & options to succeed.

Worse lawyer in Florida. She is only after your money. Terrible communication. After she took my $10,00.00 for land deal my husband was doing and I felt like I needed an attorneys advice on the matter she suggested a divorce and went with it. After our one and only consultation of which she charged me $500.00!!!!!!! For. I never heard from her again. I told her time was of the essence. I needed a cease and desist letter immediately. Never got it or anything else. She is a sad sad case FOR AN attorney. She should not have a law license to steal because that’s what happened. I had to get the FLORIDA Bar Association involved. She has still not responded to me. She wrote a nasty text to my son saying I was cyber stacker her and that I had abused my call privileges because I did call her everyday for months and months and she never returned any of my calls. Her staff, which there were many who answered the phone in her office, said they would leave her a message but no never got a call from her. After she got my money ; I was dirt. I tried every way to get in touch with her to no avail. DO NOT USE THE WOMAN. SHE IS A CROOK AND A THIEF. I signed a contract that said nothing about a non refundable retainer fee. Then that contract was deleted. Months and months of calling , texting, emailing, leaving messages on her door asking for a copy of the contract I finally got a different eight page contract that she or her sister, who works in her office and is very rude, sent me where they had forged my name on. IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

Mr. Pleat represented me in a business dissolution case recently. He is not responsive, very expensive and doesn't properly disclose his fees. He also didnt ask my approval on many of the decisons he made in my case and in some instances did the opposite. My case was resolved however I received less money from the settlement than I was owed. I am very unhappy with his service and caution anyone from using him.
