From the very beginning Matthew Clark made me comfortable with the unfortunate situation I was in and I knew I was in good hands. I have never been through a legal situation before and didn't know what to expect but Matt explained everything to me every step of the way. He was so kind and honest and respectful during a difficult time. He put in a lot of work into my case and paid attention to every detail and often times he would email me back after hours or take phone calls late and that shows that he cared about my peace of mind. I contacted Ryan’s firm after getting into a predicament with my license. Ryan went above and beyond to put together one heck of a case and was able to get three of the four charges dropped, one greatly reduced and in only going to be without my license for a short time. A St. Patty's day slip up led me searching for a legal representative. Based on a friend's experience with this man in particular i contacted him. He was on time to our consultation. He then informed me his rates with the intention of not going to trial. Couple court appearances down the road he then decided it would be best to go to trial. His rate stayed the same therefore hes an honest and serious representative. In the end the case was totally dismissed. On the way out he then said, "A win for you is a win for me". Even though it was a insignificant case he handled it with total proessionalism and confidence. Made me feel alot more comfortable knowing he was there. 12/10 would recommend to anyone seeking legal advice/ representation.

My job was trying to withhold my check saying I was overpaid 3 days before Christmas. I told them to hold off until I can review all the information myself and agree to this matter. My job informed me they didn't need my permission and they were going withhold my check. I contacted Ms. Tracey and my problem was solved. We hired Attorney Martin on a juvenile court case and she got our son justice. The court botched the plea under advisement deal when it switched the case to another courtroom. When Attorney Martin discovered this glitch she advised us, went into action, ordered the transcripts, gathered all court documents, then she scheduled a hearing before a judge and presto!! The plea deal was back and our son completed his probation and now has a clean record thanks to her. We were never focused on the money to retain her services, just the outcome and what Attorney Martin could deliver and she made good. But, she also worked with us on payments and I really appreciated that. We're all very relieved and pleased and if you're ever in a legal jam she's the one you should want by your side in court. She's worth every Benjamin and Hamilton invested.

I hired Kyle J Dupuy as my attorney because I had heard through the grapevine how incredibly talented he is and how successful he is in lowering charges and beating cases. I had a domestic assault charge that I was innocent in. I explained thoroughly what happened and he listened carefully and relayed this to the prosecutor. So I have used Lisa Okasinski for a lot of really varied problems, all of them real estate related. She has helped me obtain a quiet title on a problematic property, kept an unsavory character for stealing said property, and allowed me to negotiate the sale of that property (with MAJOR environmental and title issues) at a 6 figure markup. She has been diligent about protecting me and my interests every step of the way and while pleasant and gracious, has been a shark where my interests are concerned. I have had a lot of lawyers in various cities and states, but Lisa is by far my favorite. I owe her a lot. Her pricing is always fair, and I am never left feeling upset at some insane mark up for a phone conversation or an email (a problem I have encountered a frequently with other attorneys). She has delivered every single thing I have asked of her with unwavering professionalism. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dan was a wonderful find. I am an attorney as well, so I have an insider's kowledge of what a good attorney does and says, and I was completely comfortable and happy with Dan.
With my 20+ years background in the legal profession, I would not be giving out any recommendation unless I was 100% convinced of the value and worth of another attorney's services. Dan is that rare find within our profession of a person who does a great job AND cares about the clients. Too often, the really good lawyers become jaded or insensitive to the needs/fears of the clients; while it's the younger attorneys who care greatly about the clients but lack the experience/knowledge to provide counsel at the highest levels. Dan Rustmann provided BOTH for me and my firm in our business dispute, and I am thankful for that.
Further, in my opinion, Dan persevered in a difficult situation within the litigation and achieved results at the highest levels of my expectations. He has to legal talent to back up this sterling recommendation.

Our church used Dalton & Tomich to guide us through the process of disaffiliation from the Illinois Great Rivers Conference and the United Methodist Church. This was a complicated journey through uncharted waters. It was made especially difficult because the Conference kept changing the rules.
Through it all, Dan Dalton and Zana Tomich were extremely helpful. They brought their knowledge and experience to bear on our situation in a first-class manner. Their service was a key factor in the fact that our congregation voted 97% in favor of disaffiliation.
In retrospect, because of the church’s complicated property situation, we could not have run the disaffiliation race without their help. We believe that the cost was money well spent.
In providing this reference (which I volunteered to do), the key question is this: Would we use them again in a similar situation? The answer is an unequivocal resounding “Yes.” That is the highest recommendation I can provide. Based on our experience, if you use this firm, you will not be disappointed.

The Chilmark Church has recently exited from the UMC and will continue to live out our mission and ministry as an inclusive independent community church. Dan Dalton and team were 100% responsible for that success. Since 2019 the church had tried to disaffiliate from UMC but were thwarted in our attempts. Dan Dalton agreed in early 2023 to represent us and led us thru an ultimate MA Land Court lawsuit where the Trust Clause was in question. Our court case was settled before litigation in December 2023, primarily due to our expert legal representation.
Our experiences with Dan Dalton and partners were extremely positive and professional. They were patient with our church pace and time frame, explained things thoroughly, and were very quick and responsive to concerns and questions. Much was accomplished over 2023 to help us "exit" UMC and they helped us with all the paperwork (and holding our hands) the whole way. They were upfront with costs and risk so there were no surprises. I, as the minister of the church, can confidently say that we would not have accomplished our exit without their legal help.
