The Darwich Law Firm was everything I needed it to be to process a much needed QUADRO. My attorney was amazing in finding out what needed to be done after two decades of not knowing I needed one to be done. My original attorney did not do one back 2001. This law firm was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions before, during and after the process was completed. They were in constant contact with me during the entire time during the process. I would refer them a 100 times over for any need or issue one might have that is within their area of expertise. Without a doubt Joseph was by FAR, the most reasonable and the most trustworthy lawyer I spoke with in El Paso. I ran around for WEEKS searching for a lawyer who cared about myself and my case not the money and that was what Joseph did. I’m in the military and had an AFV Case. Joseph was able to get that case dismissed. Not only did he work with me financially but also personally. I would meet with Joseph and a big part of managing clients is managing their expectations and I couldn’t have had anyone handle it in a more professional and caring way. If you have any sort of charge and you are in the Military and care about your career, I can honestly say that Joseph is the person you need to work with. He gave me paperwork so my chain of command could know what I was doing was legitimate as well as updating me constantly on my case. Even during “normal times” the death of a parent is difficult enough. Our mother passed away during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which made dealing with her death and financial issues even worse. My family consulted Ms. Allala concerning our Mom's estate after her passing. The State of Texas sent us a Texas Estate Recovery Program questionnaire to determine if the State of Texas had any claim against our Mom's property. I personally had a great experience with both Wes (representing me) and Vanessa’s (assistant) assistance throughout my court case. I don’t recall who I did the initial meeting with, but it was very professional and I couldn’t beat the price. I believe this was the most reasonable pricing for anything that I have needed legal service for in El Paso. I will say initially, I felt as though communication was “far and in between” and I am a person who prefers frequent communication. What helped with me was emailing them both and they would respond to me in a timely manner to my questions. Any questions I had they were both able to answer, and though at times I thought I may have known best Wes would come to me with great reasoning. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. Thank you.
I will add:: We do have to remember that the legal system goes at its own pace and as much as we want things to speed along, the ones who represent us can only do so much in that regard; they are also at the “mercy” of the courts.
