Unbelievable experience. I called this firm and was transferred to speak to a paralegal lady, thanks a bunch! She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation.

Alex was the attorney of the American Polis after he loses the case in the court room I was advised by his client to contact him regarding the case we did Call him several times I also emailed him few times he didn’t respond he’s an young an unexperienced new attorney he thinks he knows all the answers and acting like James Bond. anyway he also lied to my attorney before the court date he was told by his client to offer us $7500 but he told to my attorney $5000 only just to stretch the case so he can make some money on the side if I had the option I would give him zero has poor communication skills he just have a long way to hopefully he will serve his client better in future if he he ever gets one .

Quinton is a fine client's lawyer and a fine lawyer's lawyer. I always recommend him highly and he is the first person I think of when I have a Virginia matter. I decided to reach out and ultimately hire Ms. Pervaiz after receiving positive feedback from a friend. I am extremely happy with my decision because Ms. Pervaiz was very supportive and professional from beginning to end. At the time, I was in a very tight bind and conflicted on what to do next after reading about consequences that were levied on others in a similar situation to my own.
I knew that I wanted to hire Ms. Pervaiz after the initial consultation because she was confident and provided me assurance right away. She had handled similar cases in the past that yielded positive results so I was much more comfortable after reading all the horror stories online. After the initial consultation, she gave me a list of documents to obtain so she can review, understand, and fully assess my case.
After I sent over the documents, Ms. Pervaiz made herself available every day until my actual court date. This really put me at ease knowing that I could always reach out anytime I had any questions. I only called a few times mainly to ensure she had everything she needed but the initial checklist she gave me covered it all.
On the actual court date, we agreed to meet early to go over any final questions and to explain the process in the courtroom. She made it really easy for me as she did all of the talking. She laid out potential scenarios, explained the details of each situation, and asked what outcome I would prefer.
The case ended in a favorable outcome for which I am extremely grateful. I would gladly hire Ms. Pervaiz again and have recommended her to others.

Mr. Romanick and his associates work smartly and efficiently. We hired him for a collection matter that evolved into an adversary proceeding in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. These cases can be quite complicated and expensive. He always had a complete understanding of the complexities of our business. Mr. Laufar not only approached the case as requested, he also introduced other variables that resulted in a larger award. He explained parts of the law that we were not aware of at the time. Had we gone to Mr. Laufar 6 months earlier, we would have had a much larger award than obtained at the end of the case. If any follow-up work is required, we will definitely go back to Mr. Laufar and we do recommend him for any legal action.

I was the victim of identity theft. Someone forged my signature on loan documents. The identity thief stopped making payments on the loan shortly after the account was opened. The fraudulent loan accounts appeared on my credit reports. As a result, I could not refinance my home and credit limits on my existing accounts were being reduced. I sent numerous letters to the credit reporting agencies and the banks with limited success. I was ultimately forced to file a federal lawsuit to protect my rights, my credit and my good name. I was able to get the fraudulent accounts removed from my credit reports and settled my case before trial. I signed separate settlement agreements with each named defendant. The terms and amounts of each settlement agreement are confidential.
John helped me through the entire process. He also took my case on a contingency fee basis. I did not have to pay any money out-of-pocket.
John was a beacon of light in a very dark time of not knowing and I would recommend him and use him again if needed.

An identity thief stole my identity and used my name and credit to purchase a house that belonged to his ex-wife. The identity thief only made a few payments on the property and let it go into foreclosure. The foreclosure appeared on my credit report as well as a homeowners association judgment for past due HOA fees related to the property. Needless to say, my credit scores were low and obtaining credit was nearly impossible. I did not know where to turn until I was referred to John Bazaz. He was able to walk me through the entire process. He was able to get the judgment vacated in state court. He then helped me dispute the foreclosure and judgment that still appeared on my credit reports. When the credit reporting agencies and the bank refused to delete the inaccurate accounts, he filed a federal lawsuit against them. John was able to get the foreclosure and judgment accounts removed from my credit reports. We settled with each defendant separately before trial. The terms and amounts are confidential. As an added bonus, John took my federal case on a contingency fee basis. He was paid only after I was paid. I strongly encourage you to contact John if you are the victim of identity theft.

I recently took a chance on Chris DeSimone to assist me with negotiating a lease as a prospective tenant looking to rent space in a commercial building. The lease as 36 pages and included a personal guarantee. I was very overwhelmed by it all to say the least.
As it turns out, Chris represents several landlords and knows the ins and outs of this law extremely well. We agreed on a VERY reasonable rate for the entire process from start to finish, which was surprise #1 for me. Surprise #2 was the speed and turnaround time with which Chris did his work. It was truly amazing! Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, was surprise #3. He successfully negotiated several key items including the personal guarantee going away after two years, prevailing party paying for legal fees and not just me, and several other VERY important safeguards to help me limit my risk. He was able to do this by leveraging his extensive experience in this space and knowing where landlords might make concessions and where they won't.
I highly recommend Chris! I can't say that enough. You will be pleasantly surprised by his results and speed. He even made my realtor's short list for attorney referrals and my realtor has been in the local industry for over 25 years. He is a true gem!

My brother was hit in the of his truck on duty. The defendant and the cop in charge of reporting the crime to the court have tried to intimidate and blame my brother to be at fault of the incident.
