This firm is a nightmare. Can’t never get a hold of anyone and when you do and make an appointment no one calls. 5 years later no resolution and I had to pay out of pocket for my roof. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. Couldn’t get a hold of you any other way…..I tried for months and months and months. Take you business elsewhere unless u wanna be waiting around for 5 years.
Also note that stopped responding to bad reviews 4 years ago, because THEY DONT CARE!

I worked with David for several years before he opened his own firm. He handled the collections and delinquencies for our condo association. David was great in his communication to us! He always kept the Board up to date, returned phone calls in a very timely manner and always had a positive attitude about things as well as handling our collections superbly. When I became Board president again in 2015 I called David to discuss the possibility of us hiring him back; we were ready to fire the current attorney and look for new counsel. Unfortunately David told me he was no longer practicing in the area of condo law. I was disappointed. When coaxed, he gave me the names of two attorneys/partners in their own firm. We proceeded to interview these 2 attorneys as well as 2 others firms. We hired the attorneys David recommended and are still very happy with them. I have only met Mr. Hodges twice so far. I had a previous attorney as well and met her twice too. There is no way to compare the two. Mr. Hodges is a 'WORLD of difference' to the previous lawyer. I am in an unwanted divorce. The previous lawyer seemed anxious to cause additional enmity between my spouse and me. Mr. Hodges addressed my spouse with respect and understanding in spite of the wrong doing. He has, so far, proved to be caring and healing in his approach and with his 40+ years of experience... well, you can't get this kind of experience in college. I admit, we are a long way from the end of this situation, but I am ever so grateful to my spouse for paying the retainer for this second lawyer. If I have to walk through this (seemingly) God forsaken road alone, I am grateful to have Mr. Hodges to guide me. I can not rate him on trustworthiness at this point, but expect that it will be 5 stars. I will try to post again when all has concluded.
