I hired Sarah to complete a Probate matter and she did an excellent job. Sarah was easy to work with and was very thorough in making sure that the job would be completed without any issues or delays. She had detailed knowledge of the law and was always very easy to communicate with. I would recommend using Sarah if you have a probate or estate matter.

Florida Litigation Law Firm had done some basic work for me in the past but I had an unforeseen emergency that required me to respond quickly to some specific requirements. David and his team seemed to drop everything and give me amazing attention, they not only addressed the contract but have taken the time over the last 2 years to understand my specific business and its needs. They were able to help me negotiate an even better deal than I had hoped for. They always have my best interests in mind, not just billing me for hours. I have only met Mr. Hodges twice so far. I had a previous attorney as well and met her twice too. There is no way to compare the two. Mr. Hodges is a 'WORLD of difference' to the previous lawyer. I am in an unwanted divorce. The previous lawyer seemed anxious to cause additional enmity between my spouse and me. Mr. Hodges addressed my spouse with respect and understanding in spite of the wrong doing. He has, so far, proved to be caring and healing in his approach and with his 40+ years of experience... well, you can't get this kind of experience in college. I admit, we are a long way from the end of this situation, but I am ever so grateful to my spouse for paying the retainer for this second lawyer. If I have to walk through this (seemingly) God forsaken road alone, I am grateful to have Mr. Hodges to guide me. I can not rate him on trustworthiness at this point, but expect that it will be 5 stars. I will try to post again when all has concluded.

After years of legal battles it is a breath of fresh air to find an attorney that is actually out to practice law. No games, no lies, just straight forward legal practice. Well informed, always on time and all around the the most honest litigators I have met to date. My opinion is based on observation and not in case findings. In September of 2013, I was injured in a car accident which I was not at fault for. The other party's insurance company made it very difficult to even report the claim through them. My situation began to seem hopeless so I decided to use an attorney and I'm really happy with my choice. Alex keep me informed, gave me guidance, and reassurance throughout the entire ordeal. I contacted Mr. Moffa regarding a documentary tax issue. He very informative and detailed in the initial consultation in wanting to help guide me in the best direction. After briefly hearing about my case he first advised me of a way to go about my case without hiring an attorney because the attorney costs would far exceed the tax dismissed.
This kind of honesty is to be commended because you can tell by speaking to him that he really cares about his client before making money. Even after he determined that my case is better off being handled by myslef (although he was willing to represent me if I chose); he proceeded to spend a considerable amount of time explaining to me the procedures that I should take to resolve my case. If your looking for a honest lawyer who cares about your interest first, I highly recommend Mr. Moffa.

I don't write very many reviews but this one is warranted. Trust me when I say look no further than Blake Dolman and his team of Kelly Hancock and Ana Prats-Villa. In my 30 years of working with attorneys in various areas, I've never come across an attorney and team more competent, diligent, proactive and effective in addition to being extremely pleasant to work with. I heard the word 'No' from 30 other lawfirms I contacted. Blake and Kelly were the only ones who said 'Yes' and were successful in a recovery for me. I simply can't say enough great things about Blake and his team. He has my highest endorsement and gratitude.

I'm in NJ. I found Carey on the net based on his published experience. In short, NJ man loans PA people a lot of money...PA person moves to FL and avoids repayment. Mr. Fischer arranged for the monies to be repaid post haste!
His style and experience were a wonderful find for me and he accomplished "the impossible" from non-responsive debtor.

I interviewed several lawyers prior to choosing Ms Soni. Everyone else was trying to sell me way more than I felt comfortable or services I thought were not needed. Also scare tactics were high on their list of ways to try to get business from me. Ms Soni addressed my concerns and gave great advice on what she recommended to start and prioritized my plan over the next serveal months to years based on what I wanted to do and goals to achieve. As a physician/ surgeon I am very concerned about Estate Planning and Asset Protection. There is just so much different information on the internet about this topic and various approaches recommended by different lawyers. Ms Soni explained the pros and cons of each method and helped guide the best option for me which is an out of state limited partnership and an off shore LLC. I highly recommend her services.

David is very passionate about finding the truth on both sides. He’s genuinely concerned about his client. He puts himself in your shoes and pays close attention to detail. He did a marvelous job on capturing what I wanted to say, in legal context, to the judge.
