Three years ago, my business partner and I was looking for an attorney who would handle contract negotiations of a business purchase and expansion. We were referred to Attorney Michael Berger by a friend of a friend, so from the onset, we didn’t really know what to expect from our new attorney. What we were pleasantly surprised to quickly discover was that he is a knowledgeable, reliable, reputable and thorough attorney who is dedicated to creating successful resolutions. One of the greatest comforts that we had with Michael, was that no matter how many times we called or emailed him during the day (or sometimes nights and weekends) his prompt response and patience coupled with complicated legal explanations in layman terms always made us feel as if we were his primary client regardless of the size of our business. Eric was recommended to me from a close friend of mine who lives in Miami, FL. I hired Eric for a criminal case that I was accused of in Ft. Lauderdale. In September of 2013, I was injured in a car accident which I was not at fault for. The other party's insurance company made it very difficult to even report the claim through them. I contacted Mr. Moffa regarding a documentary tax issue. He very informative and detailed in the initial consultation in wanting to help guide me in the best direction. After briefly hearing about my case he first advised me of a way to go about my case without hiring an attorney because the attorney costs would far exceed the tax dismissed.
This kind of honesty is to be commended because you can tell by speaking to him that he really cares about his client before making money. Even after he determined that my case is better off being handled by myslef (although he was willing to represent me if I chose); he proceeded to spend a considerable amount of time explaining to me the procedures that I should take to resolve my case. If your looking for a honest lawyer who cares about your interest first, I highly recommend Mr. Moffa.

I don't write very many reviews but this one is warranted. Trust me when I say look no further than Blake Dolman and his team of Kelly Hancock and Ana Prats-Villa. In my 30 years of working with attorneys in various areas, I've never come across an attorney and team more competent, diligent, proactive and effective in addition to being extremely pleasant to work with. I heard the word 'No' from 30 other lawfirms I contacted. Blake and Kelly were the only ones who said 'Yes' and were successful in a recovery for me. I interviewed several lawyers prior to choosing Ms Soni. Everyone else was trying to sell me way more than I felt comfortable or services I thought were not needed. Also scare tactics were high on their list of ways to try to get business from me. Ms Soni addressed my concerns and gave great advice on what she recommended to start and prioritized my plan over the next serveal months to years based on what I wanted to do and goals to achieve. As a physician/ surgeon I am very concerned about Estate Planning and Asset Protection. There is just so much different information on the internet about this topic and various approaches recommended by different lawyers. Ms Soni explained the pros and cons of each method and helped guide the best option for me which is an out of state limited partnership and an off shore LLC. I highly recommend her services.
