Kara was easy to work with. She walked us through all of the possibilities and worked hard to get us to an agreeable settlement. Mediation was a good option. We were ready to go to court, and I feel we would have won, but we settled. Every month costs and Kara wanted to cut our losses…it is expensive. There is a relief and weight off our shoulders. It is in the rear view mirror and that is a good thing!

I would like give a zero I recently had a dispute where someone made a false allegation against me. I advised that I wanted to sue them. She never placed the paperwork and I cannot sue them for legal fees. Since she never placed the paperwork. she actually tried to blame me. I am not a lawyer that is why I hired her. Very unhappy. The only way she could have done worse, if she was hired by the opposition. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I recently contact Scott Kuhn to discuss what would amount to a possible legal action with regards to a family Will. He patiently walked me through the Pros and Cons of my desire to not get cheated.
My final analysis with Scott's guidance from his vast legal knowledge and years of experience changed my mind. I believe he helped me see the reality of the specific situation unique to my circumstances; I would be chasing good money after bad.

I have been trying to get someone to help me with a trustee problem and it's seems that the free consultation I have been told to email my concers I would think that someone would want to either represent are tell me that I don't have a case and don't waist my time unless you are not in a hurry. Used him twice... both times he talked me Into the same plea deal the public defender got me. So I guess I spent over $5,000 on 2 separate cases to get the same result a $50 public defender would have gotten me..... edit based on his response. I never went to jail for any crime he represented me for. I had a violation probation out of Broward county which my attorney in Broward got me released while fighting the misdemeanor charge here in lee county, which you represented me for. You got me 9 months probation which is the same offer the PD gave me during my first appearance. Sorry this is just the truth others may have different experiences but it was a waste of money for me.

Emily represented on a couple occasions, one being a divorce and another being relocation. I truthfully don’t know what I would have done without her guidance and representation. Ms. Simons is never in the office. Always “on vacation”. Never returns paying clients calls blames staff for missed calls. I believe her cell phone is what is listed as her contact number, so I’m unsure how not returning messages on a cell phone provided on pens and business cards is the fault of staff. When you do get Ms. Simons on the phone, she is hostile and acts annoyed by questions regarding Association concerns. It’s also concerning, that the turnover of employees in this firm is high. There have been 3 attorneys our Association can count that have left within less than 6 months and 2 paralegals. Ms. Simons also seems to blame any error on whoever departed the firm last, instead of looking into the matter. The attorney rates are also misleading and never explained when questioned.

I hired Ryan Dugan in 2015 for small claims against a construction contractor. Ryan NEVER returns calls purposely avoids the calls when I call then I immediately use another phone and he answers! I even had friends standing there and witnessed such action. I sent emails text messages NOTHING back no response. It is now going on 2 years and still no progress. I showed at his office twice only to get the run around and lies that he is waiting on the judges office. Surprise I call the office and they know of no such thing and have not received any request by my attorney. Matter fact they cannot speak to me it must go thru my attorney. This man not even attorney will not give an answer as to why such odd behavior and lack of communication and response. I even advised him of my intentions to file with the Florida bar and go as far as Washington and he gives no response and does not care. I would never recommend him to anyone and he should not be practicing law and harming individuals and the public.

I've tried a few business attorneys over the years. They're often too big, too expensive or too inattentive for my small business. Ryan Dugan is the only lawyer I would currently recommend. He's very knowledgeable and focused on my business needs. He's helped me make sound decisions on legal issues from real estate deals to contract review and saved me from making a sizable mistake on at least one recent real estate negotiation. I recommend you never make a real estate purchase, or sign a contract without your attorney and I highly recommend hiring Ryan Dugan.

I got SA’s (statutory RA) and because it was 3 months past Florida statues of limitations amria fox and her office couldn’t prosecute the guy Billy Laing who was 27 at the time and I was 17. I came forward in 2022 and got told 9 months later by this exact office they’re sorry it happened to me and it’s clear with more than enough evidence but they wouldn’t put forward the warrant that detective Digiovani from CCPD wanted to issue.

When first met, he talked up my case(a boundry dispute). Constantly received billed time for calls and if you have a simple question look for him to drag it out for 30 minutes to an hour, and still not get a straight answer. At $275.00 a question, you soon find yourself not wanting to ask anything. My neighbor and I settled it with mediation. I did not want or need an attorney there but some how the attorney turned a 45 minute possible agreement into an 8 hour day...costing in access of $3000.00. I think he opened his mouth 3 or 4 times. He mostly sat there and seemed to be reviewing someone elses case. The mediator seemed more knowlegeable about boundry issues and law than the attorney. I would never recommend him. This is my opinion-you may want to do your own research. Try to keep from thowing money out the window
