Followed all his recommendations and after serving the so called mental rehab facility with a formal petition to discharge my husband on a Friday at 455 pm and multiple hours of patiently waiting for my motion to be received by an employee that never gave it to him..
Guess what happened??
The same medical staff that said to my husband that petition won’t do anything called me the very next day at 9am stating that my husband was going to be discharged in a couple of minutes..
FOLLOW ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! Yes the motion was one of the recommendations but some other magical touches expedited everything but I will let him share that with you as he knows what he’s doing and will definitely provide you with the best advice.

I will leave this review to those that want the honest truth and unfortunately, I need to leave this review vague enough so that her office doesn’t try and discredit my comments (I would challenge you to look at her responses to other negative reviews…some are obviously warranted) I don’t play.
Several years ago, I was going through the most challenging time of my young adult life. I had made some mistakes years prior and unfortunately found myself in a predicament, which lead me to an admission of guilt to my misdemeanor charge…per my council (Ms. Frye directly) I accepted a deal that was inaccurately presented to me in court. While dealing with the aftermath of my case, it was brought to my attention that Ms. Frye had given me an inaccurate and false narrative of my obligations to the court. I can’t go into extreme detail, but I can tell you, I have more than enough evidence of malpractice. I do not and will not take this lightly. As a working class medical professional, anyone that wants to partner with Ms. Frye I would recommend you head my warning.
I have a case worker overlooking my complaint to the Georgia board. As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Frye does not want these facts to become public, but unfortunately this is the direction she would like to move forward with. She is unwilling to admit to the mistakes she made to the court (and myself), which the court has graciously provided me and my current attorneys (several years later, after the incident) with enough proof and evidence of said malpractice.
There are so many attorneys out there. This one will overcharge you and make it feel normal…and in my case, give you the worst outcome possible (with sprinkles of nasty, disrespectful and condescending attitude) while verbally giving you the wrong outcome of your case after the trial. I can’t make this up. I know I sound like someone recently hurt by the outcome of my case…that is incorrect. I advise any and everyone to challenge any potential attorney that you might be interested in to ask adequate questions and understand the realm of possibilities regarding your case. This was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my entire life, and I have really been struggling with it for years. I would not recommend Ms. Frye to my worst enemy.

I was having a dispute with Georgia Dept. of Revenue after the sale of my house several years ago. After several phone calls and providing back-up materials in an attempt to resolve the problem, I was unable to receive any satisfaction. Realizing that this was more than I could handle, I contacted The Peck Group. They resolved the problem quickly and with an even better outcome than I had expected. I highly recommend them.

It is very rare that I take the time to write a review, much less a recommendation letter but my experience with the Peck Group, specifically Jason Peck warrants the effort.
In 2019 I found myself in a major predicament. An LLC I had invested in several years prior had neglected to pay required taxes including payroll trust fund taxes. To make matters worse I was designated as a "responsible party", even though I was just a passive investor and had nothing to do with the company's operations.
I contacted an attorney I had used in the past for various business purposes to seek advice. He immediately recommended that I contact Jason Peck.
After my initial consultation with Jason I knew I was at the right place. Jason did not sugarcoat the situation. He explained to me how seriously the IRS takes payroll trust fund tax violations and the fact that my official time to challenge my designation expired only made it a bigger hurdle. But he also confidently stated that although my situation was "out of the box", his job was to find someone within the IRS hierarchy that would not only listen to the facts but also have the authority to over turn an unjust situation. Jason then facilitated a "compromise" action with the IRS.
In April of 2020, my financial advisor/broker informed me that the IRS had levied several hundred thousand dollars from my account which required that my account be liquidated!
I immediately called Jason in a panic. The first thing Jason did was tell me to "take a deep breath" and committed that he would do everything possible to rectify the situation. The first thing Jason did was contact my broker, assure him that a mistake had been made and implore him not to do anything with my account. Jason then obtained from my broker the specific IRS agent that facilitated the garnish process. Within a couple of hours Jason contacted the IRS agent, convinced him that a mistake had definitely been made, and got the IRS agent to immediately provide documentation to the brokerage house that indeed a mistake had been.....all accomplished within 24 hours!
Jason's efforts didn't stop there. Over the next several months Jason was persistent to find that "person" within the IRS who again, would listen and had authority. Eventually Jason identified the correct IRS employee to address my situation. Jason successfully argued and IRS agreed that I was NOT a "responsible party"!
Obviously, I was ecstatic about the final outcome, but it was how Jason conducted himself throughout the process that has made such an impression on me. From day one Jason made an effort to know all the facts regarding my case; not only asking many initial questions but following up on several occasions just to make sure there was nothing overlooked. He consistently reached out to let me know the status of my case, even when it was to tell me there was nothing to report. I never felt I was falling through the cracks but rather felt that my case was important to him.
So with that said, it should be no surprise that I HIGHLY recommend the Peck Group to represent, whether it's an individual or company, anyone who finds themselves with any tax litigation issues.

I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Williams and her amazing team of women. I had a scary ex who had walked all over me in the state we lived before and my previous lawyers did not have my back and had written up horrible orders that gave my ex the ability to mess with my daughters life to try and hurt me. Ms. Williams nipped that right in the butt and got us new orders written up that protected me and my daughter. On top of that she was able to finally put him in his place and get us tie breaker. Something we have never been able to have in my daughter’s entire life. My previous lawyer I had to baby sit and I had to fight for my daughter in court while this lawyer stood by and watched my cry. my experience with Ms. Williams was the complete opposite. I got a pretty bad speeding ticket because I was late going to my pregnant wife’s appointment to meet the specialist because she had a high risk pregnancy. The ticket I received was also a super speeder. My job requires that I have a clean record. I hired Kevin and he was able to help me get a great outcome. No points, no reporting to my MVR, this helps SO much because I work and drive a company vehicle for an insurance company. Kevin made the process very easy and seamless. Out of FOUR lawyers that I contacted, Kevin was the only one who was responsive, he was up front about his pricing and steps that I would need to take going forward. I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of working with SWTW, and more specifically Andrea Pawlak and Kevin Ward, both of which I can not speak highly enough about. I have been through the worst of life experiences and can honestly say that without their friendship and guidance I would be in a much different position. Andrea is by far the most prepared, educated, dedicated and passionate attorney that I have been exposed to. The single greatest attribute that stands above the rest is her ability to manage a client through what is seemingly their worst moments in life such as a child's death and/or a contentious divorce. Andrea brings a level of personal connection to the engagement and truly cares about the well being of her clients, not just the outcome! She knows the case inside and out and is so well prepared to provide her clients with the necessary information to make educated decisions. A lawyers job is not to make choices on custody as mentioned in a review below, that is the clients decision, your attorney should be a trusted ally that provides you with legal informed decision making options and aligns with your morals, values and ethics, I could not recommend Andrea and SWTW more because of this reason.
