Rob was recommended to us by a neighborhood friend as having an excellent reputation in solving cases similar to ours. We recently moved out of state from Georgia. Our moving company "disposed of" half of our household belongings after delivering them to the wrong state. Rob helped us settle a claim that was overwhelming and daunting to us. Rob went out of his way to help us with what some may consider a very small problem. This was a single family property line discrepancy issue and to us it felt insurmountable. We had no idea where to begin, but with his help we were able to get our problem resolved. He went with us to the county office to talk with them to find out what needed to be done and then handled all required documentation and correspondence, plus followed up until we had our answer. Having Eric Welch represent me in my DUI case was a godsend. I was facing a 3rd DUI and I was very concerned about my future. I have never felt like previous lawyers I spoke to listened to my struggles nor cared until now. He was always readily available to answer all me questions. He took my case extremely seriously and seemingly personal. Eric Welch was able to get the courts to reduce my charge to a Reckless Driving and I couldn’t have been happier with his services. Ms. McCalla is a Godsend! I contacted her after I was cited for a DUI among lesser charges. She and her team were able to get me acquitted by using the facts of the case. Recently I was initially looking at jail time, and she was able to negotiate four community service! She is a good person, and is awesome at what she does! She really has found her calling. I would highly recommend Daniela McCalla for any legal services needed. I was hurt in a car accident last December, and I needed a lawyer. Hello I'm Abigail, and I'm going to tell you my own personal testimony. Woke up one day realizing, I didn't know the first thing about getting a divorce, yet alone the paperwork involved. Mrs. McCalla had already been a mentor to me throughout many years. So of course, I immediately contacted her to gather the proper legal guidance I knew was necessary . I would recommend these attorneys to any of my family and friends. They were very knowledgeable and fought for me even when I had a citation against me. The police officers found me at fault and gave me a ticket even though I was innocent. Ian Falcone was hired to handle a problem with a competitor who had taken and was using our intellectual property, and was in clear violation of the Digital Millenium Copyrights Act. Their actions were also causing problems with search engine rankings. When verbal requests and a demand letter were ignored the matter escalated. With well placed requests and utilization of DMCA laws the company's website was totally removed from Google search results.

Adam is hardworking and trustworthy. He has represented me for years and I'm always satisfied with the outcome. His aggressiveness is superb, you need a lawyer that will push the envelope. In my most recent case, Adam advise against every deal the prosecution offered and was willing to recuse the state/judge if we didn't get the deal I wanted in a 2 DUI case. I first met with Mr. Younker a few weeks after my arrest for DUI. I was nervous of course because I knew I wasn't intoxicated but that's not enough for court. After reviewing my case it was a no brainer we were turning down plea deals and fighting this thing. He walked me through every step of the way. Picked a jury, compared notes, he listened to me and any ideas that I could possibly bring to the table. We had a 5 to 1 acquittal in 20 mins. It eventually lead to the case being dismissed. It was a full on trial too, witnesses, videos, arguing, whole 9. He fought for me and won, I would highly recommend this man to anyone in need of a lawyer. Very fair priced as well.

Mrs. Hanea helped me resolve an issue regarding my son's birth certificate. Because of an error on it, the passport agency responsible for renewing passports refused to let me renew his expired passport. I hired Mrs. Hanea (for the third time, she represented me with an immigration case, and a bankrupty case, both with great results) to see what my options were. She promised a good result, and that is what I got. She was able to research the literature behind the family laws in the state of GA, and provided real life cases of similar cases to mine. With all that information she came up with, we took it and sent it to the passport agency, hoping that it was enough to be able to renew it. Sure enough, it was exactly what they needed and we obtained our wanted results. A renewed passport! Without Mrs. Hanea, our chances were slim to be able to get it. Thank you so much Mrs. Hanea, your help was tremendous for us.

Mr. Taylor came as a recommendation from another attorney in a domestic case I was involved in. I interviewed 7-8 lawyers for my divorce and found one I could trust to honestly counsel me and advocate for me to the Court. Mr. Taylor impressed me with his case management, communication skills and common sense/plain spoken counsel. Kevin helped me with a residential construction contract issue that ultimately went sour, and fast. He quickly assessed the fact pattern surrounding my situation and was equally quick to identify all the issues and angles and formulate a strategy therefrom. He made most of the other attorneys we spoke to look like My Cousin Vinnie, but before Vinnie won his case. Also, Kevin drafted an awesome complaint that garnered very high praise and compliments from at least 2 other attorneys who read it. The best thing is to have Kevin review your real estate and construction contracts before you enter into them. Otherwise, and as our experience showed, it's better late than never.

Kevin helped me out with an issue regarding a Residential Building License for the State of Georgia. He gave me heads up on the many and varied issues that could come up regarding this license issue. Once i went to the meeting with the Board for Licensing issues in Macon i felt very prepared and at ease that I could handle whatever question might come up. Just in case an anomaly occurred which we had not thought of, Kevin, gave me his cell number and told me to call him immediately if I felt I needed him. The meeting went well and I did not need him. I think one of the main reasons why things went well is that I was pretty confident I could answer any question thrown at me. Kevin was an integral part of me having that confidence. I recommend him highly and will be using him again on some other things.

I have watched Kevin give great advice on several forums to people needing help with construction contracting disputes. He was able to give great advice to us on a forum and we were able to resolve the complaint with little expense. I was at my "wit's end" after 16 months with the legal system having charged me with 4 criminal counts. I contacted Counts Law Group on Friday for HELP and Cynthia Counts agreed to meet with me on Saturday at 10:30 (Father's Day Weekend w/Family visiting) to evaluate my case. Come early Monday morning Cynthia and Family were siting on a Court room bench with me. She had taken a Good part of her Father's Day Weekend to prepare my case before the court and traveled two hours "early thirty" Monday to have the court to acknowledge her as my co-counsel and at noon to present a motion to dismiss all 4 charges. Because of her arguments before the court, ALL 4 charges were later dismissed! If the legal system had more Cynthia Counts, those condensing "lawyer" jokes would most likely disappear! Bottom Line - 16 Months of sleepless nights vs. a weekend

I was served in April '14 in GA; this was the only time I have been sued. It was a terribly stressful time because I was struggling to make ends meet and with two small babies in diapers, my wife and I did not know where to turn for help. I asked the lawyer of a colleague if he knew a good attorney to help me in a defamation lawsuit. Without any hesitation, he emphatically told me, “Cynthia Counts is the best there is for that type of case”. The fact that my colleague’s lawyer knew of Cynthia and was so adamant in stating her abilities immediately gave me confidence because the referring lawyer is a criminal defense attorney whose clientele and case load are in a different realm of law than what my case was, yet he knew of Cynthia Counts and her abilities. I immediately called Ms. Counts and let her know who referred me to her. We agreed to have an initial consultation to discuss the case. Not having any previous experience in legal matters, I was concerned about being kept in the loop and having a comprehensive understanding of what was taking place, as I tend to be somewhat of a micro-manager, which is a difficult thing to be in a subject for which I had no formal training. It became apparent to me immediately that there was an added benefit when I learned that Ms. Counts is an adjunct professor, as she was able to frame things for me in an easy-to-understand context. Her teaching experience was also an added benefit because when I expressed my desire to be able to assist in my own defense, she gladly provided me the opportunity and gave me specific research assignments and tasks to be performed in order to help myself. She would then take the time to explain the results, meaning and impact of my research while all the time continuously teaching me and citing other precedents and GA case law concerning defamation and Free Speech. She also provided an in-depth and invaluable education in Georgia’s Anti-SLAPP legislation, background and intent. Furthermore, once we entered the courtroom for the first time and found out that the Plaintiff’s attorney steered the intended purpose of the initial hearing from evidentiary to something else, I got to see what Ms. Counts was really made of. She basically walked into an ambush on that first day in court and we were not prepared at all for where the first day lead us because it was supposed to be an evidentiary hearing that ended up being bifurcated, for which the first part was never disclosed in advance by the Counsel for Plaintiff but for which he was fully prepared. So we started our first day in court with the deck stacked against us, but in the end it did not matter because Ms. Counts knew the law. Because of her vast knowledge and depth of understanding of Georgia law, Federal law, Constitutional Law and her intimate familiarity with the Georgia Anti-SLAPP statute and precedents, she was able to successfully ward off the attack by Counsel for Plaintiff not only that day but two days later when we continued. Her courtroom delivery over those two days resulted in turning an ambush, and potential disaster, into the Judge issuing an order that protected my speech and resulted in Plaintiff’s immediate dismissal of the case. Throughout all phases of the case, Ms. Counts was always available either in person or via proxy through one of her diligent and well-written associates. Even when time constraints and schedule conflicts would have prevented other people from making time to talk, she was available and responsive through holidays, weekends, as well as nights. She is passionate about her work, knowledgeable about the law and is one of few that still believes in the truth above all else. If you are being sued for defamation or other alleged First Amendment violations and you were right and you were just in your actions, Cynthia Counts is the lawyer for you. She is highly recommended by me; simply 'Google' Cynthia Counts and the results speak for themselves.

Cynthia worked on my trial on false criminal charges that stemmed from a civil rights violation. She has demonstrated a thorough and in-depth knowledge of First Amendment and other constitutional and civil rights case decisions and a willingness to think outside the box. I consider her to be a first-rate attorney, especially for media and free speech matters. When questioning one of the witnesses at my trial, Cynthia was matter-of-fact, calm, and professional in working inconsistencies out of the witness. When writing motions, she cited an extensive case law history that applied to my specific case - demonstrating to me that she works hard on her cases.
