I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. The payment plan was also excellent as well. Thank you for helping me out!

I feel like I am doing a review on a FAMILY member. My sister met him at her job and he gave her his information. She ended up calling him for a car accident she had. When I i had my accident years later she told me not to call anybody until she called me back with his information. She told me not to worry and that he will treat you as though your family and she was right. Even down to using emojis on messages. He even talked to me about my dogs. David made this chapter of my already hetic life as seamless as he could. I was completely helpless because my car was totaled. He helped me with EVERYTHING I needed to survive this tragic event. He took care of both my 14 year old daughter and myself. I am so happy I could cry because this review comes from the bottom of my heart. David is our family attorney and I have already referred him to one of my co-workers as such. David we love you. You are incredible not to mention very talented.

The experience I had with Mr Porter Allred has been nothing short of amazing. I had a complicated case that also had elements of workers comp. He set me up with a workers comp attorney that guided me through that whole process. I also had injuries that resulted in surgeries and Porter checked in on me regularly to see how I was doing, he felt more like a buddy than an attorney. After the workman’s comp case closed out Porter began helping me with my insurance case. He remained steadfast and persistent and all the while he was very positive and reminded me at times how fortunate I was to have not been more seriously injured or killed!! After 2 years he reached an amazing agreement with the powers that be resulting in an amazing settlement. I CANNOT thank Porter Allred and his team enough for all the amazing help! I would’ve been lost without them!

I can only say great things about Mr. pariente. Last July I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Mr. Pariente made sure these charges were dropped. He was always very professional, he provided me with his direct cell phone and I was able to get in contact with him at all times. Pariente Law Firm was fantastic through my legal experience. I found them easily on Google, and I chose them over all the others because they were down to earth, friendly, and the most informative.

I was in a huge bind and was 3 days away from losing my home due to a lease option contract gone wrong. My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. They treated my father respectfully and explained everything very simply and to the point. They were always happy to help in any way that they could and were accessible by phone or email at a moment's notice. Their offices are very nice and the receptionist always had a smile when she greeted me. Her assistant was always prompt ahnd courteous, and they always made sure to follow up with us. It's a great firm, and I highly recommend all of them.

Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.

My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be “nickeled and dimed” for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. I talked to family and friends, and only one person I know has done this professionally, but couldn't remember details, so I decided to let my spirit lead me. (not to be confused with Marshall law on 8th St.) Anyway, Sam Marshall has videos on his website explaining about wills, trust, probate, and after getting a better understanding, I decided to schedule an appointment.
