Bud and his firm made our acquisition process the best it could be. It was apparent that he‘s done a ton of asset purchase agreements. At our initial consultation, we talked about what I wanted to see in the agreement and Bud suggested changes that would protect us as individuals and shareholders.
As we exchanged drafts with the buyer’s counsel, Bud caught several mistakes and regressions. He was on time and prepared for every call and meeting we had. Any time we met in person, copies of the agreements were on the conference table when we walked in, marked up and flagged with the items we were there to talk about. He made me feel like my business was important.
Learned a lot, and we got the deal done with what I feel were very favorable terms for me and my company. Highly recommended!

Being out of town I interviewed lawyers and their staff to help with a prenup. The in person 30 minute consultation was free. We went to others also but definitely liked Blake the best. I have known Daryl for over 20 years. He is our family lawyer, and my business lawyer. Daryl prepared our will, trust, and living will. He also consults me on a wide variety of business issues. Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost.
One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

I was in a huge bind and was 3 days away from losing my home due to a lease option contract gone wrong. My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. I would highly recommend Becky Pintar and not look anywhere else. She can definitely get the job done and work hard to get everything you deserve!

Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.
During mediation, Becky, had my back and strongly negotiated a settlement that was fair. I have NOTHING BUT GOOD WORDS for Becky and her paralegal, Teresa. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Becky Pintar as a divorce attorney.

My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be “nickeled and dimed” for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. James will not disappoint you and you will be very glad you chose him!

(not to be confused with Marshall law on 8th St.) Anyway, Sam Marshall has videos on his website explaining about wills, trust, probate, and after getting a better understanding, I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was with James Owens, and after we spoke, I knew that he was the one. He is patient, thorough, and his humor made me relax through this serious process. I'm not from the area but my 90 year old mother is, she recently lost her husband and he had done nothing towards a will. I called a few places in Henderson, and all I had was SLOW responses, misunderstood emails, and sometimes triple the price for what Marshall law did for us.

After a dog attack that left me with a facial scar and some upsetting memories, my husband suggested we see a lawyer.
