I found Jeremy on the internet. He had no reviews and was a bit reserved on the phone when we first talked. After explaining to him what business formation we wanted to create (a Nevada LLC owned by a trust) he suddenly came alive with suggestions and advice we had never considered. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame to which he committed to do it and never increased his fees. My experience with Mr. Cooper and his staff has been really impeccable. He has been available to listen to my need, and provided the perfect solution for everything. I also appreciated the fact that I didn't have to wait long to have an appointment with him, and he has always responded on the same day to my emails.
He delivered a very professional binder with the documents and even a soft copy on a USB pen drive. He explained me with care and details all the paperworks that we did.

I called HLC after my father passed recently. During my consultation, I spoke to Ms. Chu for over an hour. She took her time, listened and answered every question that I had. As you can imagine, in a situation like this, there were a lot of questions. A few hours after I spoke to her, I located a treasure trove of information and I would not have been able to understand any of it if she hadn’t taken her time and thoroughly explained the process and what exactly we were dealing with. She was knowledgeable, experienced and I could tell by speaking with her that she has that ‘thing’ in her that allows her to fight for her clients. She cares. Mr. Dixon helped me resolve a tax problem that I didn't even know about until I received letters from the IRS saying I owed money. My CPA looked at IRS rules and said I should pay the money because the IRS had given exact instructions on the issue. In my first meeting with Mr. Dixon, he took the time to learn all about my problem and asked for details regarding important facts unique to my circumstances. I could tell that he really was thinking through all the options before giving me several options on what I could do, along with all the pros and cons with each option. In the end, Mr. Dixon explained that the IRS rules were not the law and that the IRS was going against decisions by judges. I decided to have Mr. Dixon help me and clearly told me what I had to give him to help him do the job and explained certain things that his firm didn’t need to do and how it would save me money. I really appreciated the fact that he kept me involved in the process and let me know what was happening on my case. He always called or emailed me back when I had a question. With his attention to detail Mr. Dixon was able to figure out how the IRS was wrong and that I was actually owed money. All in all, Mr. Dixon found-out the best way to solve the problem and got me a great result. I am grateful to him and recommend Mr. Dixon for any tax problem.

Brad Monson, another attorney, did a careful appraisal of my needs, which had a few complications. He scheduled a free consultation with Bryan. When we met I knew that my fiance and I had found the right person. He made suggestions that would help us resolve our title transfer issues and also restated my out-of-date trust. I was referred to Chris to help with a business dispute between partners in a company where it was clear the partnership would be ended.
Chris was extremely helpful from the start. He assisted in developing the strategy to achieve our goal of ending the partnership and distribute the assets, but as in most cases like this emotions were running high and logic was not at the forefront of people's minds. Chris asked good questions, engaged the other patners' council in a discussion and negotiated a good exit for all parties.

Verizon called me for four years about someone else's unpaid bill. Although I kept telling Verizon they had the wrong number, both by phone and using Verizon's own online contact system, the calls kept coming. Verizon insisted they did not make calls like that and that the calls were not originating from them. When the calls increased (numerous calls in one day), I turned to Kim. She explained the federal statutes that cover this and I called Verizon again, mentioning key words. I was transferred to someone who found my number was incorrectly listed as an alternate contact number and the calls stopped! However, that was the last piece of the puzzle we needed and Kim went after Verizon and negotiated a very nice settlement. THANK YOU, KIM! No more calls AND a nice payoff.

Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right. He doesn't take no for an answer and always went out of his way to make sure things were handled. Even when he's busy he always has time for his clients and manages his time well. My cases have been long and drawn out and very out of the ordinary but Robert always was on top of every aspect of the case and knew the case inside and out. My husband and I were extremely impressed with J. Charles Coons. He was friendly, open, knowledgeable, and explained all of the options to us. We both walked out of our meeting with him feeling really good about having him be our lawyer. We had met with another law firm to redo our trust before we met with him, and were very unimpressed and decided to take out business elsewhere, so we were thrilled to find J. Charles.
