I obtained Mr Patterson Esq through a referral from a close business associate in 2013. My case involved ownership of property being disputed by the family of a deceased relative. Mr Patterson scheduled a consultation to hear what the situation was first. After he heard the information he actively assisted with getting the proper documentation to assist in retaining his services to proceed with representation in the unfortunate matter. He displayed the most professional and personal services that I have ever experienced in a moment of distress. He made sure I understood the law as it applied to my case and was in lockstep with the judges interpretation on the facts as well. He made all attempts to resolve without going before a judge first, but when the only option was court, he came prepared and attentive to all aspects of everyone involved. I seriously can't that Mr. Patterson enough for what he did for me. It meant the world to me to triumphantly persevere with the help of his extensive knowledge and ginger care. He is definitely worth any accolades he receives.

I barely had to disclose the facts of my case. He knew! He told me. He is so well versed in the HOA foreclosure and sale matters being litigated in the courts today that the answers to my questions are at his fingertips. He was able to respond clearly and concisely and quickly without time wasting my precious hourly fee monies on redundancy or confusion. This is his biz, he does it 24/7. He gave me the foundation on which to build my case even though he represents HOA's, and I'm a homeowner. He was so HUMAN! Michael gave me the names of two other attorneys to consult with, each of whom have helped me also. He even offered to answer further questions should I have any. I welcomed Jennifer into the hornet's nest that I had created with my super hero like ability to transform everyday business into troublesome legal quandaries. This was the culmination of a multiparty transaction that had lasted over eight months. It was clear that mistakes had been made and that involving Jennifer earlier in the process would have both saved on cost, while also nettig myself more money with far less risk in a more timely matter. There was no second-guessing past decisions, nor was there any pressure to involve her in future dealings once it was understood that I had identified my errors. We discussed how to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. Unquestionably, the importance of her involvement was made clear through my bottom line.
Jennifer reviewed the facts surrounding my issue and then took over and diligently worked toward accomplishing our goal. My options were presented to me without bias and despite my best option resulting in less billable hours, the resolution was clear. Dealing with an absolute professional with expert knowledge and experience is very refreshing. I have witnessed attornies with lower standards direct their clients toward selfserving poor decisions in order to line their own pockets.
I always felt that Jennifer had my best interest in mind. Looking back, she realized at one point that I may be leaning toward a far riskier emotional decision that may have ultimately cost me money. It can be a real pain to find an attorney, especially when you're trying to deal with a time sensitive crisis. I called about half a dozen lawyers before contacting Matt Pruitt. I'm very glad I got through to him.
If you've tried to hire a lawyer, you know most don't really listen while you speak. They are processing what you're saying through some sort of filter to see if you're worth their time. It's understandable, their time is valuable. But it can also be frustrating as a potential client.
Matt Pruitt didn't have this issue. He listened for the 4 - 5 minutes it took to explain the situation, and the asked some insightful questions. And when he noted to deadline I was working under, rearranged his schedule to make sure he could help me out.
I can't get into details on the matter, but I will say having him on my side of the table was more helpful than I anticipated. Not only did he protect our side, but he asked the kinda of questions to the other side that made them visibly uncomfortable. And that in the end is what settled the matter.
This whole thing was over in one meeting. The other side did a complete 180 and agreed to every term I was asking. And I know a large part of that was due to Matt's presence, insight and demeanor. He made it clear he means business, and it was felt.
So, if you're looking for someone who is competent, insightful, down to earth and can be intimidating, you should give him a call. I'll absolutely use him again if I need an attorney.

We went to see Mark Goldstein for a real estate related matter. There was no fee for the consultation. He was very forthcoming, down to earth and knowledgeable. We were pleased with his advice and the consultation as a whole. He also let us know that if we had further questions to feel free to contact him.
