My case was handled with professionalism and follow through the entire process of my lawsuit. I can’t rave enough about Brian Blankenship and the excellent job he did for my case. Furthermore, Mark took over the case and did an excellent job as well as Eunice and Karla. They kept me in the loop on every step of the way. Also, I was given updates via email and text messaging. My Father passed unexpectedly and thought he had his estate taken care of because he paid for his funeral in advance and had assigned an administrator/power of attorney to handle his affairs. The nightmare began about 30 days from his death when the administrator my Dad had assigned failed at his duties. From lies and misinformation that cost me thousands of dollars and having to move out of the house, storage fees as well mis-filed paperwork. When it was apparent that the administrator was in over his head and the estate was going nowhere with threats of foreclosure and the integrity of any assets that my Father had worked so hard to pass down, the decision to call Lee Drizin was made. The absolute best communication I've ever encountered in all my 53 years on this planet. There's a reason Lee Drizin is so highly rated on Google, and it's because he is a really good attorney.
I'm a young woman, still in college, and when my mother passed unexpectedly and suddenly, I wasn't sure what to do to handle her estate and everything that comes after someone passes. I found Mr Drizin on Google, and it has been history ever since. Him and his team are constantly available to answer any questions one may have during the entire process, and he has steamlined the entire thing to be as painless and direct as possible. It is not easy at all, as there are so many accounts nowadays that people can have, but I was always directed to who exactly to contact and what to do.
My advise is twofold to anyone going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one: one, use Lee Drizin, and two, make sure to keep on top of all you have to do on your part to get paperwork and documents. These are the best ways to make it as painless as you can.
I also want to thank Mr Drizin and his team for also suggesting an accountant to help with the final tax documents, which also smoothed the process. With decades of experience, it clearly shows in everything Mr Drizin does to run his attorney's office. I cannot recommend him enough. I'm not sure how the other attorneys compare, but I can guarantee that he knows his stuff and gets it done here.

Living in Vegas 2024, I was there for work. It was an experience. In August, I had fallen at a property that had no markings of “ Beware of broken curb”. I did fall and fractured my ankles, out of work and no one there to help me. I knew this was not a fault of mine. I just searched on my search engine and took my gut feeling. The Fletcher Firm was listed and I called spoke to Maysoun. She was so calming, understood my situation. I didn’t know what to do. She was concerned on my health and I decided to accept Maysoun as my attorney. Through the whole ordeal, she was always there for me with answers. I felt comfortable, no pressure and reassurance. ER, Dr Visits, X-rays, caregivers. The end results I returned to Hawaii and she was there till the end. We got a settlement, I stop feeling stressed out. She took care of everything. I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. When you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney your whole world is upside down. You have made a serious mistake or a series of them. To get your world back to reality call Michael Pariente. I never knew there were lawyers like Mike. He is an amazing human being. He is immediately available any time. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. All he cared about was getting me the best outcome possible. He really cares about you as a person and is such a nice guy. he likes to curse, so don't be distracted, LOL. I do too, so we got along great. Don't get excited when you hear the fee. Just pay it and be glad he 's taking your case. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike, and John. As a child psychologist and an expert witness in family court for custody cases, I am familiar with many lawyers in town. I would recommend the public defender over this guy. Terrible communication, could never get ahold of him or his office. He was always late except for my last appearance which he didnt even show up to. The judge had to call me up with no lawyer and proceeded to tell me I could let my lawyer know that the case was closed. He even asked me what I thought my defense should be as if he's not the lawyer.
