Rob Brodsky @Malik Law was a huge help in bringing closure to an insurance claim that dragged on for 1+ year. After banging our heads against the wall with an insurance company that was being absolutely ridiculous with their settlement claims for over a year and a half he was able to settle out with our insurance for a reasonable fee in 2-3 months. When dealing with a lawsuit, I typically like to have a discussion (or a couple) with the leading attorney in regards to the case records and litigation strategy as I feel much can be learned. Some attorneys or firms appreciate this type of interest and/or participation from their clients and Mr. Kohlmyer was no exception. I have dealt with many lawyers over the years, Vanessa is the best that I have dealt with. Even though she has not been practicing for a long time, her understanding of the law and research skills are top notch, you would think she has 30 years of experience when dealing with her. My experience with lawyers is similar to my experience with doctors, they don't get back to you, make you wait, and have limited patience. Vanessa is the opposite. She actually cares about her client, she will email at all times of the day or night, answer questions, text message, and calm nervous clients down. I had a recent experience in Family court, and her compassion will never be forgotten. I am not someone that normally writes reviews, I would suggest hiring her, you can trust her 100%, She can go head to head with any attorney in Florida.

We visited with two attorneys in an attempt to modify a Special Needs Trust with no success. A friend who had worked with Chuck Wilder recommended him to us. Within a short period of time he was able to modify the Trust as required. Because we were impressed with his knowledge, experience, personal character, and his ability to explain legal issues to lay persons, we decided to have him help us on another legal project - that of redoing our estate planning. Glen was extremely professional and responsive to any questions I had regarding my foreclosure defense and assisted in allowing me to remain in my home for an additional two years until I was able to secure full time employment and another place to live. Glen also coordinated a settlement with my mortgage company in order to obtain reimbursement for my moving expenses related to securing employment over 1000 miles from my prior home in Florida. I would definitely recommend Glen for any legal issue as he assisted me formally with my foreclosure defense and settlement agreement and he also provided me with consultation on other legal issues where I decided not to have Glen represent me. I referred Glen to two of my friends and he was able to provide them with information that assisted them in determining the course of action that they would take.

I have litigated several cases against Mr. Meltz over the years and Chuck is one f the most professional and brightest attorneys with whom I have ever had the pleasure of litigating. Mr. Meltz has consistently put the best interests of his clients above his own financial interests time and time again. While many insurance defense attorneys generate paperwork designed primarily to bill the client, I have never seen Chuck Meltz file anything or send me anything that was not designed to do anything but flush out facts and issues helpful to the defense of the case. Not only is he a true professional, he is extremely smart in the handling the defense of litigation brought against his clients. I cannot recommend Mr. Meltz highly enough. A smart lawyer knows when to pick his fights and when to maintain professional decorum, and as I said, Chuck Meltz is a very smart lawyer.

Weston did a really wonderful job for my family in his pursuit of my insurance company, who refused to pay for a roof that was damaged in a hurricane two years ago.
He was phenomenal. He deftly steered us to the appraisal process. He was great about giving updates and did a phenomenal job assisting me in appraiser selection. Through the process, we received five times the highest settlement offer made by my insurance company.
I highly recommend him. It is very clear from the get go that he is very skilled and professional. He knows his stuff and got better than the desired result.
He is also a genuinely nice guy. Some lawyers can be grating, but not him.
I can't imagine having a better experience or a more skilled advocate throughout the process.
