I needed an attorney and called Mr. Jamal Allen. I spoke directly to him and hired him after consultation. Mr Allen listened to my concerns and explained the legal ramifications of my case. He also asked what was my expectation with regards to case resolution. Mr. Allen was phenomenal in court. He was very professional, had a great understanding of my situation and was experience with his handling of the prosecutor and judge. I wouldn't use any other attorney other than Mr. Allen. Although I did not retain Marcos as council he was very helpful in regards to pointing me in the right direction and where to start in filing a case myself. I wouldn't hesitate to have Marcos as council if I had the money to hire attorney. Marcos gave me the impression that he cared more about his clients more so than money he would earn from taking on the case. He's more about turning a wrong into a right and standing up for the little guy.

I went to Trent Woods with a case that I was told was hopeless by several other attorneys. I wanted to get my firearms rights restored. My wife and I realized that our home somehow wasn't included in the name of our trust. The original work was done by Mr. halls law firm several years ago. As in most things, several laws had changed, making our trust somewhat ineffective. After consulting with Mr. Hall, we decided to completely update the document. We are now up to date with all of federal and state changes in relation to all of our needs. We want to especially thank Mr. Hall and all of his associates that worked on this project. Our home is now included on our property deed in the name of the trust. We highly recommend Mr. Hall and his firm. They also treat you like family, and take the time to discuss all issues in language we could understand. Five stars doesn't seem to be a high enough rating.

I was a client of a very well known reputable estate planning firm in town ( Phoenix) for 6+ years.
I sought to have my Trust reviewed after my Mothers passing as we had experienced a number of issues with her Trust. I researched many local attorneys and came across the firm of MHK. I am very happy with the decision to meet with Mr Hall.
Mr Hall was immediately able to review my then current Trust and point out major areas of concern!!! I found him to be very knowledgeable. A true blessing for me. My wife filed a petition for a green card for me. We thought that would be no problem as we were married for years and had so much to show, so much in common. Just like on TV movies right? Wrong! The USCIS denied our petitions. Accused my wife of entering into a shame marriage just to get me a green card.
We've found Matthew and he worked with us gathering all the facts and evidences, and he wrote a very well elaborate response to USCIS and delivered to them on time.. Today, 30 days from the date we were to respond to them, I've got an email from USCIS. The green card is approved and on its way to my mailbox.
This experience has proved to me that no matter how confident we think we are to handle a law issue, we should never underestimate the experienced a lawyer has, having gone through so many cases, and what they can do for you handling your case. Never go alone. Hire a lawyer. Hire Matt if he is available in your area.
He won't promise you success. But if you think you have rights for what you want, give him all the facts and evidences you have and he will tell you your odds and will put up the best fight for you.

After meeting with several bankruptcy attorneys, my wife felt that most were either unprepared or willing to throw anything at the courts in hopes to see what sticks. Ben was exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. We knew that he would be honest and would not do anything unethical to jeopardize our case. I met Ben Skinner at a Real Estate Lunch and learn at my broker’s office. This attorney knows his stuff. Whenever I have an agent question whether it is on commission, disclosure, contracts, liability, etc, Ben always has the answer. Love working with him! I found myself on the wrong end of a lawsuit, which unfortunately in USA is all too common. It was completely baseless but when you are being sued you do have to respond to the suit or settle the suit. I was being sued for an exorbitant amount of money and on a rather tenuous, if not frivolous claim. In reality the basis of what I was being sued for would not have withstood a judgement even if the plaintiffs established jurisdiction, which they likely would not have had I chose to fight. The grounds of the settlement are confidential so I can only say that in some states the basis of the suit is actually thrown out by judges based on law and the plaintiffs are forced to pay attorney fees and a penalty for bringing such a suit. Unfortunately Arizona does not have these laws. As a result I was in a panic and just wanted out of the suit. I had previously hired a "blazing gun" type attorney who specialises in this type of law but he made matters worse. There was an offer of settlement but it involved large sums of money to be paid and I was not guilty of any wrongdoing so I was not willing to do that. I had contact with Brad Denton who was also amazing and Sterling handled my claim and to be honest I am so happy he did. Within weeks we had a settlement offer as soon as he replied to the lack of basis of the lawsuit. I would likely have won but been out a lot of money so when he had got the opposing counsel to simply see that they really did not have a winner they offered a settlement that had little impact on my life, no out of pocket expenses and it has now been dismissed. I did have to fall on my sword and do something I disagreed with morally but as it has no effect on my life the saying, "I'd rather be happy than right" comes to mind. I am thrilled with his ability to see through the facts of a claim and relay that to his opposing counsel and effectuate a settlement I otherwise do not think I would have got. I cannot say enough good things about Sterling. He is personable, approachable, knowledgable, funny, and talented as a lawyer. What he did my "blazing gun" lawyer who allegedly specialised in this type of law was unable to do. I highly recommend him as a lawyer and his firm is great, they give their time and do not just give you time you are paying for but had contact both on an amicable (human) basis, as well as great legal communication.

I called Ashley to inquire about a possible lawsuit against a Money transmitting business. Ashley was quick to assess the case and then strongly advised against a formal lawsuit. Instead, she provided an alternative route to a solution which I am now persueing. We hired Mike as part of a complicated construction litigation matter. We knew that getting him involved would be our best chance to get the case settled, because Mike is not only a great construction lawyer, but also a very reasonable and practical attorney. Many lawyers are happy to run up a big bill while they "process" a case and thereby milk their clients dry. Mike isn't like that. He will work hard to reach the most practical, cost efficient result possible -- hopefully with a speedy settlement, but with litigation if necessary. I could not recommend him more highly.
