We hired Mike as part of a complicated construction litigation matter. We knew that getting him involved would be our best chance to get the case settled, because Mike is not only a great construction lawyer, but also a very reasonable and practical attorney. Many lawyers are happy to run up a big bill while they "process" a case and thereby milk their clients dry. Mike isn't like that. He will work hard to reach the most practical, cost efficient result possible -- hopefully with a speedy settlement, but with litigation if necessary. I could not recommend him more highly.

After a very unexpected car accident, it was suggested that I contact an attorney. I heard all the radio jingles, saw all the billboards but when I read the reviews for Thomas I knew he was the one for me. My experience working with attorney Justin Call was exceptional. He is very personable. I felt comfortable working with him from the very beginning of our first meeting. I wanted to set up a Trust. Even after looking online to educate myself, I was still somewhat unclear about all that was involved. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable as he explained the various aspects that were important for me to fully understand. I was able to ask questions that he answered clearly. I grew more confident in what I needed to do for the Trust, and how it worked in general, due to his supportive demeanor.

Joseph Udell is a very thorough attorney. Joe helped us revise our living trust. We’ve done this three or four times over our lifetime. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of How trusts work but this time, my wife and myself and Joseph looked at every page of everything the will the trust the power of attorney’s and explained it to us and I didn’t know half as much as I thought, so we were really appreciative of this. It took a little while, but we never felt hurried or stressed because every question I had was able to be answered clearly. He was through and quick at getting all the paperwork done. He was very supportive and attentive. There was an odd incident after the adoption was final. When everything was done and we got our final bill it was larger than expected. When I inquired as to why he admitted he charged for items that we did not ask for or agree to pay for. He adjusted the bill but it was shady because he shouldn't have adjusted the bill without talking to us before.

I’m so glad I found Eric Kessler and highly recommend him. I recently moved to Arizona from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Arizona law. I wanted a professional who: is very knowledgeable about trusts, who would be responsive and communicate timely with me, who would allow me to review the draft before expecting me to sign off on the finished product (apparently this is not a common practice here, which surprised me), and who was willing to answer all my questions. Shared input last year and somehow it’s gone. I wished there was a way to give Brad Crider a (-) for service, professionalism, kindnesses and simply showing empathy. He didn’t work on my divorce and I never received an invoice. I guest that should have been a huge sign for me but I always try my best to be positive.
Brad answered the phone once and said to me, “If I knew it was you I wouldn’t answered the phone.” What kind of lawyer says this to their client?” Absolutely no compassion! I hired another divorce and finally was rewarded my divorce in record time. This means to me that Brad sat on my divorce and did absolutely nothing. Shame on him! People depend on their Lawyers to fight for them!!
FYI-my X requested that all communication come via our Lawyers. Brad didn’t share anything in fact he told me that I would be better off without him. That’s my call, of my lawyers call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
