If you want justice for a loved one for medical malpractice, and wrongful death stay away from this law firm. They will only take your case if the victim and their family didn't sign any medical documents at the hospital. Not sure what planet they practice law on. What a waste of time.

My experience working with attorney Justin Call was exceptional. He is very personable. I felt comfortable working with him from the very beginning of our first meeting. I wanted to set up a Trust. Even after looking online to educate myself, I was still somewhat unclear about all that was involved. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable as he explained the various aspects that were important for me to fully understand. I was able to ask questions that he answered clearly. I grew more confident in what I needed to do for the Trust, and how it worked in general, due to his supportive demeanor.
It was a great time saver that our first 2 meetings were virtual. I appreciated his staff setting them up to fit my schedule. Reminder emails were appreciated. Do not hire this lawyer group if you are in Mojave Valley AZ. They are not familiar with the laws and rules of this County. I was told one thing then another happened many times. Very inconsistent and a waste of my $8000. Alex was a nice guy, but as far as a Lawyer for Mojave Valley AZ I would not recommend him. Maybe he is good in Mesa Az but not for Mojave county Arizona.

Joseph Udell is a very thorough attorney. Joe helped us revise our living trust. We’ve done this three or four times over our lifetime. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of How trusts work but this time, my wife and myself and Joseph looked at every page of everything the will the trust the power of attorney’s and explained it to us and I didn’t know half as much as I thought, so we were really appreciative of this. It took a little while, but we never felt hurried or stressed because every question I had was able to be answered clearly. This is such an important part of making sure all your wishes going to be followed precisely. his support staff is also excellent Roxie spent a lot of time with me calling and getting information so that this trust could be done properly. I’m so glad I found Eric Kessler and highly recommend him. I recently moved to Arizona from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Arizona law. I wanted a professional who: is very knowledgeable about trusts, who would be responsive and communicate timely with me, who would allow me to review the draft before expecting me to sign off on the finished product (apparently this is not a common practice here, which surprised me), and who was willing to answer all my questions. He was through and quick at getting all the paperwork done. He was very supportive and attentive. There was an odd incident after the adoption was final. When everything was done and we got our final bill it was larger than expected. When I inquired as to why he admitted he charged for items that we did not ask for or agree to pay for. He adjusted the bill but it was shady because he shouldn't have adjusted the bill without talking to us before.
