Andrew was not able to take my case because of cost and distance but nonetheless he was the most helpful attorney I have ever come across. Not only did he spend at least an hour speaking with me he informed me of specific areas I needed to make sure another attorney would handle as far as my breach of contract case. Irv was instrumental in solving a very difficult matter with our business partner. He encouraged us to stay professional and businesslike even though we were very emotional about the issue. He helped us to hold firm on our position, but to compromise where compromise seemed necessary. He is very detail-oriented and remembered anecdotes we told him which ended up proving useful in drafting our final agreement. We came out feeling like we got exactly what we wanted out of the negotiations.

I recently had to handle with a divorce filed by my ex in Michigan while I was living out of state. Mr. Boike was recommended to me, and I am better off for it. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and took his time to really process the details of my situation. The attention I got was highly personalized, and the counsel was wise. Mr. Boike was able to push mediation through, rather than having to go through litigation, despite my ex not being keen on mediation at first. This worked out well in the end; I definitely saved a lot of heartache and money by having Mr. Boike as my attorney. Divorce is an awful experience, and he helped minimize the stress of it all. I should also mention that his hourly rate and retainer fee were quite affordable compared to other attorneys that I researched.

Joe Bird has been great from the first phone call thru the end of the settlement. He has always kept me well informed via email and phone. He has called to walk me through different processes that we would have to take. Just today I was contacted by MSP, who was requesting my medical records. Instead of me having to contact hospitals etc, I called Joe, on his personal cell phone. He told me he would take care of it for me and he did. He was always 100% honest with me, on how the process worked and what to expect. The expected outcome was right in line with what Joe predicted. I have used John Evanchek for my bankruptcy and my on going custody battle. He was wonderful for my bankruptcy. Always kept me informed, was without a doubt honest about every issue and was readily available when I needed him. He made the whole ordeal very simply and stress free. Given, what is going on in most peoples lives during a bankruptcy, it was very appreciated.
As to my custody case John very much impressed me the last time we were in court. My ex was attempting her usual "create a issue to distract the judge from why we are really there maneuver." John shut her down quick and got the judge back on track. We didn't win that day but we also didn't lose. I'm content with a compromise. I just wish I didn't have to have a lawyer and a court case to get that.
He is a very honest attorney. He has also been able to keep me on track with what is important in a custody battle, my child. I deal with a extremely spiteful, controlling, angry ex wife that is unable to let go of the past. That behavior will bring up constant conflicts between two parents. John has always been understanding of my frustration but also able to remind me of the direction I am heading and to stay on track because in the end winning just means having a good happy life and I have that with my daughter. Thanks John for all your help.

Alex Rusek gave me my son back. My son was facing multiple serious charges and needed rehab for his addiction issues. Alex Rusek argued to get a reasonable bond, pursuaded three different Judges to allow my son to go out of state for therapy and successfully got multiple felony charges dropped. Instead of going to prison my son received one and a half years probation and time served.
This outcome would not have been possible with out the efforts and arguments of Alex Rusek to get the court system to give my son another chance.
