The break-up of a business partnership is an incredibly difficult thing. My situation was challenging and complex. When I first spoke to Paul I was overwhelmed. Paul step-by-step took me through the different things I needed to consider, and was compassionate while also being direct and plain-spoken. I was referred to Patrick by a high school friend. I had a collection issue, we sat down, talked about all the options and figured out a plan. It turned out the plan we laid out did not initially include his area so he referred me to his peer in the office. Thankfully Pat's peer took care of the problem and his services weren't needed.
Planning is a big part of execution, and Pat did an amazing job at that.

Gary was unique. I was able to gather records and do mailings that kept my costs down. He kept me insured and getting 3rd party paychecks throughout my ordeal. His referrals were stellar. I would not recommend him to everyone I know, but that says more about potential clients than about Gary. He sees the big picture. His written skills are superb. He happened to have the experience dealing with my adversary necessary to prevail…..and we did on all issues.

If you want a bulldog in your corner, ensuring your case is heard, understood, investigated, to the fullest extent possible, this is your lawyer.
Lori represented me in a sexual harassment and retaliation case; I always felt she knew my situation, case, details, and how to apply the law to getting me the best advantage.
She is straight forward. No b.s. No maybe-kind-sort-of-hope-to. Yes or no. And then tells you what she needs from you in order to take your case to and through trial if necessary.
Her sanction. In questioning this ask yourself:
Would you want an attorney who is going to lay it all on the line for YOU? or someone that is going to blend into the bland wallpaper and wilt when the pressure gets too much.

I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . I can’t thank Nichol Kreklau enough .
