I was involved in an auto accident and hired Mr. Erhart to represent me. He spoke in terms I could understand and explained the Minnesota no-fault laws to my family. He fought to obtain a reasonable settlement, a settlement I thought was fair. Mr. Erhart and his staff were always available for questions, and I felt at home at his offices. I had all the confidence in the world that he do his best to obtain a fair settlement. He also helped my husband and I to plan our estate after my personal injury case was settled. I would highly recommend Mr. Erhart not only in personal injury cases, but also in business law, estate planning, probate, and real estate.

Geordie is amazing! He stepped in during one of the hardest times in my life. My mother passed away unexpectedly without a will and due to our circumstances the court decided we needed to go through formal, supervised probate. I was lost but the moment I met Geordie I knew I had a compassionate, knowledgeable and reliable partner to lead me through the craziness. It took over 9 months to go through the probate process and Geordie was there every step of the way. He even found precedents and rules other lawyers knew nothing about to ensure my family had the best possible outcome to a stressful and emotional situation. We went to George to have an Estate plan done for my mother and I could not be more pleased with the service he provided and the job he did! George is professional but also warm, kind and has a sense of humor that makes serious things easy to do! Gathering the information he needed was the hardest part of the process and even that was pretty easy. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to meet all our needs. Having this done gives us peace of mind and having it done so well is invaluable. I can recommend both George and his work highly!!

Jillian K. Duffy is reliable, trustworthy and will get great results for you. She set me at ease from the first moment we discussed my case. I never once felt inconvenienced and was able to move along with my life as the case progressed. We worked together through mediation and then again in court, with great success! I’m going to be completely honest here, Duffy is often one of, if not THE smartest person in every room she enters. Having her as your lawyer will ensure that your case is handled with the upmost of care and consideration, alongside a razor-sharp intellect. I doubt she loses often; she even educated our judge (politely, of course) on a few cases to back our stance up; cases that he later used in his findings. If I ever find myself in need of a lawyer again, my decision will be simple, Jill Duffy, we are 1-0 so far! Thank you again for everything you did for me!

J. Dudley kindly helped me resolve a case involving supposed 'damage' to an Avis rental car at DLH airport, and he was efficient, professional and timely in his response. Although I am sure it was a minor case for him, monetarily, it was a major headache and financial set-back for me when I received a claim after returning a rental car that there were 'scratches', which included a large, unreasonable bill for repair, LOU and administrative fees regardless of the fact I had photos of the car upon return showing no damages that I had caused, and an eye-witness who also verified in writing that there was no damage to car. Avis customer service dept. would not help me as they claimed that car was independently owned, of which I was never forewarned by Avis or Priceline, and only later learned that company had terrible BBB ratings and multiple complaints by clients for claims of supposed damage to cars after return. I had no leverage to deal with the rental car owner, but J. Dudley resolved the matter in 1 week and the claim was cancelled, which was a huge relief for me. I had felt powerless against a huge rental car company who unscrupulously tacked on various large fees for supposed scratches after car had already been returned undamaged to Avis airport parking lot, and was very grateful for Mr. Dudley very quickly eliminating this claim. I also appreciated that he has a sense of humor, acts human, and treats his clients with respect and concern.

I was impressed with Joe Dudley the first time we spoke on the phone; he returned my call the same day. From our first conversation, I had confidence that I was in “good hands” with his expertise. He is a very professional, genuine, trustworthy down-to-earth person. The legal counsel he provided regarding a very challenging vendor contract dispute was spot on. In 2012, my husband and I were in a bad car accident that landed us in a level-1 trauma center in Minneapolis. Only a few hours after arriving I received a call from my nephew, a prominent lawyer in Philadelphia (PA), who instructed me not to speak with any lawyers until he found me "the best" in the Cities -- and he was true to his word. John Dornik came highly recommended and has certainly lived up to his reputation. Not only did John prove himself to be a deft negotiator with a masterful grasp of injury law, he is a warm and compassionate human being who never thought twice about making himself available to help us navigate the endless medical and disability forms, or to simply offer a word of encouragement or advice. It is no understatement to say that I'm not sure what we would have done without him! And when it came to negotiating the settlement, he made sure we understood the process and that he had a clear idea of our goals. With the insurance company, he was firm and reasoned. In short, John Dornik truly is the best!!!

We were referred to John Lamey through another law firm for his expertise in chapter 11 bankruptcy. Sam filed a lawsuit that requested a full refund from a contractor who was supposed to fix a broken sewer line. Six months after the job was complete, I discovered another break in the line and other problems. Sam won a full refund. An attorney where I work said it is very difficult to win cases against contractors, but Sam did it!

Sam was recommended to us by a friend after my boyfriend got a confusing traffic ticket that required him to go to court. Sam was courteous right off the bat, and went out of his way to explain what everything meant and keep us informed through out the process. He was able to get my boyfriend out of the ticket completely and also was able to get the court date moved so we didn't have to deal with it the same week we were moving. The day of, my boyfriend didn't even have to set foot in the courtroom, Sam took care of everything. Afterwards, he followed up with us. Going to traffic court felt like it was going to be a total nightmare, and Sam made it as easy and comfortable an experience as possible. He was also very reasonably priced. I would recommend Sam to any of my friends or family, he is great!

I would highly recommend for anyone to use Maureen Ventura for legal advice, consulting, and representation. I worked with Maureen for legal consulting with a divorce case. Maureen was an amazing help to myself, as well as my case. I could have not gone through my divorce without her expertise and knowledge. She was very trustworthy, easy to communicate with, did not pass judgement upon myself and/or other parties involved. She was very detailed with her explanations and legal advice. I had interviewed several lawyers before deciding on Maureen. Many of the other ones told me that I could file right away but she told me I had to wait 90 days or my claim could be thrown out. Thanks goodness she told me I didn't want to pay the fee again. She also kept me up to date on everything that was going on during the process. I have told all my friends that are considering bankruptcy to give her a call and just talk with her about their options.

Jim and his team have been there for me since I was a juvenile and got hit by a person texting and driving. Since then Jim and the team have prepared documents for both my wife and I regarding our Wills. They have also had the Oporto represent me in two other no-fault accidents.
