I met John Daly through a mutual friend. I had been arrested for the first time in my life during the past year and had made some mistakes in handling the terms of my probation. I was very stressed out about my situation and the possibility of having my adjudicated 5th degree felony possession charge become a conviction as a result. John offered his help on the spot and was very confident about the facts of my case. This was very comforting to me as I had no experience in dealing with legal trouble on this level. A longer answer would take more than the 3886 characters I have remaining. But I'll just say this: from start to finish, John was always there to answer questions, provide counsel and educate me about the road ahead. Always made me a priority. From our first meeting, he made an uncomfortable situation more palatable thanks to his complete lack of ego or pretense. John was very up front with me about expectations and offered no guarantees that we would get the result we wanted. Though, in the end, that's exactly what we got.

Mr. Blaschko handled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy a few years ago. The results were excellent. He was able to use a delay on the trustee's part to get a quite favorable plan approved. I was able to complete my plan successfully. Mr. Blaschko handled the annoying details too, like a creditor who kept making excuses for not providing a lien release even after their claim was paid in full.
Mr. Blaschko does excellent work in business contracts and estate planning as well. I highly recommend his services.

After my dad passed away me and my mom went to Jen to do my moms estate planning. She was great !!! Prompt to return emails and calls. Always had the answer. The fees were actually way cheaper then I expected. A lot of the papers were a flat fee, not by the hour. Which made them very reasonable. I will be working with Jen again for my estate planned. In July of 2013 my world was shattered when I learned that my husband was not only cheating on me, but had moved our family to his home state of Minnesota to alienate me from my family and friends and divorce me. With my family and friends 1400 miles away, I turned to the internet and found Richard Caldecott.
Richard was kind and empathetic. He also pointed out he had been practicing family law for more than 33 years. I told Rick that all I wanted was to go home to New Hampshire. We had barely lived in Minnesota a year. Rick told me interstate custody was tough, costly and there was no guarantee. He never promised me a win. He was highly efficient in keeping MY costs down. His letters to opposing council were clear and to the point: Our intention was to return to our home in New Hampshire. My ex threatened to fight me for full custody and told me I was going to get a war. Well, Rick was instrumental at letting them know, that I was not raising my children in Minnesota for the next 14 years unless a judge told me I had to. Not long after Mediation, where 2 experienced lawyers agreed, after hearing the facts of the case, that a judge would allow me to return to my home state. Soon after, my ex realized he would not win against Richard Caldecott.
As devastating and traumatized as I was through this whirlwind process, Rick and his staff, treated me with kindness, compassion and constantly reassured me that I would be OK. A mere 5 months after I walked into his office sobbing and heartbroken, I left Minnesota to return home to New Hampshire with my children. I was awarded sole physical custody, child support, and we were HOME for Christmas.

My case started off with a nuclear bomb being dropped on me so to say. My case was a very litigious court case for custody with all kinds of false allegations and OFPs continuously placed against me from my ex-wife. Richard Caldecott methodically tore the case down one piece at a time. I started with no custody rights due to my rights being stripped from me at the beginning. I even had to see my children in a closed environment with professionals standing over me. This was the most humiliating experience I have ever had to withstand since I have was always been in the public eye. The professionals in this environment had already prequalified me as guilty of allegations not even in the realm of reality; so you can only imagine their treatment towards me.
With all of the above said at the end; I was awarded full “SOLE LEGAL” custody; even being in Anoka County where the county custody intake women told me “men do not have custody”! Richard is a shining star amongst a bunch of big shot money sucking attorneys I had hired prior. His billing practice is more than fair and he is there for you when you need him the most. His ability to craft letters to explain what is really going on is beyond stellar. I would like to thank my luck stars that I found Richard Caldecott and the friend that referred me.

Mr. Lin is an effective attorney who is thoughtful and diligent in his approach to each legal issue presented to him. I found Michael to be thorough, engaged and realistic. To watch him in court or at depositions is amazing. He KNOWS your case and it shows. Other over priced Attorneys shuffle through notes and seem to barely understand the case or issues when in a courtroom setting. The majority partner in my business attempted to shut me out of the business. After my first vacation in four years, I came back to a locked office door and a response that our relationship "needed to change." I told my business partner that changing the locks on the door meant that we had no relationship. Steve made sure to understand the intricacies of my case, and felt confident that we had a strong case as a trial date was set. The other side suggested mediation, which we did, and we settled before trial. I've heard that it's a good settlement if both sides are unhappy, but I think I was more happy than the other side -- so I think I came out a little ahead.

Recently had an auto incident in which a lady slammed into my mini-van and caused enough damage to declare it a totaled vehicle by her insurance. At the time, my van was very old with over 250,000 miles and her insurance offered less than one third of the value of the vehicle after buy back. The insurance company was very adamant and told me to take it or leave it without any negotiations even though I had done nothing to cause the accident. Very frustrating and annoying. Justin to the rescue!! After the dust settled, I got nearly the full value of my van and the best part is I got to keep the van. Thanks Justin.
