Being out of town I interviewed lawyers and their staff to help with a prenup. The in person 30 minute consultation was free. We went to others also but definitely liked Blake the best. I worked with a previous lawyer a few years ago that was horrible! I was referred to Christian Legal Society and found Mark . I actually talked to him last and on the day I was ready to make my move on getting custody of my daughter. After our consultation I knew he was our man. He is very knowledgeable about family law. He walked me through all the steps we would be taking and was honest about our chances. He was so easily accessible throughout the whole process. I would call or email him and he would get back to me promptly if I didn't reach him. I live in Texas and when we went to court I was granted custody of my daughter on the first day! I flew to Las Vegas immediately and was greeted with Mark at the airport to ensure the exchange went smoothly and to meet face to face for the first time. We talked for a while like we had known each other for years. He also helped me get my daughter enrolled in school following our return to Texas. I would recommend talking with Mark before making any decisions on attorneys, he is a great guy. I will continue to use Mark for in the future if we ever go back to court. He is a stand up, honest family man in my opinion. And most importantly he is a faith based God fearing man, which I respect most of all! Robert cares about his client and will do his best to defend his client. He was able to obtain a release without posting bail under own recognizance. He was able to answer my questions when I seek advice. After many months of negotiation with the District Attorney he was able to negotiate a plea deal which reduced the felony to a gross misdemeanor. Thank you, Robert!

Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right. He doesn't take no for an answer and always went out of his way to make sure things were handled. Even when he's busy he always has time for his clients and manages his time well. My cases have been long and drawn out and very out of the ordinary but Robert always was on top of every aspect of the case and knew the case inside and out. It's nice to run into him and have him rememeber the kids names and ask how they are doing. He's an extraordinary man with great family values and it shows in his work. he has a wonderful staff always available on top of all the case paperwork and making sure everything was accounted for and filed on time. My husband and I were extremely impressed with J. Charles Coons. He was friendly, open, knowledgeable, and explained all of the options to us. We both walked out of our meeting with him feeling really good about having him be our lawyer. We had met with another law firm to redo our trust before we met with him, and were very unimpressed and decided to take out business elsewhere, so we were thrilled to find J. Charles. We haven't had him do the trust yet (my husband and I have been dragging our feet due to crazy schedules) but we plan to this summer. I'm sure it will be well done. Highly recommend.

I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. I was involved in a severe car accident in 2018 and I couldn't find an attorney to take my case. Each attorney I went to said my case was too "complicated" and that it would cost their firm too much money to pursue. However, when I went to Mark on the referral of a friend, who looked over my case file and then explained to me how he was going to fight for me. He didn't treat me like an inept person, just because I am not a fellow lawyer. I am an award-winning journalist, and I know a decent amount about our legal system and how it works. But each time I consulted with an attorney they talked to me like I was somehow unable to understand the complexities of our legal system. Mark didn't do this to me. He explained, in detail what damages I was due under the law, specific supreme court precedents that went in my favor, and why my case wasn't in fact "complicated" like other attorneys who looked at my case said it was. Right away, he started filing subpoenas or information, and always kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He didn't do anything without my authorization and at each step of the legal process, he explained why he was doing what he was doing. I ended up having to give a deposition, which I have never done before. As a journalist, I know how they work, but I still was slightly nervous because I never before have testified in court. So Mark Hutchings went through the process step-by-step with me, what to expect, what questions I could expect to hear from the other attorneys, etc. I remember specifically asking him "Do you think I have a case here? Please be honest." He paused, which made my stomach flip. He then looked up at me and said "Colton, I wouldn't have come this far with you if I didn't think we had a case. Lawyers don't do that. They tell you right away. I will take this all the way to the mat if that is what it takes to win this case." So, we went all the way to arbitration after the deposition. I was prepped and ready to go. Being a journalist, I have been taught to be skeptical of our legal system and to ask questions. That is what I did, and Mark never once pushed back on me when I asked questions, or wanted more detail about how arbitration works. After arbitration, and after the settlement, Mark was able to secure me twice the amount that we originally expected in damages. I would recommend Mark for anyone who has a civil case that needs an attorney who won't back down or be intimidated by the legal system. Moreover, the other attorneys that work at his firm helped me, along with his amazing paralegal Helen. I cannot say enough good things about Helen and Alex (another attorney at his firm). Both of them worked on my case day and night without pause for the last two years. My case is finally coming to a close (thank goodness) and if it wasn't for Mark and his staff I wouldn't have been able to settle my case and begin my life again. This car crash has consumed almost 2-years of my life! It has caused me much harm physically, emotionally and financially. Mark Hutchings is a superior litigator who will ensure that your needs are met when it comes to the specifics of your case. He is an attorney who will fight for you.

This is not something that I am accustomed to doing, but I feel compelled to say a few words about Brent. He came into our lives at a time when my sister was injuried and needed guidance on a professional level. He took her under his wings and showed empathy and compassion for what she was going through. Am I talking about a lawyer...YES! He and his staff did not treat her as a client, but as a person in need of a helping hand. Effective, focused, and respectful and are the three words that I would use to describe my experience with John, Andrew and the entire LBC team. Effective, in achieving the desired results throughout the entire process, from summary judgement, through the appeal process. My wife was in a car accident while driving a rental vehicle. The other driver was at fault and his insurance paid for the damages to the rental vehicle. Nevertheless, the rental company came after us for money we clearly didn't owe them. I found the situation stressful until Mr. Ching got involved. He was professional, organized and constantly on the ball. He actually took the time to meet me hours after the office closed, was available by text or email no matter what time it was, and he addressed all my concerns. David came highly recommended by my sister. When I first spoke to David on the phone I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the lease process. The owners of the property I was trying to lease from were very tough to deal with by myself. I had a unique case where my belongings were removed from my apt and disposed of. Fanny Mae forclosed on my Landlord and while I was out of town, an extremely arrogant Realtor went in two weeks before I had to be out and in one day trashes most of my belongings. Without so much as a phone call and when confronted without remorse. Every attorney I called didn't seem interested or sympathetic I guess they figured there wasn't enough in it for them to be bothered. And then there's Mark A Goodman! Ironically the last name says it all. When I told Mark my situation, He was not only sympathetic but he seemed genuinely interested in correcting the injustice that I had been going through. Trying to recoup monies for used belongings that any Records or receipts were thrown out along with the items seemed like quite a daunting task. He explained everything in detail every decision was made by me with Mark's guidance and professional opinions. Arming me with the information I needed to make good sound decisions.
