Steve was in house counsel at a firm where I was appointed CFO to help lead a turnaround. To call it a mess is being very kind. There were backdoor deals, cash transactions and mis-representations galore. Somehow, Steve managed to keep us on the right path, help define the appropriate positions for the Company, soothe investor tensions and most importantly help us get it across the finish line.
I still have business in Las Vegas, and Steve is the only attorney I use. If we need to bring in other counsel, it is only at his referral.

On finding out I was not compliant with my FBAR filing requirements, I hired Aaron to help me go through the FBAR filing and better understand which steps were necessary to become compliant based on FACTA-FBAR regulations. As painful as the experience was, Aaron led me calmly through the process, ensuring all the details were collected and putting himself between myself and the IRS on communications and within the expected length of time my case was completed and I regained compliancy and peace of mind. I continue to use Aaron as my accountant and advisor regarding international investment requirements. In comparison to many companies I contacted, his consulting fees are extremely competitive. One of the biggest positives for me, is his personal approach and interaction, which many corporate accountants office do not offer.

I highly recommend anyone in need of an attorney to contact Geoffrey Hawkins. I contacted Mr. Needham regarding a real estate contract where the opposite party was not acting ethically and seemed to be breaking the rules. Mr. Needham was quick to point out the exact rules they were in violating. He was extremely helpful. His advice and knowledge of the real estate laws has probably saved myself and my client from a situation that could have caused a lot of problems. Mr. Gustafson, returned my phone call within a couple of hours. He was interested in understanding my request and genuinely interested in assisting me. I was introduced to John Callister by Mutual acquaintance. Since that time I have retained him on several different issues also refer to others to him for complicated contract law and other situations. He always answers the phone himself when called goes out of his way to excel in his profession and is one of the most straight up people and honest I've ever met and I'm not a huge fan of lawyers. He was suspended for something he didn’t even do and the corrupt judges and bar of Nevada and corrupt attorneys are to blame. It’s sickening and gives me no faith in judges or attorneys or any person or group that affiliates with Nevada attorneys. So sad to see this in our community. He is an honest person who is being made an example of by crappy people. Be careful. But feel at ease hiring Jonathan Callister. He is seriously one of the only honest people left.

For 7 months, Zarinah worked on my case with John Jones. She was given quite the caseload with my unique issue. Same sex relationship with baby nightmare. She was a rocksta! As a Managing Director for Duke Energy I worked with Linda for approximately 6 years. Her key role was to manage all legal aspects relating to the local, state and federal permitting for a 200mw wind project located in southern Nevada.
The permitting for this project is very complex and required extensive NEPA review. Linda managed the legal process for every step and her involvement allowed us to avoid numerous pitfalls a project such as this can encounter.
