My wife and I contacted Mr. Hsu by telephone after being sued by the buyer/new owners of our vacation home in Nevada. Since we reside in California, we went on line looking for legal representation and found Maupin/Cox/Legoy attorneys at law. After explaining our situation to the receptionists, we were put in touch with Mr. Hsu. We advised Mr. Hsu we were being sued for "Fraudulent Misrepresentations and Nondisclosures" in connection with the sale of our property in Nevada the previous year. After explaining everything to Mr. Hsu, he requested certain documents from us which we faxed immediately. Mr. Hsu then responded to opposing counsel within 24 hours explaining our rights, our truthfulness when completing the Seller's Real Property Disclosure Form (SRPD) and Nevada law pertaining to our case. After Mr. Hsu's letter to the opposing counsel, we never heard another word from opposing counsel about this matter. All of this was completed through emails, telephone conversations and faxes. Mr. Hsu is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Mr. Hsu should you ever need an attorney. Thank you Rick!

Phil was courteous and attentive. He listened patiently, interjecting questions when needed. Correspondence was sent out quickly and documents filed on time. Phil was easy to reach if I had a concern and was also excellent at contacting me when there was something to report.
I went into our first meeting with opposing counsel and my now, ex-partner feeling very anxious. Immediately it became obvious Phil was well-versed in my case. He was able to root out the weakness in opposing counsels positions, surgically dissecting inconsistencies in their arguments, showing they were ill-prepared. By the end of this first meeting I was sitting tall, knowing that I was in good hands.
It was enjoyable working with Phil. I could tell he really enjoys what he does. He treated my case like a chess game, anticipating opposing counsels moves, then figuring out how to overcome two moves ahead.
One thing I really appreciated was his honesty. He let me know potential costs and time involved with my choice of paths to take.

Last year my Dad passed away and there were problems with his estate. Before Joe, I hired two attorneys to help me. The first one charged me $2,500 for two letters. The second charged me $10,000, never answered any questions,never sent me an invoice, withdrew from the case and left me high and dry.

I called in to his office to ask questions about a legal matter I was having. The secretary put me on hold and Frank answered, looking for another client. He politely asked me my why I was calling and ended up talking to me for 15 minutes. He told me some things I didn't want to hear, but needed to, and also some things that made me feel alot better about my next step. I ended up hiring him and I'm glad I did. He's a hard worker, and a straight shooter. You don't see a whole lot of that anymore.

Richard is the kindest, most sincere attorney I have ever came across in life anywhere in the world. He settled our high problematic Immigration problem with care and concern. He went over and beyond all the contractual agreements we had to ensure our success was concluded.
He started in Washington State, moved to Nevada, and never stopped continuing just like we sat together in a room but separated by states, and even when I didn't get it or was way behind, he picked up my slack to keep the case in-front of the government and active by doing a lot of my work.

Mr. Lemons worked with me on my case for an extended period of time so I feel as though I know him. He was not only clear and objective about how to proceed but was extremely easy to communicate with. I admire the fact that if he isn't 100% clear about something, he asks. Kevin Diamond is the most honest and professional attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. A friend of mine was injured at my house resulting in his becoming a parapalegic. My insurance company refused to pay the policy limits (1 million) and I was facing a probable verdict of at least 5 times that amount at trial. I retained Kevin to protect my interest against my insurance company. I am a JD and MBA who has worked extensively in litigation support. He did an amazingly thorough and extremely professional job. The insurance company eventually settled the claim but I felt comfortable that we had established a great bad faith claim if they went to trial and there was a verdict over the policy limits. Kevin is always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way.
His bill ran somewhat higher than the original estimate and he has been kind enough to let me make monthly payments.
I have recommended him to others.

The law is complicated, diverse, and subjective. This is why I hired a lawyer because I needed help. What I was not expecting is brutal honesty on our first meeting. Mr. Thornton did the research, explained my options, and gave his honest, educated opinion which saved me thousands of dollars and at least a year of my time. He takes the time to explain verbiage that I am completely unknowledgeable of, in an industry that I am just learning. I obtained Mr Patterson Esq through a referral from a close business associate in 2013. My case involved ownership of property being disputed by the family of a deceased relative. Mr Patterson scheduled a consultation to hear what the situation was first. After he heard the information he actively assisted with getting the proper documentation to assist in retaining his services to proceed with representation in the unfortunate matter. I barely had to disclose the facts of my case. He knew! He told me. He is so well versed in the HOA foreclosure and sale matters being litigated in the courts today that the answers to my questions are at his fingertips. He was able to respond clearly and concisely and quickly without time wasting my precious hourly fee monies on redundancy or confusion. This is his biz, he does it 24/7.
