I welcomed Jennifer into the hornet's nest that I had created with my super hero like ability to transform everyday business into troublesome legal quandaries. This was the culmination of a multiparty transaction that had lasted over eight months. It was clear that mistakes had been made and that involving Jennifer earlier in the process would have both saved on cost, while also nettig myself more money with far less risk in a more timely matter. There was no second-guessing past decisions, nor was there any pressure to involve her in future dealings once it was understood that I had identified my errors. We discussed how to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. Unquestionably, the importance of her involvement was made clear through my bottom line.
Jennifer reviewed the facts surrounding my issue and then took over and diligently worked toward accomplishing our goal. My options were presented to me without bias and despite my best option resulting in less billable hours, the resolution was clear. Dealing with an absolute professional with expert knowledge and experience is very refreshing. I have witnessed attornies with lower standards direct their clients toward selfserving poor decisions in order to line their own pockets.

Jarrad is very pleasant to work with, and more importantly he is very knowledgeable with regards to the law and does his "homework" to know and understand all that is taking place with our business issue.

I was put in contact with Ryan after sending an inquiry to the Primerus website. After receiving an e-mail response, Ryan and I spoke over the phone discussing aspects of my concerns with a previously signed Non-disclosure Agreement. Ryan was extremely helpful in presenting a clear explanation of my options as well as knowledge pertaining to such an agreement in its generality. At the time of leaving this review, I had not moved forward with the matter due to the conclusion that it would be un-necessary. However, I would not hesitate to proceed on subsequent steps with Ryan should the necessity arise.

We were referred to, and hired Erika Turner in September 2015. From the very start Erika was the epitome of professionalism. She got to work right away and began to educate herself about our case. It can be a real pain to find an attorney, especially when you're trying to deal with a time sensitive crisis. I called about half a dozen lawyers before contacting Matt Pruitt. I'm very glad I got through to him.
If you've tried to hire a lawyer, you know most don't really listen while you speak. They are processing what you're saying through some sort of filter to see if you're worth their time. It's understandable, their time is valuable. But it can also be frustrating as a potential client.
Matt Pruitt didn't have this issue. He listened for the 4 - 5 minutes it took to explain the situation, and the asked some insightful questions. And when he noted to deadline I was working under, rearranged his schedule to make sure he could help me out.
I can't get into details on the matter, but I will say having him on my side of the table was more helpful than I anticipated. Not only did he protect our side, but he asked the kinda of questions to the other side that made them visibly uncomfortable. And that in the end is what settled the matter.
This whole thing was over in one meeting. The other side did a complete 180 and agreed to every term I was asking. And I know a large part of that was due to Matt's presence, insight and demeanor. He made it clear he means business, and it was felt.
So, if you're looking for someone who is competent, insightful, down to earth and can be intimidating, you should give him a call. I'll absolutely use him again if I need an attorney.
