M. Pesochinsky became my lawyer after an unfortunate encounter I had with an officer who had been unfair and discriminatory towards me and which resulted in a mandatory court appearance. Had it not been for Mr Pesochinsky's knowledge and professionalism I would have never walked out of that courtroom unscathed. The law is there to protect our rights but without appropriate representation, there is just no way you can defend yourself against random discrimination. I owe so much to Mr. Pesochinsky whose empathy and competence have been priceless to me and my family, I can't recommend or thank him enough.

Vicki was great! I contacted her when the insurance company offered me a small amount, yet she managed to more than quadruple that sum by utilizing really out-of-the-box thinking and negotiating tools. For example, she used the current political climate of the jurisdiction in which my case was venued in order to secure a larger settlement. I would have loved to have seen her in court, but living out of state as I do, taking the matter to trial would have been more of a headache than it was worth. Vicki understood my concerns, and acted accordingly. It was a no-mess, no-fuss kind of settlement from my perspective, which is exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the fact that she escalated the case within the defendant's insurance company and was able to have a competent adjuster assigned. I had tried on my own, but was unsuccessful. I was really impressed with her commitment and caring, and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney. She knows the ropes, and she's tenacious.

I was involved in a head on collison. The other party was at fault and I choose Andrew to do the bodily injury claim. Andrew was very good in explaining the process of a bodily injury claim and keeping me updated on where we were in the process. Andrew is very personable and friendly in my dealings. Also, he is very detailed. He is also very reachable via email or calls and typically very prompt when returning emails and calls regarding your questions. My BI claim settled quickly and everything was very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend him.

In a nutshell, without the need to mention names I initially went to a good experienced veteran lawyer and was surprised when he lost his confidence in our family's case and suddenly wanted to settle for less (basically to convince us to settle case for personal property damages only). Then we met Kristen & she believed in our case. Kristen took over the case, worked on it diligently, and eventually hit a home run. She was very bright and did a great job in handling our case. My family was very satisfied at Kristen's professionalism, character, interpersonal communication skills, and sharp legal knowledge. Why aren't all lawyers this honest, this competent, and this customer-focused? Weisbrot literally saved our mid-sized company with a rousing success in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. We reserved $75,000 in legal fees and basically wrote off a potential judgment of $1,5 million. When the dust settled, he recovered a fairly sizable award for US, and his fees were unexpectedly reasonable. more importantly, he was So client focused. Always available - - 24/7, constantly returning any phone call or email, and always giving us straight talk!

Thank God the doctor's assistant at a spinal surgeon's office thought to pull me aside to tell me of an attorney that some of her patient's had used when she learned more of what was my case. The Workman's Compensation firm was Young & Perez out of Whitehouse NJ and over the course of my time under Robert Young's care & guidance I was able to receive temporary disability during my extended period of treatment & an extremely fair settlement at the closing of my case (a journey & final outcome that I would have never been able to achieve on my own) making the severity of what I had gone through so much more bearable thanks to his extreme knowledge & constant assistance...a task for which I will always be grateful.
