I started using the services of Ed Petkevis in 2013 the year I was Potentate (President) of The Crescent Shriner’s. The Shriner By-Laws require us to have a Lawyer review every contract we enter into and we have many. The Shrine run cruises, a circus, equipment leases and rental of our hall just to name a few. Most of the time I could just email the question or contract and in minutes I had an answer and it was not just a rubber stamp he always had specific questions about the subject. I wouldn't waste my time, and neither should you. I called to hire a so-called professional for a severe ticket for my dog, and he advised me to move out of my area ( homeowner). I can't speak highly enough of Aurel. I told my client to call Aurel for his services for the sale of his property and am beyond happy I did. The sale started off pretty easy and quickly turned into a nightmare due to a lot of unforseen circumstances. It took us three times to get the property sold and Aurel stuck with us the whole time. He is an absolute professional and knows his craft in and out. Not only is he an excellent lawyer but he is a down-to-earth, great guy. He didn't heavy hand us because he was the lawyer and we weren't, he spoke to us with respect and came from a place of wanting to do his best to help. I don't know what we would have done without him for this deal. In my opinion, the legal world is a better place with someone with his attitude. I will never use another attorney for any business in this state. Ms. Shah handled my landlord/tenant matter where the tenant owed me a significant amount in back rent, late fees, damages, etc. Ms. Shah carefully and successfully retrieved all money that was owed to me from the tenant with precision and attentiveness. It is very seldom as a landlord to get all the money that was owed from the tenant but with Ms. Shah's expertise she made an incredibly frustration process very simple. She continuously followed up with the other side, answered all my questions and explained why and how we will proceed so that I understood. Bhavini Shah did a great job on my closing for my home. Working with Mr. Blaine was an experience in a class by itself. Not only was he very professional, timely, and informative, he was personable enough to relate to on a level that helped with the stress of dealing with a legal matter. When I first walked into his office, I was a bit concern, after speaking to him at length, I knew he was the attorney for me. His staff was pleasant, professional and we are on a first name basis, Upon speaking to him, I was advise on how to resolve my issue on my own or retained him. I was told up front how much the fee would be without any hidden fees and if I choose to do things on my own I could always call back with additional questions. He and his staff were straight forward with me. I know that sometimes people speak badly about attorneys especially if they don't hear what they want to hear or have the outcome that they want. I would highly recommend Larry’s services to anyone with legal issues. Larry was able to spell out the risks in simple terms and the likely outcomes. He was able to negotiate a very favorable deal that worked as much in my favor as possible. There were two other co-defendants against the state in the matter and while their lawyers may have had more experience, Larry was clearly the most prepared and most professional. Just because a guy has been around for 20 years doesn’t mean he will get you the best outcome. Larry is hungry and smart and that is what matters in court.

I had a pretty serious traffic ticket that had potential for me to lose my driving privileges in the state of NJ. I needed an attorney and did not really have anyone in mind. I was not happy with my previous attorney and was looking to hire someone new. I was given Larry Hardcastle's number from a close friend of mine who had used him in the past and was very happy with his service. When I called Larry, right away I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about. He clearly explained to me why i got my ticket, scenarios on how it could play out, and what needed to be done. He did not beat around the bush and was completely honest with me about possible outcomes as well as how he believed things would play out.
When we went to court he seemed to have a very good relationship with the judge and the prosecutor. He acted completely professional
and ended up solving all of my issues. I was even thankfully able to keep my DL. When we were finished he sat down with me and answered all of my questions, gave me future advice, and explained to me possible reprocussions if i were to get this ticket again. He genuinly seemed to care instead of just rushing off which was a pleasant bonus to his services provided.
Mr. Hardcastle is someone i would certainly hire again in the future.

Colleen was absolutely fantastic! I am a wedding photographer that needed my contracts revised to the point where I thought I should start from scratch. She looked over my old contract and then build me a new contract. She knew exactly what I wanted and the first rough draft of the new contract she had sent me needed very minimal change. Mr. Sterlin is one of the most impressive and well rounded attorneys I have ever come across. In 2017 he assisted us with my wife’s immigration from China. The federal immigration policies are confusing, drawn out, and frustrating to say the least. However, Mr. Sterlin made the process seamless and he kept us well well informed on status of the case. He also does a great job at explaining the intricacies of the law in a way we could understand. When I was purchasing a home in 2019, I asked Mr. Sterlin to be my attorney. Once again, I was impressed with the quality of effort he put into my case. The sellers attorney was certainly a stickler, but Mr. Sterlin was still able to achieve all the requirements I was seeking in the purchase. Going to Court can be a very intimidating and expensive proposition and I have had some bad experiences.
But, that was not the case working with Joseph D. Sullivan.
In addition to being a very experienced trial litigator, Joe had a very good “bedside manner.” I felt very comfortable discussing my legal matter with Joe and working with him in general.
I felt that he was honest in his billing and very upfront about the cost. Joe could think well on his feet and made the process understandable for me.
I don’t want to go to Court again, but if I had to, I would not hesitate to work with Joe again.

We were faced with two legal disputes with contractors who did very shoddy work at our home and refused to fix their mistakes. Mr. Denver filed one lawsuit in Ocean County Special Civil Part and another in Monmouth County Superior Court, Law Division. I would have faced a severely depleted financial retirement future had it not been for Mr. Denver's patient persistence in pursuit of Insurance coverage related to the excavation and remediation required as a result of oil seepage from an abandoned oil tank discovered in the process of my selling the house in which I had lived for 40 years, The soil contamination was found to be deep and close to the house foundation, requiring multiple installations of steel foundation supports. With the cost of the remediation building close to 6 figures, and the Insurance Company I had for over 40 years denying my initial Homeowners policy claim, I had the good fortune to have a friend recommend retaining Dr. Denver at the Denver Law Firm. Mr. Denver studied survey maps, engineer's and soil boring reports, and voluminous material and documents related to the Environment Company's work. He worked with me to gather as much documentation as I could find related to past insurance policies even though in the anticipation of moving, I had shredded ancient records. He pursued the Insurance Company to conduct a policy search, established sufficient proof of coverage going back many years, and through negotiations and persistence, and without litigation which could have taken years, successfully obtained for me a significant contribution from the Insurance company toward the cost of the remediation.
